Bobby is a great guy and was very helpful and responsive during the design stage of the process. He was incredibly helpful and quick in coming up with ideas for our landscaping, and was reasonable compared to other quotes. The crew came out quickly. However, they showed up pretty unprepared (with only the design mock-up that Bobby made, but that didn’t even show all of our project), so we had to direct the crew as far as where and what to plant (though they were very nice, we weren’t expecting to be giving those directions). A few things were not done according to plan (some plants didn’t match, no boulders arrived as expected), so we contacted Bobby to make the adjustments. Unfortunately, he told us he was really busy so he was unable to come out, but said he would send his crew. Over the next couple of months, we had to ask Bobby 3-4 more times to come out and make the changes, and I’m sad to say that not everything was completely fixed. We still have some plants that don’t match the others and some areas where I wish things were placed differently, but I got tired of asking. With a landscaping project that cost 5 figures, I expected better customer service. We really like Bobby as a person, but would not use him again for landscaping.

Bobby was quick to help us turn around a difficult retaining wall fix when we were in a time crunch. He gave us a reasonable quote and had Arturo’s crew come out to repair the issue. In a day and a half, those guys tore down a 6’ x 20’ wall, put in drainage, and had it back up, along with seeding the top. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Thanks to Bobby and his fantastic team, our backyard went from unusable and stressful, to the center of our family life. His team was professional and so hardworking. Bobby was communicative and thoughtful. From hosting parties to letting our little kids live their best life in a fun and beautiful space, we love it everyday and in every season. We had landscaping that was 25 years old and overgrown. These folks took out all the old and put brand new fresh looking landscaping. Bobby worked with us until we agreed with the overall design. He had pictures and to my amazement the end result looked just like what he showed us. Very happy customers here.

Working with Bobby and the crew to get the side and front yard landscaping completed was a great experience. They were all very professional and worked hard to not only do a fast but high-quality job. I normally like to be present when work is happening to see what is going on, but I had to be out of town for a week mid project and they did an excellent job of communicating via texts, videos, and calls. I never was worried about what was happening and the project turned out amazing.

We are in the process of putting house on market. This team completed a planter design project in front of house to upgrade appeal. Killed it! In addition, Bob set us up with a small water feature in the back. With a great retaining wall on a slope we were losing land. However, we changed our mind on the number of tiers we wanted after they completed the first level of the wall. Yes I’m the customer who walks into Kohls two months later with no receipt to return. I met Bobby K while he was bidding a job for a relative of mine. I got to talking to him about my desire to have someone come take a look at my yard and see what they could do. Long story short, Bobby K came out to my home (Wentzville, MO), walked around the house, took pictures, and answered my elementary level questions with professionalism and patience. He was probably there close to an hour. That night, he emailed me a few design ideas and after only looking at a few ideas and making a couple of tweaks, he nailed it!!!! He has a great knack <sp?> for landscape vision and design. As far as the work product, Bobby's crew came out very fast (maybe a couple days after we decided on the design) to begin the job. They were done is a few days after that and the landscape and yard was left very nice and looking perfect! There were a few minor details they had to come back and touch up. Bobby K and his team at Rescue Landscaping are great. You know how lots of times, you can't get a contractor to respond, much less to do what they said they'd do? Well these guys are the polar opposite of that. Bobby responded quickly when I contacted him about my failing retaining wall, sinking corner of my driveway, and sinking deck! Bobby came up with a plan and a bid quickly. I changed the game, wanting him to add a set of steps in the retaining wall. He responded quickly and professionally with a plan and a bid. As soon as we agreed on the price and the project, he had his team onsite very quickly and they continued working on the project each day, with no gaps in service until the job was done. In the middle of it, I had an asphalt contractor bail on me so I was facing an open corner of my driveway for the fall and winter. Bobby K's team to the rescue! They professionally hauled in asphalt and sealed up the corner of my driveway too. My wall is solid, my deck is back to level, my driveway is fixed and my steps lead to a whole new way of getting into my back yard. Great group! Highly recommend you consider them and build in confidence that they'll get done what you want, for a very fair price!

Rescue Landscaping and Outdoor Living did a fantastic job taking a boring, hilly, waterlogged back yard and front yard and turning it into a beautiful, usable space f or entertaining and relaxing. We first worked with Bobby K Designs to master plan the space, and Rescue executed the work. Bobby was communicative and patient throughout the whole process as we shifted gears a few times. Sergio and the laborers who did the work were so nice and respectful; they did great quality work and we are so happy with the final product. We had a couple of follow up items after the main project was done, and Bobby and Sergio made sure to get them completed. Highly recommend.
