I came for a follow up appointment. Once again the front desk staff were so kind, sensitive & professional! The NP who saw me was phenomenal!!! She listened well to my issues, was thorough and helped we tremendously! I had to have an x-ray and the tech was amazing! He was attentive to my issues and was very professional!!! I am getting better and appreciate the great care of that I received!!! I definitely recommend this clinic!!! Kudos to Brittany, Jannet, Yvonne, Griselda and Travis for excellent patient care!!!

Everyone here is very nice. They document everything to be sure they are treating you for exactly what you need. I appreciate the kindness in my visit. Thank you so much. I feel they helped me feel better quicker by zoning into exactly what my symptoms where.

One of the worst feelings is when you have planned a vacation or trip and then get sick for it. That was my experience of Napa prior to visiting this Urgent Care facility. Thankfully they were open on a Sunday and I was able to reserve an early time slot. The staff was attentive, caring, and very understanding with my needs as a traveler. I would STRONGLY recommend this facility to anyone who needs immediate medical attention. This is also my second time using an UrgentCare in the Solv network and both experiences were fantastic.

The staff here were awesome honestly, I had to take a DOT physical which involves a blood pressure test...I got really nervous, tried to calm myself down..wasn't working. The staff gave me time to rest,talked things over with me and explained the certification process more clearly than I had understood to assure me everything was alright. I don't have blood pressure numbers like I used to but the staff I feel went out of their way to help me calm down and bring my numbers down. Great care and advice to help me maintain better numbers. I'll be back for my next DOT certification for sure

Dr. Kamille was great! Lovely doctor! I struggled with a foot infection and I was able to get a same day appointment. Once there, they treated me right away and staff was very helpful and provided a lot of knowledge. Highly recommend urgent care!

I had an incredible experience here yesterday. It was my first time in this office. The receptionist, the MA, and the MD were all amazing! Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. You are in great hands here!

Dr. B was efficient, empathetic and competent. She accessed my situation clearly and quickly, despite my less than stellar communication skills after 4 days of agony! She covered the bases I'd hoped for and a couple I hadn't considered. My own GP back home couldn't have done better for me. As for the office and support staff - the office is clean, bright, and well maintained. The staff are very nice and the sweet gal who assisted me before I saw Dr. B went out of her way to make me comfortable. I was on time and ushered into a room almost immediately. I read great reviews before choosing this urgent care, and I'm delighted to report, based on my experience, the high ratings are indeed well deserved. Thank you Dr. B, you're an ANGEL. Fantastic experience from booking the appointment, checking in and being seen. The staff were friendly, efficient and professional. They were knowledgeable about current medical problems. Testing was done very quickly. The doctor was awesome. One of the best I’ve ever seen in my 75 years of life. (Mind you I don’t remember the doctors I saw in my first three years) Symptoms, history, physical exam and test results were evaluated quickly. Diagnosis was made, recommendations and medication given. I was assured it I didn’t improve in 24 hours to return. Overall this group would get a 💯 and a gold star. Seen on December 2, 2023 in Napa California.

I went in for what I thought was a chest cold, turns out I have pneumonia. The Docs and staff were assertive and thorough. I went on an aggressive treatment and came back the next day for an update. That is the definition of care in my book. They were highly recommended to me and I will eagerly extend the courtesy.

The staff was overwhelmed but handled each patient accordingly. When it got to be my turn Travis and Brittany were awesome. I recommend coming here for all your health care needs just have patience it is a busy business

Very pleased with the care and concern shown by all the staff I encountered. They saw me in a very timely manner, and though I was anxious, they were all positive and professional. I’m glad to know they are available when necessary. The provider was extremely clear with her explanations and instructions.

I had a great experience overall. All the staff work super efficiently. I did not have to wait long for anyone check me in or to see me. They were all very friendly and caring towards me. I would definitely go back the next time I need urgent care!

My husband and I both ended up in urgent care, for different reasons, during a trip to NAPA. Both of our experiences at this urgent care were stellar. Getting an appointment was easy and fast. We were seen on time. Staff members are professional, prompt, caring, friendly, and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable and skilled. We were both helped greatly by the diagnoses and treatments that we received. They also followed up as they said they would. We give Double 5-Star ratings for our two perfect experiences!

