Working with Property Revision was so smooth and easy for such a major remodel. Jason was VERY responsive and always available to us during the project. If my husband and I ever had a concern or a question, he would address it immediately. Jason is very even keeled and understanding, which I really appreciated. He gets that it's a stressful time to live in a torn up home. We originally were looking at just a kitchen remodel, with possibly a laundry/mudroom remodel. However, after working with Property Revision and taking in their suggestions, we ended up installing all new maple wood flooring throughout the entire first floor which turned our kitchen remodel into a complete first floor reno, and it's gorgeous! Our project started August 19th with demo. 2 months later, the project is 100% completed and we are very happy with the results. We were able to start living in the kitchen only 6 weeks after demo, the final 3 weeks has just been closing out on the finishing and punch list items. Property Revision is willing to work with any outside vendors if you find one you prefer over who they use. (Such as cabinetry, counters, tile, etc.) Just know that their estimates on pricing AND timeline take into consideration the companies they partner directly with. They let my husband (who is a tile setter) install the back splash to save us some $, which was nice. We also decided to go with a different company for the quartz counter tops, which worked out very well. The cost savings we found with the counter top company allowed us to add on waterfall edges. Property Revision was always willing to work with us on any changes, and we would pretty much know up front the $ impact any changes would have before moving forward. All in all, I highly recommend Property Revision for any remodeling needs. You will be very happy with your choice.

We decidded we wanted to create a new bathroom in our basement in a corner of unfinished space. I had found a few companies (via online searches) that I wanted to check out. The first 3 places I found just did not seem like they were really invested in my needs. I got some drawings of proposed layouts that were OK, but the prices from each of these 3 companies were just.... ridiculously high. Yes, I know doing plumbing in a basement is costly (you gotta dig under the foundation to add plumbing..), but again, the price tag was just way over the top. I couldn't fiure why these places wanted so much for a small bathroom in a NEW space. The details of each of the 3 quotes were also lacking a lot of detail. But then I brought ReVision in, and not only were they really detail-oriented, Amber came up with a design layout I hadn't thought of that made the BEST use of the limited space. And the quoted price was far below the others. I ended up choosing them and wow was that the right thing to do. The quote they provided had a TON of detail, everything really well spelled out, and they answered all my questions. They listened. I soon figured out WHY ReVision could give me such a great quote-- and that's because unlike a lot of other bathroom contractors around- these guys do NOT have a "showroom". Which means they don't have the expensive overhead to keep a big shiny buiding stocked with kitchen and bath displays. Rather they give you good recomendations where to pick stuff. (in our case: The vanity, the shower door, the toilet, plumbing choices, etc etc). We actually had a lot of fun shopping online and finding exactly what we wanted. Of course, if you want THEM to shop for you, they can do that too. The best thing about this company was- COMMUNICATION. They use an app called "CoConstruct" that was the focal point of the project. Here I sent and received messages; usually with VERY quick responses. We were advised every step along the way when the various subcontractors could be coming. "OK, the drywall guy will be there Wednesday, and the Electrician will be by Friday morning", and so on. I have heard far too many horror stories about companies that have poor communication... or subcontractors that fail to show up, etc. Property ReVision is not a big company; they're a smaller firm, but it's because they're smaller that they excel at keeping their customers up to date. And happy. A few minor change requests along the way that we had were easily handled and properly documented. There were also one or two small things during the build that I had an issue with (such as a soffet duct-cover setup that hung down too low), and those concerns were quickly fixed to my satisfaction. Shawn was my go-to main contact and I can't say enough at how great he was managing the overall project. Our project was scheduled to take about 2 months; but these guys finished all the work in ONE month. Amazing. Many many construction projects are a pain, a disaster, and frustrating. Our project was the opposite: quickly done, fun, and well-managed. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

We hired Property ReVision to renovate our basement and had a great experience from the very first phone call to project completion. We had a good idea of what we wanted to do with the space, and Jason and his team fully understood it. They transformed a very basic finished basement (carpeted and drywalled area) by taking down a dividing wall, adding a wet bar and a TV area, and adding a half bath in an adjacent unfinished section of the basement. We now have a great lower level that totally meets our needs. Jason was very personable and easy to communicate with, and he stayed totally involved throughout the project. We began construction last June, and with all the challenges of the time (lumber shortages, supply chain issues, shipping delays, Covid), we braced ourselves for delays and complications, but thankfully didn’t experience any such issues. The vast majority of the project was completed in two months as expected, and it was completed on budget with no surprises. Special shoutout to our designer, Amber. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and was so patient helping us make decisions on everything from layout to colors to finishings. Todd and Val were also great to work with. The crew at Property ReVision is an experienced group of talented, energetic, hard working and knowledgeable people. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again and have recommended them to several people preparing to do remodels of their own.

