I phoned to ask if they sold hand warmers, and the lady not only confirmed, she put one on the side for me. That was real,old fashioned service. Each time you go in, the same quality of service happens, it is a pleasure to spend my money there! Thank you.

Visited this most charming shop yesterday whilst visiting Buxton. The lady in there is so lovely and helpful. We had a laugh and a joke with her about my cigar purchase and smoking it Christmas day.....a real pleasure to meet you. Thank you. We will be back soon.

Didn't get the name of the lovely lady who served me but she was wonderful. Came to Buxton after a meeting, specifically to try this shop and their range of snuffs. Walked into today after getting a pipe for father's day. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and took me through all the different flavours of tobacco and let me have a smell of them explaining the whole time the differences between the different varieties. It was really interesting and the service was fantastic.

I only went to enquire about Evape pipes and walked out with 40 quids worth of flavoured rolling tobacco lol The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and approachable, and willing to patiently go through the different flavours available. I would HIGHLY recommend this brilliant gem of a place to all and everyone and their smoking needs.

Well stocked Garden centre with large car park, great Restaurant and a seasonal Christmas section. Well worth a visit.