I was able to walk right in with no wait and get a quick RSV, strep and flu swab done. Results came back within minutes. Staff was friendly and efficient. It’s so nice to have fast option as a Kaiser patient.

Everything from check in to being seen went very smooth. The girls in the front were very nice and helpful. Great service especially for special needs patients. The professionalism and kindness were exceptional. I am a caregiver and relative of an Autistic Senior and to find medical professionals where he feels comfortable is not easy to find. I would like to thank everyone at this facility for being understanding of special needs while maintaining a sense of dignity to the patient.

Physician’s assistant Brittany was excellent. Listened to me and explained things well. She is very skilled. Her medical assistant Cierra was also very good. They took very good care of me.

First class care from a great staff who takes their time, listens and then treats. After a week long illness with no improvement, and a failed attempt at the ER, I came in and was treated quickly and diagnosed quickly!! Such a huge relief.

Very good experience here. Made an appointment this morning, got in quickly , filled out forms online beforehand. Only waited 5 minutes and was seen by efficient, professional doctor. Front staff were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this office, especially if you are vacationing in Napa!!! ;)

I am so grateful for this amazing urgent care option in Napa. We received such great and thoughtful care from the people who run the phones to the nurses to the doctors, both in-person and online. I received better and more immediate care and follow-up than from our normal doctor, who told me they could "maybe" squeeze me in in two weeks after expressing very urgent symptoms and a need to see a physician sooner than 14 days. we will definitely be repeat customers.

The team here went out of their way to make me feel welcome and help me out. I got in close to closing time, and one of the receptionists who was about to head out clocked back in to make sure I was taken care of and spent quite some time trying to help me figure out my complicated insurance situation. When we decided I just didn't have the right information, she gave me very specific instructions on what to ask my insurance company and then booked me in for an appointment the very next day. Also, the doctor did look me over after all to make sure that I wouldn't perish. The next day appointment went very smoothly. The place is small - professional yet intimate. Highly recommend for an urgent care location.

Very fast and smooth process! Everything is clean and organized. The MA who helped me (I believe her name was Cat?) was incredibly helpful and nice. The Dr was thorough with her explanation and made sure all my questions and concerns were taken care of.

Based on a great and caring attitude by the entire staff, I give five stars! The PA was super nice and although I was just there for medication management since I am still new to Napa and have yet to get a general practitioner MD yet. Convenient location and well worth a visit for basic medical needs for sure! I will be back for sure!

I was allowed a next-day appointment, which I needed, and while I waited an hour to be seen this was only due to the large number of patients before me as the staff constantly rushed to keep things moving. Dr. Ahwah was attentive, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain my diagnosis and options, and allowed me to make the best informed choice for myself with a great quality of care.

I’m very impressed with Urgent Care + TeleHealth. Staff is friendly and really seem to care. Doctor Ahwah was great. Today I saw the X-ray tech and one of the aides…can’t remember their names but they were prompt, professional and very informative.

I've (unfortunately) had to visit this urgent care location a few times, and I feel so lucky to have such a wonderful facility right here in Napa. Every person here treats you with respect and kindness. Even my one-year-old son enjoyed his visit! If my doctor isn't available and it's a non-emergency, this is absolutely the first place I choose to go. Thank you to the entire staff for their extraordinary care!

Very kind and attentive staff on a Saturday morning. They were great with my 11-year old son who was in a lot of pain with a cold sore on his tongue. They were efficient and helpful and we were out of there with a prescription very quickly.

Excellent care provided by Dr Bellows - she was very thorough in her examination. I felt she actually listened to me and was inquisitive in her process to understand my issues and arrive at a diagnosis. The nurses were also very kind and had excellent bedside manner to ensure I was comfortable as they ran their tests

I did not have an appointment, walked in and was treated with kindness from the moment I stepped in the door. The paperwork was all done by your mobile device. After the check in process was completed I was escorted to a room. The nurses were friendly and treated me with care. Dr Brittany was amazing! She listened to all my symptoms thoroughly and didn’t rush me at all. She treated me with so much grace and took the time to get to the bottom of my issue. When I left, one of the nurse’s said feel better! So sweet when I wasn’t feeling well at all. Thank you all for taking such good care of me!
