I would give 1000 stars if I could! I booked a limo over the phone through this company and could not have been more impressed! The booking was super fast and easy! I called the day before the event and they got me something even on such short notice! Victor was our limo driver and was the sweetest man!! He arrived early to get us, waited for us throughout the whole concert, notified us of where he was waiting for us and let us crank up the music! He was amazing and loved to see us have fun! We loved our blue zebra limo! Super high quality! Would totally do it again and again! Book now with this company it is so worth it!!

JMI Limousine did a fantastic job with our 21 run! Our contract was only until 1:30 AM but he stayed until 2 and then drove us home just to make sure we got there safe! Highly recommend!

We had Rodney drive for our sisters 21st birthday in downtown Portland! He was responsive, accommodating and just an absolute blast! We had some bar happing issues where bars were closed and he would help us figure out our next game plan and get us there as quick as possible! Exceptional. Used JMI for shuttle service to and from my wedding venue to a near-by parking lot. Lloyd and Nick were excellent drivers and got all the guests to the venue on time. Taylor was a huge help coordinating and helping with multiple changes. When one of the original vehicles had mechanical issues they sent and upgraded limo at no additional charge. They were a massive help. Thanks!

I used this place as a first time rental. Everyone was nice enough sure. Big shout out to our driver Rod. But I did ask multiple times about the setup for the music and screens. It was a real bummer that we couldn't get the screens to work. We had music, but I'm not sure the persons I contacted with about the ressie even knew anything about the vehicle. Screen number was wrong and despite bringing the necessary hookups I was told to, there was no ports. This was a three person birthday and I wish that we had the setup we asked for. You spend money on something, you really hope you get what you pay for. We didn't

We used JMI for to go from Portland area down to wine country this past weekend and they could not have been easier to work with. The driver, Andrea, reached out about an hour before pickup time, arrived early and was ready to go when we were and perfectly coordinated all of our stops on the day. She was also just friendly and enjoyable to work with and clearly wanted us all to have a great time. The Vehicle itself (one of their 24 person buses) was clean, had a good sound system --- really nothing to even nitpick at if you wanted too. Would definitely use JMI again

Everything about the transaction was easy and professional. Scheduling was quick and easy. I received a confirmation call the day before the event and it was discreet as this was a surprise. Our driver, Chris, was professional and accommodating of various requests. My wife and her friends were treated well. JMI will be the first I call in the future for my limo and town car needs.

The folks at JMI Limousine will always be considered our heroes! The day of Prom, the 40 person Limo we had rented was in an accident and no longer safe to drive. 6/27/23-Booked a Cadillac escalade stretch limo to take my family and sister in laws family to the Portland airport from Beaverton, gonna start off our Disneyland trip in style! Will update after we use it on 6/29. But booking was fast and easy, even on short notice. Price seems a little high but Stevi Jo did say it already includes driver's gratuity, so that made it sting a little less. She said it seats 12 and holds a lot of luggage. There will be 8 of us, 4 adults, 2 high schoolers, and 2 grade schoolers and all our luggage, so will update with space/luggage outcomes and pictures if google reviews even let's you add pictures to a review. But all in all so far, booking was a breeze, at least over the phone, I don't know how it goes online.
