This doctor’s office is rude, aggressive and uncaring no matter the extenuating circumstances. They should be ashamed to ever have taken an oath to care for the health of people.

They called my mother in the morning the day of her appointment and asked if she could change to the following week. She doesn’t drive and relies on family and friends for rides, which she explained ,so they told her to come in for her scheduled time and they would work it out. She arrived 7 minutes late due to traffic so they refused to take her. She explained how she had spoken to the assistant earlier and that they were going to work her in. The receptionist went out back then came back and told her “the doctor has spoken and we can’t see you”. Her friend that drove her went up to speak with them and to explain why they were late. They responded by threatening to call security/police. My mom is in her 80’s and is pain and this office obviously doesn’t care about their patients. Furthermore she was only coming to consult about her next step in treatment, not even seeing a doctor. Don’t tell me they could’t have cut her appt short instead of turning her away.

They Never called me back after my intake appointment. They Never treated my pain. I had 1 appointment a month ago. I've called 7 times in extreme pain. They always say that they will let provider know and get back to you but never do! They Never scheduled a follow-up appointment either. My pain actually got worse for having to deal with such ignorance.

This place barely answers their phone and takes forever to call back. My wife has an appointment and it sounds like they are having issues with our insurance but we wouldn't know since nobody answers the phone. Also requiring us to have additional office visits for whatever reason before they will allow her to have the procedure she needs. Really not impressed with this place.

Waiting room is clean. The wait time to see the doctor is pretty fast. Only down side is trying to get answers on the phone. It's always someone will call you back. But, they hardly ever call you back.

I am pleased with my treatments and service. It is well explained that some times the initial injection may not work and another area may need to be injected. The exact location of pain is tricky. It took me three times before the right area was discovered. Great relief! Keep in mind with other reviews people in pain can be, well, cranky. Keep an open mind when you go and be patient.

Scammers stay away! I stopped going there when it was clear they were adding unneeded appointments just to get more money. Now I have a $500+ hit on my credit report when I got no bills and I paid my portion before each appointment.

Had an 11:45 appt. Called on my way due to traffic running 8 minutes late. When I arrived 8 minutes late they cancelled my appointment. I drive from 35 miles away....they offered nothing and had a rotten attitude. There was no one else in waiting room. Clinician wouldn't take extra time off her lunch to see me. Management in Concord was dismissive and said it was my fault . What has this world come to?

This group has helped me manage back pain without surgery with their caring approach to relieving pain. Their new office location is great as it has much better parking. Highly recommend!

The members of the staff were very good on explaining the procedure that I was going to have, and the procedure for me was pretty much painless compared to what I imagined it would be. Excellent service.

Been going to Dr. Mirazita for about 18 years now and he is absolutely the best in his field. Trusting your doctor is tantamount to a good experience. Have always trusted his assessments, he keeps well informed on new technologies and treatment modalities and options. Top notch care every time.

As a repeat "customer", I find that Dr. Mirazita asks the appropriate questions, seeks the answers to the pain puzzle, and provides the time necessary to determine the best course of action. He is always clear about available treatment options and in recommending conservative treatments when available.
