This place is so friendly and has amazing drinks. They have a variety of crafty drinks and they give you the opportunity to create your own as well. They have amazing unique cookies as well. Jeff, Linette, and Tiffany are super welcoming! You’ll be missing out if you don’t at least try it but if you do try it you’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Dope little spot to get some caffeine. Drinks are all amazing and so are the snacks. Staff is awesome, especially Jeff, Tiff and Maria. Great people that get to know you as you come in more. Overall a great spot to stop by and get a quick sip.

This place is amazing because of a worker there by the name of Maria! She made my experience, amazing and very comforting! I don’t like going to new places because I don’t know the atmosphere and I’m very indecisive with what I want to get. But Maria made me feel so welcomed and helped me pick some amazing options! Everyone please check out this place. It’s amazing and has some really great stuff! You also can’t forget about the great staff!!

Only been working here a month and I am in love with this place. The staff is like one big happy family. The environment just brightens my day and I can be myself here with everyone. My favorite food is the maple waffle sandwich and the cookie dough cookie and my favorite drinks overall are the florida man, raspberry white chocolate shake, and chai latte. Great experience and great drinks! They have so many to choose from so I try to get something new everytime I’m there! The staff is also amazing they’re really nice people especially one of the girls named Nacosi! She helped me pick out what kind of drink I wanted and recommended the waffle sandwich which I get everytime I’m there now! Overall great experience :)

This place lives up to the hype, frappes here are way better than any Starbucks you got to guaranteed, it has flavor! not just crushed ice that's so bland it makes you want to get to the whip cream already for some flavor. A welcoming atmosphere with the perk of being open late. It's got 6 stars in my book.

One of the cutest, coolest and best refreshing spots around Miami!!!! We were informed that Sip 305 has the most delicious drinks but also customize to your liking. Staffing is terrific! They are definitely enjoying their job and it shows through their service. Menu has a little for those who are picky with flavors. Pricing is reasonable. Atmosphere is small but staff makes it feel cool but cozy. Overall, it’s a cute little spot to definitely check out!!

This place has the best assortment of drinks around! My kids love to come to this place because there are so many options even for them. The cookies and milkshakes are amazing! I especially love their recovery drink the OG but also like that I can get a soda and specialize it with any option I want (Lime, coconut, caramel Etc.) the staff are always so kind and I find myself chatting with the workers because its just such a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend for anyone!

I had such an amazing first time experience here! I was greeted by this lovely woman I believe her name was Lana. She took the time to guide me through the entire menu and help me make a decision on what I eventually wanted. It must be said that she is an excellent saleswoman because I ended up spending nearly twice as much as I meant to! Very pleased with my experience and will be back soon. Must check this place out if you’re in the Doral area. Hopefully you’re as lucky as I was to receive help from an employee as great as Lana !

Excellent service! I had this one associate take care of me and she was super professional and super friendly. Deana I believe was her name. She made me an Oreo milkshake and it was phenomenal! 10/10 would recommend!! I also tried the Reese’s pieces cookie sandwich and oh my god was it absolutely delicious. Most definitely would go there again! The food 10/10, the beverage 10/10 and the service from Deana. 20/10! Thank you Deana!

This place is such a hidden gem. The frappes are my favorite. THEY ACTUALLY TASTE LIKE COFFEE! It’s no wonder they have a 5 star rating. The customer service is so genuine and efficient. They make everything with so much care and in Miami… that’s pretty hard to come by. All I have to say is kudos to this place. This place has such a diverse menu and EVERY. SINGLE. THING. is made with all the care in the world and the taste is there to show it. We need more places like this in the world.

Sip 305 has so many fun creations! The possibilities are endless. I love that you can customize so many different drinks and that they are always coming up with new special creations. The staff was super friendly and explained everything to me! I loved the Hulk Extract drink which is their home made hangover remedy/energy drink. The cookies were also delicious! I loved the cookie sandwiches and the cookies alike. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for something fun!

I love this location! My husband found them online and we have come back here almost everyday since. Their drinks are amazing and they are super fun and creative! Extremely clean little coffee shop in the heart of Sweetwater. The employee who prepared our order was so friendly and apologetic for the construction outside. The coffee was a tad bit too sweet for my liking, so next time I'll ask for less syrup. Otherwise it's a great spot! Prices are much better than chain shops! 10/10 I also really appreciated the ability to place a pickup order online. Our order was perfectly prepared on time.

Sip 305 is always a great way to satisfy any random drink craving. Basically any out of the ordinary combination for a drink, you’ll be able to try it there. Always a quick and great experience, super cool staff too!

Stopped by the other day for a quick road trip snack and discovered some neat drinks that kept me alert for the whole drive. Tried out the Hulk drink and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. The drinks can also be Sugar Free for anyone who is interested in that sort of stuff!
