I recommend this place highly. The staff are so friendly and helpful and have the perfect ability to be able to answer all your questions with such expertise whilst simultaneously allowing you to feel that you are having your own peaceful browsing experience. A very intuitive staff who clearly love what they do and are passionate about helping to share the amazing histories, properties and uses of the beautiful items for sale. I always feel so welcomed upon entering and this place has an atmosphere of warmth, solace and peace. A real Sanctuary. Well done to all for creating such a beautiful space for us to be a part of 💜

This place is fabulous! I had a lovely browse around, gorgeous incense smells adding to the calming atmosphere. The lovely lady at the counter (so sorry for not asking her name) was warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable. We had a nice chat about skulls and naming them! In fact, I bought a crystal skull. She gave me a pack of incense sticks for free as it was my birthday the next day. So kind of her. Thank you! I will definitely be back despite not being that local😉.

I have been going to The Crystal Shack for a couple of years now. Every time i pop in, i am greeted with the warmest of welcomes. This makes the crystal buying experience so special. I’ve been wanting to visit this lovely little shop for quite some time and finally managed it today. I wasn’t disappointed. Despite not having much time to explore the shop today, I was cheerfully greeted and my questions were answered and expert help was given in selecting crystals with full descriptions. I’ll definitely be returning when I have more time to enjoy the shop fully. A pleasant and helpful experience!

A fantastic shop with fantastic staff. So much variety and beautifully presented stock. I could spend all day browsing in there. I always leave happy. Purchased a few items in the past and always try to go out of my way to visit when I’m in Maldon. Brilliant selection, really friendly staff and always find what I’m looking for. I brought my Mum over for a visit and she had a reading which she found really interesting and scarily accurate! Fab shop, will always recommend!

Lovely crystal shop, I got a smokey quartz for my collection

get really bad vibes when entering this place, almost felt faint. there's something off and i don't trust the aura at all. also disgusted at the price of items, makes me wonder if the crystals are even authetic...

So many crystals it took me so long to decide what I wanted to start my crystal collection and journey. All the people are so nice and are more than happy to help. It smells amazing in there and the vibes are amazing!! Love this shop and it's so well put to together thanks so much!! <3

A magical store run by magical people. One of my favourite and the best stocked witch shop I have ever seen. I knew just looking in from the window that I'd love it. I wasn't disappointed. This shop has something for everyone. A large range of incense, decorations and figures and the largest and most fairly priced range of crystals I have ever seen. (There's more than just those) Staff are super friendly, informative and caring and somehow remember the prices of every little thing. They even cleanse your crystals for you upon checkout and supply you with cards or names. Topping things off wonderfully is the little ":)" I got on my crystal bag. Made my day. This shop is a must visit for anybody spitirual or witchy. I loved it and will definitely return!
