Some of the least urgent care I’ve experienced. They make emergency rooms look fast.

The doctor was very nice and helpful. The Receptionist on the other hand needs more training on being friendly and welcoming. She needs to be instructed on actual factual policies. Upon entering we were asked if we had masks on. When we replied “no, we do not have one, do u guys have one, or should I go to the store to get some? She then stated with an attitude, “in medical facilities you need one.” And we replied “sorry, we did not see a sign outside stating that.” And with an attitude she said that it’s a policy in any medical building. So we once again asked he if she had one to spare like most office buildings do. At the end of the day I know it is not a law, and being someone with a medical condition with a doctor’s recommendation to not wear a mask, I conformed to having to wear one. This lady having attitude for us entering urgent care without a mask on is unprofessional and unwelcoming especially when there is not any sign in place or written policy anywhere. I recently visited this facility just a few days prior in the morning and was not “required” to have a mask on to see the doctor. I have also included photos below to show there aren’t any signs stating masks are needed and required upon entry. Myself and the person I was with did not come in for any type or cold or flu so we didn’t show any signs of coughing or illness. The receptionist needs retraining and should speak to the patients better. I also noticed she did not require or ask other people that entered the building after me to wear a mask. Either the policy changed in the time of me writing this review, or she just picks and chooses who she wants to require masks to be worn.

The Name “FRIENDLY” goes well with all of the employees at Friendly Urgent Care in Teaneck. I’ve been there more than five times, employees are very friendly, helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and passionate, and professional. Definitely my go to place when I’m not feeling well, there’s no long waiting in the waiting room. The doctors explained everything correctly and clearly… definitely recommend !!!!. The medical staff are very helpful, awesome doctors and nurses !!!!👍🏽👍🏽❤️❤️❤️🩺🩺👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

I had an excellent experience at Friendly from start to finish The place was beautiful and clean. The staff was warm and welcoming. I had a short wait, both the assistant and doctor were very caring and detail oriented. The doctor checked my problem very carefully and made sure to give me exact instructions and follow up . I was very grateful and reassured. The coffee and free water bottle were really appreciated. I would use friendly anytime for medical care Thank you Friendly for taking such good care.

First time there at Urgent Care was great. Excellent customer service and wait time was short and quick. I would definitely go back again if I couldn’t get to my doctor. The doctor was awesome.

I visited the office for throat pain and told them I thought I had tonsil stones. They tried to turn me away in the lobby without even looking at my throat. Turns out I have strep which they absolutely can treat and I did receive antibiotics after begging them to look at me. Then I called for a note stating when I can return back to work to be sent to my email. I waited 5 hours and called back 1 hour before closing to ask when I would receive it. The receptionist told me she sent it already. I told her I did not receive it in my inbox or spam folder. She proceeded to repeat over and over that she sent it. I asked her to send it again. She said very dismissively, I'll get around to it when I can. She had a bad attitude from the beginning of the phone call. I asked her if she can send it now, not really trusting that she would do it at all at this point. She put me on hold for 20 minutes. Keep in mind there was no background noise and everytime I visit the office it's empty. I hang up and call back, no answer, I call again, she picks up. I tell her I've been on hold for 20 minutes. She tells me ma'am were a doctor's office if I put you on hold you can't just call back were helping patients and I already sent the email. She sent the email 1 minute prior. I hung up because all I needed was a note not an argument over an email! This was on 7/26/23 at around 8:15pm.

This is the friendliest, courteous and highly professional Urgent Care facility I've ever visited. The receptionists and the medical staff are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Check-in was easy and they really make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I whole-heartedly recommend FRIENDLY URGENT CARE. Stan LF

Insensitivity based on suspicion hurts patients furthermore. I pray the Dr. that cared for the patient on 3/8/23 @ approximately 9:00 with foot pain learns this. My previous patient experiences at this urgent care have been good. This time it was a big disappointment and not only because of a letter situation. The Dr. did not listen or communicate well. We left there dissatisfied. I was infuriated.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was able to see me right away. On my end it say 4 ⭐ but I gave them 5 ⭐✨

I burned my hand 🖐️ and pain was a 10. I was given immediate care for the burn and pain. The compassion, care and promptness i give 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you and I will tell all my friends and family this is way better than any emergency room I’ve ever visited.

