Worst place. I came here on an appointment for 8:30, came here 10 minutes prior and waited almost 2 hours before I finally decided to confront them about why I wasn't called. They claimed they called me several times but apparently one of the staff who did call me before had a heavy accent and been completely mispronuncing my name the whole time for to me understand and then blamed me for not responding. This was the first and last time I will ever come here.

Just arrived as a walk in. No appointments left for the day. Fine. I need to pick up sample containers for someone. Not a person to talk to. Ipads only. Phone is automated only. Unable to speak with a human. Terrible. Going to try to find a place with a human aspect to it. F this place.

The need a reception / help desk. Had to show up and wait an hour just for them to tell me I needed a hand written note from my doctor and an email would not count, so then I had to come back. After 30 days they never sent the results to my doctor and it is so difficult to reach someone through customer support to see if they ever sent it or can re send it.

Rude and disrespectful. Unnecessarily rough and dispassionate. Avoid coming to this center. You can hear the screaming matches from the lobby. “Binji” who mentioned was the manager, was unprofessional and insensitive towards my wife. Did not want to answer questions and even threatened her with withholding service if questions were raised. Having a sample drawn by such an aggressive and unstable technician is a health risk. Consider yourself warned.

I was a little nervous to go here for blood work because of the reviews but I did so anyway. And I’m glad I did because the staff was so kind and accommodating! I was seen on time for my appointment, and the nurse was reassuring after she saw I was nervous. I would go back 💖

When I tell you, I have never been so angry to the point where I felt disrespected, angry, and hurt all at the same time! I made an appointment the check-in said 12. I thought I said 12:30. Anyone who knows me or speaks with me knows I speak very softly. Nevertheless. I needed blood work! I waited as a walkin (patiently). I looked up, and I was the only one in the waiting room. I waited 10-15 min, got up , and put my name back on the list in case I did something wrong because I couldn't understand why no one came out to get me.... I waited a little longer, went to the door, and knocked. The tech looked at me and kept walking! I went back, waited some more and went back to the door, and knocked harder! Another tech came out (nasty) listen, and she says, "You have to wait!" I said I'm the only one out here and I've been her since 12:30! She begins to tell me in short that I'm a walk-in, and she just TEXTED the next person, and he's on his way!! Meanwhile, I asked for her name (she refused). I asked her where her tag was, and she pretty much told me it was none of my business and she didn't have to submit her name. I worked in Healthcare, and she was so disrespectful! We pay out the nose for health insurance to be treated with such disrespect. Nanuet Quest Diagnostics is the worst, I won't pay a brand/company my hard earned money to be treated like a second-class citizen!!!

The technicians there, are at the best of times, sullen and unfriendly. But today when I went there, they had closed at 11am, without warning people who had made appointments and had turned up. There were at least 7 people waiting outside the clinic, who hadn’t been notified if the he early closure. Really very, very annoying.

was waiting 2 hours for a walk-in which was expected but then my name fell off the list and when i asked them when a lab tech walked out they told me they would call me. did not call means gave me no information as to why. at least if you can’t accommodate, why can’t you give me a call as to why and not leave me waiting 2 hours?

If you make an appointment, which is easy to do online or at the kiosk, you're golden. I waited 5-10 minutes after the appointment time which is fair (many appointments and understaffed today). I was in and out for my blood test in less than 10 minutes. The mobile check in and kiosk check in (I had multiple appointments so I did both) are convenient and simple. The space is clean and comfortable. The nurses were friendly, skilled and efficient.

Horrible! Not even worthy of 1 star. These people are beyond rude and horrible, with zero patience. Avoid going to this location for blood work. I plan on calling management on them.

Worst Lab I have ever dealt with. Had an appointment for 1:10pm, still had to wait 30 minutes before someone called me in. What's the point of appointment if you still need to wait 30 minutes. Never using Quest again.

I arrived with my 80 year old father for our 10:00 appointment at 9:50. When I tried to check in with his name, birthday, etc. It did not work and asked for his confirmation code. The nurse told me I needed the code. My Dad did not have the code, so I ran home to get it, returned, and entered the code. Since it was now 10:15, I was told I missed my appointment because I was "late". Then I tried to register as a walk-in, and "no appointments were available". So my father could not get his bloodwork done. While there, another 80 year old woman that was alone, was having trouble. This was her second time making an appointment, and missing it as well. I helped her register on her phone, but couldnt help byt notice she had 50 unread text messaged, and 7,000 emails. So Lord knows if she will be able to get her confirmation number for her next appointment. This entire process is a joke. That the nirses dont have a printed out list that has names and times of appointments, is rediculous. And that they cant be bothered to help, is just plain sad. Im disgusted at the way our seniors who may not be "tech savy" are treated. My advice? Show up at 7am, and wait for some poor soul to screw up their appointment. You will walk right in.

Been here 3 times already and each time was treated with care and professionalism. People need to understand that if you didn't make an appointment your wait could be very lengthy. People with appointments go first, and the appointments keep coming. I've seen people yell at the staff because they've been waiting so long, and they didn't make proper or possibly any entries in the ck in process. I also saw people being called and they weren't there, then when they come back they aren't called again and they are mad. I feel for the staff and give them much credit for their remaining calm when patients verbally abuse them. I know I would have a difficult time dealing with that on a constant basis.

Amazing experience with a great kind technician Miranda. She was fast, friendly and efficient. I was a walk in and waited less than expected with a full waiting room. Many technicians on site that kept calling patients in for service.

I’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero. I’ve been going to quest for years because it’s one of the places my insurance goes through. Been to multiple locations and everyone has been lovely and helpful. I have an upcoming surgery that I needed bloodwork for. The bloodwork slip was from a clinic that has sent me to quest multiple times before. There has never been an issue. The staff had just dismissed two other patients for silly reasons, and rudely announced that there would be no taking walk-ins, as they won’t even be able to get to the patients that had appointments. I was one of those patients. When I got into the room, I was told that my paperwork could not be used because it wasn’t in quest format. Again, never an issue in the past. I was told to go to the hospital and hopefully they could do it and dismissed without further explanation. Everyone that I called to explain this to was surprised and shocked, as well as the people at the lab in the hospital that is in fact, quest affiliated. I am certain that these technicians were overwhelmed, overworked, and short staffed. I am also certain that this lies on quest itself to remedy it so that they don’t become this way ever again. I have an important surgery, but not a life-sustaining one. I am also fortunate to not be terminally ill. This is not the way to run an office like this, where people are literally depending on you. As displeased as I am with the technicians, the company needs to remedy the situation and help their employees.

Please never ever go to the Nanuet, NY Quest Diagnostic. The worst place in medical field that I was. If I could, I would give to that place 0 stars. My name is Farida Spektor and I came there today to drop off urine collection container on which all my and doctor information were on 2 sides. No contact with live personal there. To drop off you have to stay long line according your number in check-in desk. Exactly like another customer told, I tried to knock the door, 2 technicians walked by and saw me with no reaction. Finally when my turn came, I was treated by rude technician so badly that cannot relax long time after that. She did not take my collection canister telling that I am not in system, that I did not understand instructions given to me, and without Doctors prescription they do not take it. I drove to another Quest in NJ and spend literally 1 minute to drop off container. And there technician were very polite and friendly telling that I am in system and all information they needed already there. Unfortunately I read all reviews after I got so much stress and negative treatment in Nanuet, NY Quest. I just wonder why after so many very low grades reviews nothing change at this place?

As a phlebotomist dropping off specimens. This is the worst experience I have ever had . The staff are rude and obnoxious.