Property Revision did a fantastic job on our basement! We had them finish a movie room/Rec room, wet bar, full bathroom, and spare room. We also finished under the stairs so we could make a bonus craft room! Jason was very personable, prompt, and patient with our questions and changes we had along the way. They have their own designer, Amber, whom was wonderful and helped with picking out products and made it so easy to make selections with her suggestions. The quality of work shows for itself! Highly recommended!!!

I have had many parts of my home remodeled over the years, but they stand out for three reasons…great communication, they care, and don’t nickel and dime you. I think this combination equals amazing work and a finished project to your standards. They tore down an eye sore screened in porch and rebuilt me a beautiful 3 season room. Jason and his team just finished our house remodel project. It began late last year with a remodel of three bedrooms and a half bath. When they were done, we had no choice but make the rest of the house look as good as the bedrooms. So we almost immediately had Property Revision begin the complete remodel of our kitchen, living room and family room. This included a complete demo, removal of a lid bearing wall, and multiple layers of old flooring. They were originally scheduled for 8-10 weeks and completed the entire project in 6 and a half weeks. They were efficient and very knowledgeable about their trades. And their craftsmanship was some of the beat I have ever seen! To be clear, there was no surface in our entire house that they did not touch over a 4 month period of time. Would gladly work with them again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone look for a remodeling of their home. We have recommended them to several of our neighbors already!!!

The team at Property ReVision is great to work with. They are very responsive and reasonable. We did a major Kitchen Remodel with Property ReVision. They gutted the kitchen down to the studs, designed the kitchen to be more functional and we love the results. During the kitchen remodel process, Property ReVision also tackled a high walls/ceiling wall paper removal project that no one else seem to want. They did a great job at repairing the dry wall from the removal.

Property Revision was and is amazing. I have now used them twice on two separate homes. On the second home they performed what I thought was the unimaginable. They completely gutted and remodeled two full bathrooms, repainted the entire interior, built custom built-ins for the mudroom and created a new first floor laundry room, and installed all new lighting fixtures and canned lights throughout the house. Did I mention all of this was accomplished in four weeks!!! I am beyond impressed with the quality of their work and how easy all of their employees are to work with. I appreciate them taking the time to work with me down to the very last detail to ensure the quality their company stands by. We worked with Property Revision on a large remodel of the first floor of our 1940s home. The work involved removing a structural wall, so we were very careful (and nervous!) as we spoke to different companies about the project. From the first meeting with Property Revision, we felt confident that they would be the best company to take on this job because of Justin's structural engineering background. I'm so happy to say we weren't wrong! This is the first large project we've done, and it went incredibly smoothly. The work was completed on time, within budget, and with no "surprises." I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for any type of remodeling or home renovations. We worked primarily with Justin, Amber, and Shawn. They were all so kind, helpful, communicative, and thoughtful throughout the process. They honestly felt like (very smart, industrious, creative) good friends! We didn't have a solid design plan when we first approached them, and Amber and Justin evaluated various designs and layouts to help us land on the best floorplan. They were creative in their solutions, and the end result is something we absolutely love!

We had a great experience finishing our basement with Property ReVision! We love that project manager Jason stayed in touch weekly with updates and let us know who to expect at the house on what day. We chose Property ReVision over several other contractors for our basement remodel, and couldn't be happier! They were professional, reasonably priced, did high quality work, and were accommodating to our needs and ideas. We had a pretty good sense of what we wanted the design and finishes to look like, and they turned it into reality. We had a few specialty requests like specific ceiling soundproofing ideas and a recessed TV wall with built-in which they did a great job incorporating. We felt like we got everything we wanted for the price, compared to some other higher priced bids which in fairness had a really nice product, but allocated a lot of money to design features or products that we didn't care much about. For that reason, we felt Property ReVision offered great value for our specific priorities. We highly recommend them, and will likely use them for future work!
