We were looking for a Starbucks or Dunkin’ as a quick stop during a long drive and found this instead. Never has there been a happier accident in all of my days. The space was beautiful. Customer service was excellent. And the pastries… no words. Just too good.

OMG - Kringles of all kinds here! And more fresh bakery items. Top it off with Colectivo coffees! Yup 5 stars. Can't miss ... Update 3/7/23 more photos of baked goodies. Everything here looks delicious.

Gluten Free selection is abit small and in the Freeze-cooler so dont plan on stopping and eating your item right away but I bought 1 of each item, why not!? for my Girlfriend because she loves deserts and doesn’t get the opportunities i enjoy. Im here to tell you these deserts are Awesome!!! This is and will always be a Must Stop for Us when we travel to Wisconsin.

Their kringles are the best. The only problem is that the Oak Creek store has extremely limited selection of flavors, especially on weekends. You pretty much have to call to see if they have any of the special flavors, because if you don't you may be disappointed like me.

I’ve never had a bad item here, everything is delicious! The donuts are huge for the price and so much better than any chain. I’ve tried kringles from a few other places, even one claiming to be the best, but O&H are the best in my opinion.

What a consistently delightful bakery! Everything I've had here has been excellent. I live out of town and stock up on the kringles every time I visit family. They do freeze amazingly well so I take home an embarrassingly large stack of them! You are missing out if you don't try this place!

We like to visit this location from time to time and have always enjoyed it. Our last visit was great with excellent customer service from a young man. Today however was very disappointing. There were no customers at the drive through and we were the only in-store customers waiting for service. The employee approached us at the bakery counter and quickly barked "do you need a few minutes?". We ordered our pastries and a coffee. I asked for a mocha and was told just as rudely that the machine was broken. No apologies or attempts to offer something simular so I didn't order a beverage. When my wife went to get her self serve coffee there was only one pot of coffee and one decaf. There are normally several choices of flavors. Very disappointing to experience such terrible customer from such a nice company.

No peanut products. Only nuts are almonds and pecans. Limited variety but high quality bread, donut, and pastries. Colectivo coffee. Apple Sugar is currently my favorite Kringle flavor but it changes every time I try a new one.

I ordered a veggie sandwich and they even have half so I assumed portion was big. The lady told me I should get the regular size since it was small but when I got my order it was super disappointing!! It was just a bun with 2 slices of cucumber and a spoon of cheese. Really over prices for that! They have 3 varieties of coffee and it is self serving and turns out all 3 recipients are almost empty!! Coffee is also kind of diluted or something.

All the pastries were delicious. The cashier was very nice and helpful too. Will definitely go back.

The workers just stare at you and don't speak once you've entered. It's also a bit outdated in the inside and some of the pastries didn't appear appetizing. We settled on the chocolate cream puffs. Although I don't like cream puffs, I still wanted to try the chocolatey variation. I wish we could've only purchased one, but they were only sold in packs of two. It was okay.

Thank you to the staff for the amazing Danish layer cakes I ordered for the funeral of a young man! The decorations were just as we discussed. I was happy to share my Danish heritage with others who are still talking about the cakes a month later. The cakes tasted just like my Grandmother's brought to the USA from the old country. Thank you again. Elizabeth Christiansen

The kringle is the best. I stop in quick when I work in the area. The Kringles freeze so nicely. They taste great and I can stock up until I can get more. Always a favorite to bring to work. So many flavors to choose. The service is great and friendly. Every thing they have looks amazing....

I bought 4 chocolate eclairs there. Got them out of what appeared to be a refrigerator but when I got them home and started to eat one they were half frozen! What a disappointment. You should not have to freeze fresh bakery so clearly this was not. Shame on O&H for pretending to be a real bakery. This place has really gone to the dogs.

Amazing Kringle selection. Fried croissant is best I have had in years. They also do a breakfast and lunch menu. Nephew really enjoyed his Italian sandwich. Highly recommend the Oak Creek location. Very clean staff very friendly and informative. Out of state family says Thanks for outstanding Kringles!

Placed two orders online for six donuts for each order get there to pick it up this morning at 6:00 a.m. and I'm told I only paid for one order when I have email confirmation payment for both orders so first order comes out no problem when I get to the window but when I said is this both orders she said you only paid for one so I had to show her my email that I paid for two second order comes out box open and donuts smashed on the side from her closing the box and properly definitely will not visit this location again

What a wonderful place. The inside of the place is neat and clean. The staff was friendly and willing to explain any items. I bought their marble bread and had them slice it. It is perfect. I got 2 Thanksgiving sugar cookies. My kiddos loved them. I also got a Pecan roll that was yummy. So many things to try!

I ordered two pecan Kringles and both had several very hard pieces mixed throughout the filling, be careful when eating their pecan Kringle. I also received a box to transport the two Kringle and they charge for the box, $2.75. Update; O&H sent me in the mail two new Kringle and they were good.

Things were disappearing quickly on Sunday morning. This was my first visit...from NC...although I've had family bring kringle down. I brought 4 different back...Key Lime might be my new favorite...and it was hard not to break into them on the flight home. You guys are the best. I enter the "Win A Kringle" every week. Feel free to pick me!!

Great selection (even in the afternoon!) and reasonable prices. You really can't go wrong with anything from O & H Bakery!! Everything they make is delish!!! For a real treat, try the Seven Sisters danish... custard, almonds (which are good for ya!), pastry, frosting... what's not to love?!?!

BAKERY IS Usually very GOOD- my cupcake was very dry, not fresh. Coffee (Colectivo blue heeler my all time favorite) was bitter/ over cooked. Breakfast sandwiches were so disappointing -Out of english muffins so had mine on croissant which turns out was the best part, the "bacon" was bacon bits the egg was some kind of egg patty. Totally not a $6.79 sandwich. I've had better breakfast sandwiches at Wendys- They just should just not do breakfast-- stick to your good specialtiy bakery items.
