This restaurant is a fun fusion of Peruvian and Japanese food. We tried the Fettuccine Huancaina which is Peruvian. The Huancaina sauce wasn’t my favorite, but it did pair well with the steak. Also, we were sad that the noodles were cut so short because it made it hard to eat them. We also ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and rice. We were surprised when it came with fries, but even more surprised at how delicious they tasted in the teriyaki sauce! The chicken was tender and delicious and the rice was also good. And finally, we tried their fried Yuca, and the Chicha Morada drink. The Yuca was similar to French fries, but heartier. It tasted great on its own, but I would have enjoyed having a dipping sauce with it, even teriyaki. The Chicha Morada was very unique, but also oddly satisfying. It is made from boiled and spiced purple corn, and is a traditional Peruvian drink. It looks like grape juice, but tastes a lot like a mild, slightly fruitier, spiced cider. I forgot to get a picture of it, but It is definitely worth trying! The restaurant was clean and well laid out, and the cashier was nice. The food was great! It had a unique theme and style. And they were very friendly! We got the Katsu Soba and Katsu Salad

Fun vibes. Cool idea with Peruvian and Japanese food. We tried a Peruvian fettuccine dish that was really good and a fried rice dish that was pretty mid.

The shrimp batayaki is excellent. It says butter sauce on shrimp, but it is like no butter sauce you've ever had, over fried rice, all perfectly complimentary. For a unique side that tastes like a hearty dessert, try the chicken and veggi wrap with passion fruits sauce... There is something reminiscent of cinnamon or nutmeg in it, and as strange or clashing as that sounds, it is wonderful, not just unique. While my friend and I were there, the owner apologized they were out of the salmon to make the deep fried tempura salmon sushi roll with crab topping... So he brought us the best ceviche I've ever had, with sweet potato and two things I can't identify on the side like crispy corn, and the other like some soft seedlike balls. If you like pasta, they have a take on a fettuccine I personally like more than bland noodles at olive garden or Italian restaurants. It's not the same, it's better, and has very juicy, nicely browned meat on top. Great service, excellent food, and a unique place to try if you're looking for something with unique options.

If you want Peruvian Japanese fusion food I recommend this place. Cooks are from Peruvian origins so the taste is authentic. I tried ACEVICHADO MAKI it is a sushi roll Peruvian ceviche style. Their Maki Causa taste delicious. Their mixed Jalea was great especially because they served it with salsa tártara (tartar sauce) it not Jalea if it doesn’t have tartar sauce. My friends order Shoyu Ramen the taste was great with a touch of that Peruvian Japanese fusion.. The traditional Peruvian Ceviche with their own touch great taste as well. The Pollo a la Brasa was ok but to their defense they don’t specialize on Pollo la Brasa even though they have an authentic brasera oven brought from Peru. But their Peruvian Japanese fusion cuisine is where the magic is at delightful taste.

EXCELLENT FOOD!! They catered to our allergies and made the Lomo Soltado gluten-free. The fried chicken and chow mien were sweet, yet savory. And the green sauce had a vinegary flavor that was very unique. There were only three men in the kitchen, yet we received our food very quickly. They were super kind and the restaurant space was really enjoyable. 10/10, would recommend.

First timer here at this cute place! A restaurant that serves Japanese and Peruvian food?! Loving the fusion! The staff was super friendly and explained the menu real well. We enjoyed the entrees that we ordered: Lomo Soltado, Salmon Batayaki (the salmon comes out on a sizzling platter!) and chicken Katsu was a hit with the picky eater! The sushi was OK - I’ll have to try other things on the menu next time we come back!

I love this place. Me and my wife come here a lot, with friends from different countries. Today we have sushi Maki acevichado and my wife ceviche.

Incredible. What an amazing idea to have two such amazing cultures and foods in one place. For this trip, I just ordered Peruvian, but WOW was their Lomo DELICIOUS. It was some of the best Lomo Saltado I've ever had. So good. The employees are super nice and friendly. The place has good open space inside and has a good vibe. There's Peruvian decor on the left side and Japanese on the right side. It truly is a fusion. Great place.

I was surprised that the taste was really good and similar to the food in Perú. The pollo a la Brasa is good and the Causa is my favorite. Is a good Peruvian restaurant.

We give this place 5 stars! My husband is Peruvian and we love the food so we needed to try this place! We ordered tons of things and they were all so delicious! We told his whole family about this place so they are eager to try!! We will also definitely be returning!

Hit and miss for my sister and I. Maybe we didn't order the right items on the menu. The steak for both our dishes were flavourful and delicious. My sister said even the rice had a good flavour to it! However the yellow pepper sauce fettuccine was a disappointment as it was very plain. The ceviche was also a "meh" for my sister and I. The fish was tough to chew on and the toasted corn seemed a little burned and hard (not crunchy).

The Fried sushi rolls were really good and the plating was cool. Would’ve appreciated having teriyaki sauce accessible along with our order.

So this is the best kept secret restaurant in Orem Utah. Every dish we have tried was delicious. Each dish had its own unique taste. And not super unhealthy either! The salmon came out sizzling. And the fried rice was perfect. Not too much oil or out of balance with other ingredients. And at the end of our meal. The owner surprised us with some unique ice cream! A flavor we had never tasted before. We will be coming back again and again. So good!!!

Can't wait to come back! I came in for the first time and loved it. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were kind. The food was made fresh and it was delicious. Their menu was extensive and I can't wait to go back and try more. Highly recommend!

Wow this place is so delicious!! I usually have to drive to Sandy to eat some Peruvian were Food is ok and service is terrible. But this place ….Everything we ordered was just wow!! Love the people that work there, friendly and the owner … es un Peruano bien chevere . Trust me , you won’t be disappoint.

Incredible Peruvian food 😍 I would recommend it to anyone who is craving quality Peruvian food! I’m Peruvian so I’m always looking for good Peruvian food. This is the best I’ve been to. Love the acevichado and the adopts chaufa dish (rice and chicken dish). The food is fresh! I was so nervous but the fish was buttery and delicious. The flavors were incredible. We ordered two sushi rolls and one rice dish to share. It was perfect amount.

Got the food to go and was super impressed how great it tasted after taking it home. The sauce is phenomenal, the staff was very friendly, and everything looked super clean. 100% would recommend
