The Oak Creek store is our only store. They are an amazing group that are so helpful and get you in and out in no time. Ryan seems to always be our guy and he does an amazing job. I tell everyone i know that has US Cellular to go to this location. Thank you Ryan for always taking such great care of my family's phone plans and upgrades.

I for one HATE going to get a new phone. Usually the employees are rude and spend very little time with you & all they want to do is make a sale? Well that was NOT the case at this store in Oak Creek. My wife and I were lucky enough to get Mr. Logan Weinert as our cell phone savior. I`m so used to this process taking hours, especially transferring information from one phone to the next. That was not the case here. Logan had us hooked up with a new phone and ALL data transferred within an hour. He was so nice, so knowledgeable about the product and made us feel totally at ease. He took the time to explain everything to us step by step as well as all the advantages of this new phone. While waiting for data transfer he not only kept us company with plenty of conversation, but helped new customers who came in the store at the SAME TIME. I wish everyone had the work ethic of this young man. We found out he also works full time as a stone mason. He truly is an incredible employee. Whoever trained him did a fantastic job and whoever hired him....well you are extremely lucky to have him as an employee. Mr. Logan, I wish you nothing but the best young man, thank you for making purchasing a new phone as quick and painless as possible. Rock on!!

Cory was super patient, found us great deals, and worked really hard to try every method to transfer our data from really old phones to our new ones. They were friendly to our kids and even had a coloring table set up. We are super satisfied and will be using this store as our location from now on.

I was at the store Sunday, October 29 and had the pleasure of being assisted by Ryan Kerekes. I wanted a new device after having my Galaxy S8 for 7 years! Ryan was very detailed with me about my plan options, phone options (Samsung vs I-Phone), describing everything to me. He left no information unturned, which helped my decision making. I walked out with a Samsung Galaxy S23 and walked out a very happy customer.

Noelle was very knowledgeable and efficient when helping me. She said the router "just had to be plugged in, & then to reset the password, from the bottom of the router." And it was so! The speed is faster than what I had & I feel light the picture clarity is better! My reason for switching carriers was to save money, and I surely will! My husband and I needed a new service provider and new phones. Ryan helped us choose a phone that would be best for what we use on our phones. He was knowledgeable of the phone and took time to answer our questions. We were told we could come in with any questions on our phones. Making an appointment would assure we would not be waiting in line at the store. There is a cell phone class offered that we will be attending. Cory did an awesome job of reading his customers' needs and taking great care of them. In my case, he easily switched from being patient and detailed with the customer before me, who needed lots of basic explanations to me who told him exactly what I needed and that I needed it really fast. My 83 year old mother and I had a very pleasant experience with Logan Weinert. My mom doesn't understand technology very well and gets confused very easily. Logan was very patient and helpful with her. She felt that she understood her phone better with him explaining to her and not making her feel like she was dumb. I went in to Connect Cell intending to upgrade my phone with a promotion I was texted from US Cellular. I worked with Ryan and he actually found a bundle deal that upgraded my plan and phone for a better price than the promotion I thought I would be using. I wanted to be sure I was making a good choice both financially and in the long run. So I decided to think over my options making sure that the bundle was the better deal. Ryan was not pushy at all, he encouraged me to think it over. I returned the next day knowing that the deal Ryan had told me about was truly the better deal and now I have my new phone and a better plan. Ryan was very patient and explained things clearly. I've gotten phones from this location for several family members for the last ten years. Last visit I Ryan K helped me. I was in a hurry, he explained new plans,saved me money on my bill and showed me a phone similar to my old phone, which is what I wanted. Very helpful. This location has very good staff. This is the only US cellular store I go to. I have closer ones near my house but everybody at this one is always friendly and they take the time to explain and answer all questions. Just want to say Thank You to Ryan Kerekes who helped us with our new phone.

After almost 2 years of my girlfriend begging me to switch over to US Cellular from our current provider (T-mobile), I caved and decided to pull the trigger. We have property in Pelican Lake, WI and service is subpar. Went to US Cellular in Oak Creek with about 10 mins left until they were closing and gave the guy the quote I had received earlier today and said that I wanted to purchase the S22 Ultra. Now I understand it wasn't the best of timing but any other provider takes customers until "closing time" and will activate the phone after the store closes. Considering I am switching from a competitor, I especially expected to be taken care of. I was met with..."You want to do that tonight?? We're closing in like 5 minutes, man, we can't do that tonight." I was shocked but just walked out. Terrible customer service like that lost me as a customer for life. If that's how they treat you when you are trying to sign up and give them your money, how will they respond to a problem you may have in the future? Absolutely awful. We went to the US Cellular in Greendale first because my fiancé got a great deal on a prepaid phone. When we went there 2 days later to get my phone, this guy named Zadom or something started being so rude and told us the deal wasn’t even a thing. So we left. Today we visited this US Cellular and had a great experience. The worker Brad was extremely helpful and kind and was able to find the deal we were talking about within a minute of meeting him. So happy we got someone compassionate like him especially because I am pregnant and get stressed easily.

I was at this location yesterday & purchased the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. I worked with Cory & he was the best. He was very knowledgeable & very kind. If you are looking for a new phone I would suggest going to this Oak Creek store & ask for Cory to help you.

I am always happy with the service our family receives at this location. We worked with Noelle this time. She was very helpful and patient. I was there to help my son pick a new phone. She took time to answer questions. She was pleasant throughout. I would recommend her and this location.