A nice place with very caring/passionate workers who truly care about your needs. I highly recommend coming here. If you have a fear of medical places, they will care and comfort, and give you the peace of mind.

I call office number. Goes to voicemail. No mention of irregular hours on phone message or on website. I decide to go to the Teaneck location anyway during what should have been regular office hours. I find that the door is locked and a piece of paper taped to the glass with multiple days of limited hours. Unacceptable especially for a place with "urgent care" in the name. Won't be going here again.

Great experience for my husband, who had a bad finger cut. It was very easy to check in, everyone was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He was seen very quickly, and doctor was excellent!! We will definitely recommend to others!!

Less than 5 minute wait time as a walk in and great bedside manner with the PA Christina Salazar. Highly recommend

My Mom was not feeling well and we needed an urgent care to get a checkup and see what was the problem. This place we great. The wait time was about 10-15 minutes. They also speak Spanish so my mom was able to explain her symptoms. Dr. Pan was the doctor who saw my mom. She ordered multiple tests to be able to identify the issue. In the end we found out the problem and she prescribed medication to address it. This location will be our go to urgent care clinic prior to taking more drastic steps like going to the ER. Thank you Dr L. Pan! Areas of improvement: the waiting area was a bit small. Didn't like the fact that we were all close together and prevented social distancing. Air purification system to reduce the risk of respiratory viruses. (maybe they have this in place) Improvement in ventilation

Our trip to this facility went very smoothly. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't very crowded only two people in front of us. The receptionist, nurse and doctor we saw were all welcoming and attentive and made my daughter feel at ease. I felt she was examined carefully and Doctor Salazar prescribed the needed medication. When the pharmacy didn't have one of the medicines I called and they quickly prescribed a substitute. We will definitely return to this location when needed. Friendly Urgent care definitely lived up to its name😊

The nurse and doctor gently did my nasal/throat swabs, ran rapid & overnight tests, and explained the various viruses going around and their prognosis. The doctor also put in Rx for 2 medicines to help with my cold.

This is one of the best Urgent Care centers I have taken my children to. They are never super crowded, and the service is quick. Dr. Salazar is very friendly and efficient.

The urgent care clinic does not stand up with its name. Patient is a peds and it is important to assess the patient and do vital signs. You don't ask for weight and height of a child and relay on what the patient/parent say. It is important to take the actual weight and height of a child because this is where the provider base the dosage of the medication. Staff is not friendly and accommodating at all.

Great and fast, I was in and out. The nurses were very pleasant and we shared a good laugh which made my day despite feeling under the weather. Thank you😊

The staff are great, the wait times are shorter than other comparable urgent care clinics, and you can check in and then get some errands done nearby bc they tell you how Many ppl are ahead of you in line. With my particular insurance, friendly Urgent care costs a bit more than some other well known urgent care clinics, but for the conveniences mentioned above friendly urgent care is well worth it.

As the name states, they are “friendly”. Clean, professional location and nice staff. Organized waiting system (if needed). Though they are closed from Friday late afternoon through Saturday early evening they are open on Sat from 6:30pm-10:30 pm all day Sunday weekdays until 9pm. Easy to park there as well.

Convenient and professional. The doctor who saw us was fantastic. Thoroughly examined my son. She explained the symptoms and what to expect for recovery. Provided note for school. We did have a rather long wait so that was only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars for today’s visit.

The worst was on December 26 and today is the 28th and they never called me to give me the results of some plates. I have been in pain for 3 days and I call and they put me on hold for an hour and no one came back to assist me. Don't go there. They are incompetent. all the doctors and those who work
