They helped my husband’s design come to life for the engagement ring and they provided us beautiful wedding bands as well. When we were in the area for only a couple days after moving out of state, they were quickly able to weld my wedding band and ring together on a tight timeline. It turned out just as I wanted and I was so appreciative they were able to do it so efficiently. They always provide family-friendly service and do their best to exceed your expectations!

I've known Travis and Tiah for 15+ years and if your looking for a place to buy a ring, look no more, these people are the best! Super nice people who actually care about the final product that comes out of their store. I know for a fact that I was a pain in the butt client. I ordered two total rings from them. The first ring was returned and upgraded and the 2nd ring is the one in the picture. I absolutely love the ring! It was exactly what I was looking for! Tiah and Travis patiently and pleasantly listened, searched through multiple vendors, and nailed exactly what I had hoped for. And more. They also had the task of finding 14 karat gold with NO nickel. I somehow developed unexpectedly a pesky nickel hypersensitivity that led me to a fresh earlobe piercing and a stainless steel stud for one year while I searched. Ever since we moved to Lake Oswego 7 years ago, Lake Oswego Jewelers have been our home for all things jewelry! They have repaired jewelry beautifully! We have selected special gifts over the years. Their selection and prices are great! They have even ordered pieces for us when they haven't had them in store. I have purchased a used luxury wallet there as a gift for my son. This is a great place to buy your engagement ring if you’re in the Portland area. I know firsthand that you will get a better experience at Lake O Jewelers than any of the city’s chain stores (Shane co, brilliant earth, etc). Great quality ring for a good price- plus John was very personal and communicative. Shopping at Lake O jewelers also means you’re supporting a local shop with deep roots in the area. I came in at first to have a watch battery replaced and it was quick and easy and reasonably priced. Next I came in to have some chunky pearls restrung - they look great and again reasonably priced. Then I brought in a diamond solitaire and wanted to make it into a pendant so I would actually wear it. A custom piece was designed and it is perfect! My new never take off necklace. Again it was reasonably priced and the workmanship is top notch and it is just gorgeous. Communication all along the process was excellent and my pendant was done within the time frame discussed. Give them a try - you will not be disappointed! They are great whatever your needs are!👍🏻

My fiancé and I have nothing but good things to say about Travis and the work done at Lake Oswego Jewelers. In the summer of 2017, I had my fiancé’s ring made based on a simple claddagh design, and this last weekend, I was presented with its perfect match (my fiancé is from Australia, which made the collaboration an even more delightful surprise!). I know my fiancé had his reservations about wearing a ring with a heart detail on it, but Travis created a subtle, masculine design that suits my fiancé’s style flawlessly. As for my ring, I fall even more in love with it every day. My fiancé is only able to visit every few months, but somehow he and Travis managed to produce a completely custom ring despite timezone differences and relying solely on online communication. Travis and the team have been amazing to work with and we couldn’t be more appreciative!

Before calling LOJ, I did my due diligence calling around to other jewelers in town and window shopping only to be met with short sentences and attitude...when I called and spoke to Travis at LOJ I could immediately tell that they had a spark that no one else had. Travis was attentive, non-judge mental, not pushy, patient and had a vibe of trustworthiness that none of the other shops had. I came in the next day and we talked about what my fiancé would like, what I would like and all the while Travis was happy to discuss options, precious metals, give me the pros and cons, etc. It was obvious that I wasn’t just another paycheck to this jeweler. Within two days we had five stones shipped in to examine in person within my budget and guidelines and the final stone choice was a no brainer - then the real work began (the ring). Now I’d love to tell you that I picked a ring out of a catalog and got out of there, but I couldn’t let her wear just any ring off the shelf. Over the course of the next couple weeks Travis and I went back and forth custom designing a ring that combined the band of one, with the bridge of another and the basket of a third ring. The result was everything I had expected and there is nothing that could have possibly been smoother or more perfect about the transaction. I’ve been working with Tiah at LOJ on fixing some pieces that were handed down to me and reimagining new pieces using loose stones. I have been coming to Lake Oswego Jewelers for years. They have replaced prongs that secure my diamond on my wedding ring many times. The people are amazing and provide great service. A few years ago, my then-girlfriend shared the custom design that Travis had prepared for an engagement ring she was purchasing for me.
