Got all my questions answered, she walked me through the process online, then scheduled me an appointment with Dr Rayson. The appointment was quick, got even more of my specific questions answered, and 2 days later, I was approved. I have been suffering with chronic migraines for 15 years, now I have more options to be able to deal with my pain. Great experience, wonderful people!!

They are conviently located just south of the heart of Kailua Village... I highly recommend them if you are in need of Medical Cannabis..

Everyone was wonderful here. I had some snags with the state application and they worked to get it resolved. My previous doctor retired, but this is better!

I am so happy to not have access to my medicine! These guys are great! Firstly, they are very thorough. You will be screened over the phone and asked to provide information about your condition and evidence of said condition, etc. they are very helpful with navigating the website! They also have a sharpie and double check everything to ensure that you don’t have any mistakes that could slow down the process when applying. Very knowledgeable!! I was told my card would take up to two weeks to arrive; I received it in less than a week!!! This surprised me because I had a read on other sites from google that it can take four to EIGHT weeks. I am SO thankful I didn’t have to wait that long. I’m not sure if they have any control over how long the card actually takes to get issued, but it is such a blessing to have received it so quickly, now I can benefit greatly from this medicine whilst in compliance with the law. If you believe this medicine can benefit you and you have a qualifying condition, these are the guys to go to! MAHALO!!!

Extremely fast process. 5 days from contacting them I had my card. Some of this has to do with the government being speedy too, but hats off to big island cannabis clinic for being on the ball too. Extremely efficient and friendly communication.

I have been wanting to get a medical cannabis license for a while now and the clinic made it very easy. I called and someone actually answered the phone, which was nice, giving clear instructions on how to first apply online. Then met with doctor and had my license in two days. Very nice people to work with, pleasant and eager to help. Highly recommend.
