Lakeland carpeted all our upstairs rooms. We were delighted with the quality of the carpets and the workmanship. The fitters were very accommodating and worked very efficiently and the joiner ensured all our doors were planed down ready the day before each carpet was fitted. Excellent service and very responsive team.

Shocking service. Said the carpets could be fitted 'that week' before purchase, then after the purchase the date moved forward 4 weeks. When I asked for supply only, they knocked 120 for for a stair carpet, a landing carpet, and 2 small vinyl floors. As I was in a rush, I had no choice so i took delivery only. The intricately shaped landing carpet - which someone came to measure - was delivered as a square unit. Not sure what he was measuring. When I complained, they said someone would come to collect it and take it for cutting to shape. That took a further 4 days to arrange and when it came back it came with just a corner cut off! Nowhere near the shape let alone the size. I ended up skipping it and getting carpet tiles from elswehere. Avoid. Total waste of money and time.

We knew exactly what we wanted, contacted Lakeland carpets and Ben helped us out. We already have Karndean flooring in the back of the house and we wanted to match the front room. Ben made multiple visits to our house to make sure we had the correct match, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The day was booked for fitting and the transformation is fantastic! We are so happy with the result and would recommend Lakeland Carpets to anyone. Definitely will use again! Thank you.

Friendly and highly skilled staff coupled with a great selection at great prices! I've had a negative experience with another local supplier in the past where they left carpet grips up and my toddler cut her feet. This was a totally different experience and the complicated job I'd asked was huge compared. I needed carpet removing but then half the 11m living room screeding for hard floor to go down. They did a perfect job. The uneven floor was levelled to perfection and the new carpet is beautiful as is the hard floor. I'm so impressed. Can't praise them enough. I won't ever use any other firm again and will recommend to anyone needing flooring.

Carpet and underlay are excellent and looks lovely. Fitted this afternoon in the porch, hall, stairs & landing. Negative points. When measured, I asked for a runner & the fitter noted it. We didn't get one. Also, after today's fitters left we noticed they had caused minor damage to the skirting board. I told the company when I phoned to pay the balance. His response, SORRY! Thoughts on the Customer Service response from their office?

Used Lakeland carpets once again, the last carpets we had we got from them, we have used Clive the owner for over 30 years and you will be doing extremely well if you find a better service, quality of workmanship and value for money than you get from Lakeland. Excellent in every way.
