*Updated* Joyce did a great job on the install of my AC/Furnace. But the work their electrician did was embarrassing. He walked all over my attic in 18+ inches of blown insulation, leaving trenches ALL over the place. No attempt to fill in the area where he walked, and I can’t even figure out why he walked in some of the areas he did. Annihilated the Christmas tree we had up there and left it like that. The thermostat wire he ran from the basement goes up the side of the house, dangling right in the open. In the basement he fished it through all sorts of gas lines, pipes, and conduit. No regard for being neat a tidy or running it along a wall, just cutting corners with it and not enough slack for me to clean it up. I opened the attic stair access to check on why they needed to even be in the attic and piles of insulation from the ladder just dropped into my daughters nursery room. Besides the sloppy electrical work, the Joyce crew was professional, timely, and their work down in the basement and outside on the AC pad was very nice! Time to ditch the electrician you use Joyce. Not acceptable! *Update* Joyce did reach out immediately after seeing this review, and scheduled their tech and electrician to come back out the next day. They cleaned up everything rewired the thermostat wire properly and fixed all the insulation. Glad they took ownership and we got it resolved. I respect that a lot! Will be a repeat customer. We are very glad we chose Joyce Cooling and Heating for our Mini Split installation. Everything went smoothly from the quote to scheduling and installation. We got several quotes for the job and Joyce was by far the most bang for the buck offering us exactly what we wanted and getting Mitsubishi. Other quotes were non Mitsubishi and cost was higher. Installation team was great, extremely clean and respectful of house, very efficient and friendly to work with! Go with the experts to take care of your home. Truly thank you to this team!

We hired on Joyce Cooling & Heating to complete a few different projects at our house and it was a great experience from start to finish. I was impressed throughout the entire process, from proposal to installation and look forward to working with them for years to come. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't push one particular solution on us and gave us a few proposals and options to consider. The office staff was friendly, helpful and awesome! The project manager gave us a great rundown of what to expect and what to prepare for ahead of the work. Best of all, the installation team was fantastic and respectful while working in our home. Jim was the Lead Tech on our job and he was great at communicating the daily tasks to us as well as his team. He communicated challenges that came up as their work progressed. One thing I really appreciated was listening to him explain things to the apprentices. You could tell he knew his stuff and wanted to see the apprentices succeed. The main apprentice who was on-site throughout our work was named Dylan and he did a great job communicating info to us at the end of each work day. I really appreciate the effort everyone at Joyce put in to get this work done. I know there were some challenges to overcome but everyone on their team worked hard and had a good attitude throughout the process. Thank you all again!

First the staff provide incorrect information and the whole management back up their staff. Before installation they sound very sweet and after it has been done, they do not bother. My worst decision doing the install with them. I wanted to get a rebate for a heat pump and told them I would like to apply for Mass save rebate and they should help me to fill out the form. They mentioned it can be done after installation. Once the install was completed they told me the heat pump doesn't qualify for it. This should have been mentioned to me first before install. I would have gone with some other option. They did not agree on their mistake and they were saying it was my fault. No one cared. I followed with them for almost 2 months and I came to know that it is waste of my time. Good fooled by so many good reviews. So unprofessional.

Corey and team installed a mini spit with 3 heads after a day and 1/2. Corey was very professional and friendly to talk to. Corey answered all questions asked and also volunteered to hang up the controllers for us. After five quotes with other companies we went with Joyce because of previous reviews and help with finances. We will be using their services in the future. Don’t hesitate to call you won’t be disappointed.

Very happy with Joyce Cooling and Heating! Every time that I had called them out they deliver great service. We needed emergency service for our furnace since we had house full of family and no heat or hot water. I called Joyce, and they dispatched their tech., Nick C. Nick was very responsive, competent, friendly, and diligent in his work. He was able to troubleshoot quickly and fix our furnace getting us back to normal. Nick is representative of the high quality we have always experienced in dealing with Joyce. We’ve been working with them for over 15 years and their legacy of excellent service continues. Joyce Cooling and Heating is the real deal! I had my 30 year old furnace and AC replaced and couldn't be more pleased with the work Joyce Cooling and Heating did. Jason who performed the initial consultation was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations regarding the capacity and capabilities of the various furnaces and a/c units available that would provide the most consistent heating/cooling solution for my house without having to significantly rework ductwork. Then came the installation where Christian (CJ) and team did an excellent job installing the furnace and a/c. They were skilled, had excellent attention to detail and were focused on getting things done right. System works great and exceeds my expectations. Tina in the office was helpful in processing payment information, product registration and Mass Save rebate. Joyce Cooling and Heating provided excellent service throughout the whole process and I look forward to continuing to do business with them.

