Dear SpaMedica Team, You re-lensed my right eye yesterday. You did it with courtesy, friendliness and aplomb. To anyone who has not had this surgery, then whatever words I use here to describe the result of this life-changing experience will seem like exaggeration. It is, simply, amazing. Everything I look at now is a reminder of how blurred my vision has been for the last thirty years or so, with or without specs. Clouded colours are transformed into bright distinct shades with a sharpness of detail that adds a new interest to my surroundings - far better than Valium would be my guess. So, to my surgeon and all the ladies and gentlemen who made my visit so comfortable and enjoyable, may I say thank you for your dedication and attention to detail, and hope that this insight (no pun intended) helps you further realise the value of the gift you give to your patients. Had my cataract surgery on my left eye yesterday at Spa Medica Newcastle Under Lyme. Really good experience from start until discharge all the staff were so helpful and understanding and really friendly . My surgeon was great and explained everything as he did the procedure. Would highly recommend Spa Medica for eye treatment and now reassured my right eye will be in good hands in the next couple of months.

Very organized, seen at said time for assessment. Appointment for first cataract procedure.update had both eyes done now, discharged today. The staff were very friendly & helpful throughout my cataract removal journey. Especially Sarah who I saw throughout the process. Thankyou all.

The greatest feature of Spa Medica in Newcastle-under-Lyme is the overwhelmingly friendly nature of all who work there, nothing is too much trouble, all are concerned to make the experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I came along today for my eye test, the young lady ( I think her name was Humar, ) please Forgive me if I have said it / spelt it wrong, ! she gave me a very thorough eye test. She was courteous, and very pleasant, as was the young man she handed me over to for another Test. Just got back from here for a cataract pre operative assesment. Has soon has you walk through the door the staff from the gentleman on the door to the reception staff and everyone in the back is amazing what lovely people everyone is first class all so pleasant See you soon for my operation. My partner had the left eye done last 3 months and now is getting the other one done next month, she will be able to see without glasses first time in 20 years. Great job.
