Went to get a key cut, the girl behind the counter messed up didn't use the right blanks so the key was completely wrong. Returned to get them replaced which the guy admitted the above but he didn't seem confident so did me replacements but on two different blanks. As expected one worked one still doesn't work. Contacted Timpsons directly still awaiting a response, reluctant to use this store again and its 10 miles from my home address. I wouldn't recommend them at all

Long gone are the day's of the cobbler and this is the perfect proof, 14 pounds for two small heels, already wearing and very noisy, says don't bother with this sort of repair, this was always a quick fix at best.

My mother went in to have a battery put in her watch. Really friendly staff but a really expensive place, £12.95 for a battery and fitting.

Well worth a visit. Helpfull staff/ volunteers.
