The
doctor
was
very
nice
and
helpful.
The
Receptionist
on
the
other
hand
needs
more
training
on
being
friendly
and
welcoming.
She
needs
to
be
instructed
on
actual
factual
policies.
Upon
entering
we
were
asked
if
we
had
masks
on.
When
we
replied
“no,
we
do
not
have
one,
do
u
guys
have
one,
or
should
I
go
to
the
store
to
get
some?
She
then
stated
with
an
attitude,
“in
medical
facilities
you
need
one.”
And
we
replied
“sorry,
we
did
not
see
a
sign
outside
stating
that.”
And
with
an
attitude
she
said
that
it’s
a
policy
in
any
medical
building.
So
we
once
again
asked
he
if
she
had
one
to
spare
like
most
office
buildings
do.
At
the
end
of
the
day
I
know
it
is
not
a
law,
and
being
someone
with
a
medical
condition
with
a
doctor’s
recommendation
to
not
wear
a
mask,
I
conformed
to
having
to
wear
one.
This
lady
having
attitude
for
us
entering
urgent
care
without
a
mask
on
is
unprofessional
and
unwelcoming
especially
when
there
is
not
any
sign
in
place
or
written
policy
anywhere.
I
recently
visited
this
facility
just
a
few
days
prior
in
the
morning
and
was
not
“required”
to
have
a
mask
on
to
see
the
doctor.
I
have
also
included
photos
below
to
show
there
aren’t
any
signs
stating
masks
are
needed
and
required
upon
entry.
Myself
and
the
person
I
was
with
did
not
come
in
for
any
type
or
cold
or
flu
so
we
didn’t
show
any
signs
of
coughing
or
illness.
The
receptionist
needs
retraining
and
should
speak
to
the
patients
better.
I
also
noticed
she
did
not
require
or
ask
other
people
that
entered
the
building
after
me
to
wear
a
mask.
Either
the
policy
changed
in
the
time
of
me
writing
this
review,
or
she
just
picks
and
chooses
who
she
wants
to
require
masks
to
be
worn.
