I had called another taxi company that I had used before. I got the same message,"Call us 20 minutes before you need to be picked up.". Both times I had done that they showed up late. I called Reliable Rides and Dave was honest. He had another customer who had called a minute before me, so he said he would be a few minutes late. I was arriving on the 10:34 train into Suffern. At 10:35 he called me to say he was four minutes away. He arrived at 10:38. I appreciate honesty and integrity. I will use his service in the future.

Reliable Rides picked us up while uber and Lyft failed! He went 35 minutes out of his way to pick us up when we had car trouble. Highly recommend!

Long story short, we are from Ohio and missed our train. We had to take a train to Suffern instead of Spring Valley and had no idea how we were getting to our car 6 miles away at 1:30am. I called Anytime Taxi and got no answer. When we arrived at the station Reliable was waiting there and took us to Spring Valley for a very reasonable price. Super nice guy and great conversation! Highly recommend!!

was getting out of a wedding late at night. No Ubers or Lyfts around. I’m lucky I found Reliable Rides from just a quick google map search. Not only did he give me a ride home but he was a great conversationalist. Definitely would use again and recommend

This guy deserves a cape and a superhero name! I tell you what he saved is tonight he really did. Me and my girlfriend took a trip to a nature preserve in allendale nj , booked a hotel after (spontaneously) we did bring a change of clothes because like I said the trip was spontaneous 🤷‍♂️ we went to tj max to get some clothes for the night and there were ABSOLUTELY no uber's or Lyft's and we dont drive so we were literally stuck! Thank you reliable rides ! We enjoyed the conversation and we thank you again for coming through in the clutch !!!!!

Dave picked me and my friend up tonight from just outside of Harriman state park. He was prompt, communicative, and very fairly priced. We had just bailed out on our 2nd night staying in the woods and were so grateful for his availability and friendly, fun attitude! I was stranded after missing my train stop, and Reliable Rides came to my rescue! The driver is the nicest guy you'll ever meet, and the fare was very reasonable, too. I know if I miss my stop again someday, I'll be able to get home safely. Thank you so much!

Our cab driver Dave was a delight! He showed up sooner than he said, charged an extremely reasonable rate, and was a pleasure to be with. Reliable Rides will be my new form of transportation from now on.

DO NOT use this service. Worst experience ive ever had. Guy dropped us a mile away at an ATM after charging us $45 for a 14 mile ride trying to get us to pay him more on top of this ridiculous and unwarranted rate that he could not justify. He also expected a tip and only spoke of this the entire ride. Do not let rhodes recommend this place. Wait 15 minutes or more for a safe and RELIABLE uber or lift.
