Matt was excellent! Quick responses to my messages. Thorough answers to my questions. I would recommend him to anyone! We have a very small utilities room and in looking at other water softener options I figured we would need to keep the brine tank outside of the utility room and in the garage somewhere. That was going to be pretty inconvenient. Matt found a way to make it work though! He custom ordered the Brian tank to fit our utilities room. Can’t thank him enough for that.

I shopped around and I found this company and they had the softener features that I wanted at a very good price. I had their premium softener and a whole house water filtration installed. He had the equipment ordered and installed in less than a week. Matt installed both of them and optimized my space they would occupy for easy access in about 2 hours. Very neatly done. I have my soft water back and would recommend this company. The prices are great as well, I bought both the softener and whole house filter for less than one company wanted for just the softener.

He came out fast, answered all our questions, looked at the situation we had and recommended options for us that would meet our needs. His bid was significantly less than bids from several other water softener installers. We had to wait for our particular model to be built and it came much faster than anticipated. Matt is great and knowledgeable! He came out quickly not knowing what was wrong with our softener. Matt did his assessment and was able to diagnose the problem with our softener valve and that it was related to our homes water pressure. I quickly replaced our homes pressure regulator while he repaired the softener. The whole process happened over a weekend and we have soft water once again. Thanks Matt