They work non stop, they were very efficient, professional, their craftsmanship was so great, they even clean up after all. I"m happy with the price and quality of their work. Joyce Cooling & Heating responded quickly to my "no heat" call. It was soon determined the furnace needed replacing and the job was complete within 48 hours. Corey, installation tech, stayed late to bleed the system which includes 3 units next door. It was greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend company and technician! Joyce installed our whole home heating and cooling system when we built out new home about 18 months ago. We just had our first snow storm of 2024 and received an error on our furnace, called Joyce (on a Sunday), and Tom took 5 minutes with us to troubleshoot and got our heat back up and running. These guys are awesome and great to work with. Highly, highly recommend!

Needed emergency service. Unique service by Tom. He called first and tried to walk us through the program on the wall device. That did not work and he gave us an estimate to come out to us. He was here in 20 minutes. Checked out the system found the defective part, and replaced it in less than 30 min. He went over the programming of the wall device. Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly. It is very comfortable having experienced techs like Tom who do an excellent job.

Aside from a great price, also great service. Their technician was able to show up early due to a cancellation. Nate was clean, presentable, well prepared, and very informative. Overall, excellent first experience with Joyce. Looking forward to continuing doing business.

Amazing experience with Joyce all around. However, Matt and the crew were top notch. The professionalism and pride they have in their work was easily seen. The cleanup they did after was icing on the cake. While this is a new install from oil to propane, I think we made the right decision choosing Joyce.

I'm pleased with the service call we had this afternoon to fix a problem with our furnace occasionally shutting itself down. Garrett showed up on-time and spent almost an hour working through the various parts of our furnace checking for issues. He tested and ruled out several components before cleaning the burners and giving the furnace a clean bill of health. He thinks a dirty burner wasn't consistently igniting, which would cause the shutdown. The pricing was fair, and he seemed knowledgeable and honest. We'll be using them again.

Had the HVAC system go out right before the heat streak a week ago and not only did the team make the effort to come out and assess the situation right away, they were able to fit me in very quickly for an emergency install with the pending heat coming. The team was great to work and got the system installed an operable working 2 days. Easy to deal with and felt very honest. Would highly recommend.

James came out. He actually wound up being a few minutes early. We just wanted to have our central air checked and cleaned (years overdue). He finished up quickly, gave us some advice on maintenance and eventual replacement and we're good to go. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was cheaper than our usual plumbing service and they were able to get out here within a few days of me making the call. Great service!

This was our second experience with Joyce Cooling & Heating. They have served our office location and treated us very well there, so decided to try them at our home. They office staff is very friendly and helpful and provided a rough cost estimate for service over the phone. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional. They worked efficiently to clean our heating system and were happy to walk me through what they were doing and what they saw with the system. They made sure to take time to answer any questions I had and didn't leave a mess (thank you!). Even the dog enjoyed some pats from the techs.

Had Joyce install my new heating and ac system today. They were absolutely amazing. Could not give them enough stars for there service. Arrived on time, took the time to ensure my floors were protected. Even vacuumed everywhere they had been before they left. Jim, Mike, and Tom took the time to explain the new system and thermostat. They were fantastic to deal with. The entire Joyce team from Jim and Mike and Tom to Tina in the office were amazing. Will use them for all our HVAC needs moving forward. A well rounded high quality heating and A/C package was put together and installed. Any questions were answered as needed. A large project of furnace and a/c replacement with new thermostats was completed efficiently and relatively quickly. Efficient usage of whole team to get job done.

Had a ductless mini split heat pump installed, and I couldn’t be more happy with the quality of the work, and the professionalism of the staff. Matt answered all my questions and kept me in the loop with the install as he went. I’m excited to have a nice cool home this summer!

Arrived on time. Introduced themselves. Began winter service of heating system for the first time. The knowledge of heating systems were extraordinary. They went the extra mile to clean and analyze the entire system. At the end of day they had returned to fine tune our heating system with additional parts. Very very pleased with there desire to do a great job. Had to leave the house before they were finished. They cleaned the area. And carefully locked the house with a call to me saying they left and the status of the system. After 60 years of owning a home, I have never had such great service. Called on the weekend left a message, got a call back first thing on Monday morning. They were able to squeeze me in that day for a valve repair on my water heater. Impressed with the whole operation, Matt the service tech was great, a quick fix at a great price. Thank you for a great all around experience. Will recommend!!

Mike and his team went above and beyond of what I’m sure is expected them. He was promptly on time, professional, Knowledgeable and clean. He took the time after he had completed to really walk me through what I should know about my new furnace. I highly recommend Mike as well as Joyce in general.
