Order was placed easily. Updates received by email. Arrived in good time from DPD. All in good order when delivered. There were no installation instructions, but bar stools are quite easy. One of the end caps was impossible to remove so had to fit the lifter, remove again and then knock out of the pillar, no great hassle.

I purchased the Flair Green Velvet Swivel Office Chair With Gold Legs at £84.99. Delivery was as advised and I can honestly say I love my new chair. Great quality, the deep, jade colour is as shown on line. It's very chic, comfortable and so easy to assemble. Happy with our new dining room chairs although some of the screws provided were not quite long enough so i will have to look for some replacements. The chairs themselves are very comfortable and a good price and match my bar stools so look great. Overall very happy with them.

I ordered 2 Breakfast Bar stools, and was a little worried after I had checked other reviews, but found the price, in comparison to other sites to good to turn down. Very glad I did, I'm delighted with the product, both stools look great, cost around 40% of other sites, suit my kitchen brilliantly and delivery was fast and efficient. No issues whatsoever.

I ordered dinning chairs and they dispatched immediately. Unfortunately leg bottom parts of chairs were missing. They sent the parts immediately no questions asked. Their service was very good and responded messages/calls politely. I think it would be a good idea to check the goods several times before dispatching. Overall the Langham velvet dining chairs are very comfortable.

1 star for the fulfilment and return process. We ordered 4 stools in black faux leather with black base. We got gold fabric seats with a chrome base! Hard to spot the difference? They also won’t resolve issues over the phone, you have to email and they generously “aim to respond in 24 hours”. First order to them and the last.

The chair itself is beautiful and feels sturdy and well made. IT arrived well packaged within 3 days However it came with no instructions so I had to google for some generic instructions.

I'm impressed by these cantilever umbrellas. They're not only good quality, they're good value too. The covers came at a bargain price of £1 each because there was a special promotion. One small niggle is that I didn't receive the green covers I was expecting. When I called to find out why, I was told that the ones I ordered were not suitable for cantilever umbrellas, so Lakeland furniture sent me the right ones. That's great, but (1) they're a different colour, and (2) no-one emailed me to let me know. This is not major; I think it's partly due to the website listings which aren't always clear. And in Lakeland Furniture's favour, one of its big selling points is its customer service team. Being able to liaise with and actually speak to real people who are always pleasant and helpful is a rarity these days.

I was looking for a stool to use in my creative room at a worktop that is kitchen counter height. I didn’t want anything to bulky but I wanted the support of a back rest. I wanted a stylish and modern look, quite a specific idea in my head. They were so expensive and most came in pairs. I then saw a stool/ chair I loved, still pricy but I thought I’m going to potentially be spending a lot of Tim sitting in this so don’t be so tight ! Checking the internet one last time for a deal I found this stool/ chair at Lakeland. It was marked as reject but from what I could see in the photographs there wasn’t any damage that I couldn’t fix, the damage was minimal so I bought it ….when it arrived, which was actually much quicker than expected 😁, it wasn’t packaged very well ☹️ the box was massive. Although the stand/base for the chair was fairly well wrapped, the damaged part of the chair ….the actual chair seat bit was only very loosely wrapped in thin plastic. No protection from being jossled in the box, which had no packing material at all ! Having said that I knew the item was going to be damaged because there were photos of the damage on the site before I bought it. Unfortunately there is more damage than was advertised. So a little disappointed, 🫤however I’m quite handy I figure I can mend the torn seam, polish out scuffs and with the additional purchase of the correct medium, I can fix the holes. Nothing is so awful that I regret my purchase. It all fitted together with ease and it’s a good sturdy chair that is so comfortable. One that I feel fits what I was looking for. I’ve been sitting here now for well over an hour and I’m still comfortable. Overall I got a bargain and I’m very happy. I would recommend this product ! 😁

I ordered rustic brown leather bar stools. The furniture looks neat and elegant. I ordered 3 nos and wanted to exchange one for a flat bar stool. The return process was quick and hassle free. It was picked from my home and offered desh packing as well. All together turn around time for everything.

Absolutely love the stools. Beautiful colour. Customer service was excellent as I had a couple of questions that need answered as they were from the reject section but on arrival and checking them i couldn't see anything wrong with them. I got an absolute bargain and saved lots of money. They were very quick in responding to my questions. I'd definitely shop here again.

We ordered 3 barstools and paid for next day delivery. They are of an excellent quality, very comfortable and arrived the next day. They are a great addition to our new kitchen!

Excellent quality chair but unfortunately the wrong screw pack. Screws were not long enough. New pack sent next day but Allen key didn’t fit. Bought a pack of screws from B&Q which added £7 on the price but still very happy with the chair.

Thank you so much for being so accommodating with our order, where we had been totally messed about by the delivery company, (completely not your fault), after days of not knowing if we were going to get the bar stools, we finally received an email to say they had been returned to you, because they had been damaged in transit. We reached out to you directly, and asked if we could come to your warehouse and pick up the items, I was emailed back almost immediately and told yes we could, when my husband got there, the warehouse knew all about it and they were ready for us. Needed replacement bases for our two bar stools. Got both for a price cheaper than buying two replacement stools. Attached the existing seats relatively easily and both look brand new. Bonus of free delivery which arrived the day after ordering. Great all round service. Happy to recommend.

Great product, delivered very quickly. Easy assembly but unfortunately one seat was slightly damaged. Customer services were first rate and delivered us a replacement seat within 5 working days of raising the issue. Given this day and age I was impressed.

Although reasonably priced in the first place, I received an unexpected, but much appreciated discount on my purchase. The umbrella stand was of good quality and adaptable for different widths of posts.

These bar stools are absolutely stunning. I looked at a lot of places before choosing Lakeland Furniture. Love the colour and the chrome detailing, they were very easy to put together, took 10 mins max for two stools. They look great in our kitchen and we have had lots of complements (virtually) from family members about them. Also the tissue they came wrapped in was super cute! Definitely ordering 2 more.

Quite a good experience. I ordered 4 stools and then realised upon receipt that they didn't quite match my expectations. I therefore requested a return. This was pretty smooth, I was offered a free collection, but due to travel requirement on my side, I opted to pay for it myself and get them returned with DPD on the same day (the day after receiving the stools). I was refunded of the full amount (Except postage) within 1 week! After reading quite a lot of bad reviews on returns, I feel it was a good experience, hence my review. The only reason why i knocked one star is because of the following: I noticed that one of the stool post was "pitted", it seems to me the quality is pretty low. Generally the items are cheap, but then again I didn't pay a lot for them, so hard to complain. Still I would expect something to not appear like it's already been used (that was my wife's comment). Finally, the return process was good, but it would have been nice to be able to receive them for free like on Amazon. But all this being said, I am fairly happy with the experience. If you know what you want, I'd say go for it, especially if you know the quality.

Excellent furniture for our back garden, was looking for something that was not to big and bulky, like most garden furniture is now a days This fitted the bill to a treat, was the perfect mini suite for our needs. Only a two seater rattan suite with centre box, but it is perfect, As rattan dose we can see this lasting for quit sometime. There was plenty of choice and I'm very pleased with my purchase of a swivel bar stool. Looks good, works well, so easy to put together. Also very impressed with the Customer Care Team, whom I needed to contact.
