Medical clinic Doctor Health Rheumatologist

🫤 I love Dr. Leslie Rose and that is about it at this facility. I used to love going in when I got infusions because the ladies were so friendly. I switched to a new insurance company and had to get another referral. Had an appointment scheduled and was told by my primary care doc that they had faxed... People often mention referral, call, office, doctor, called, friendly,

I love Dr. Leslie Rose and that is about it at this facility. I used to love going in when I got infusions because the ladies were so friendly. I switched to a new insurance company and had to get another referral. Had an appointment scheduled and was told by my primary care doc that they had faxed my referral over twice to Denver Arthritis. Denver arthritis claimed they didn't get any even though there was confirmation of delivery from the primary care doc. They could not see me because the referral had not gone through and I had to wait almost a month for another appointment because of their lack of organization. Went in for my appointment and had to wait over an hour to see the doctor. They are very unorganized and do not hold time expectations for themselves. Every time I would see my doctor I had to see her nurse who was never very friendly and acted as though I was bothering her. Fast forward to today... I lost my paper order for my blood work and I called in to ask them to please call it into the lab. Shannon called me to tell me that I need to meet her half way and stop losing my paperwork. I asked her if it was a problem for her to call in the order and she said again that I need to be more organized. I asked her if it would be easier to find a new doctor. Well, I found new doctor!!!

The scheduling procedure is horrible and they were absolutely rude. My primary doctor sent Colorado Arthritis Center my referral at 8:00 a.m. I called Colorado Arthritis Center at 9:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 2:00 p.m. to make an appointment. They stated that the Medical Assistant brings them the referrals and to call them back. In the afternoon, they finally checked the fax machine for my referral and said that they don't have my referral and to call back tomorrow because their fax was backed up. Why couldn't they have checked earlier when I called?! They were too lazy to check the faxes and made me wait all day to make an appointment which I still don't have and to call again tomorrow! Horrible service. I'll take my business and my money to another rheumatologist.

I have not had a good experience here at all!!! No one in the clinic is friendly or helpful. Last visit I was there for almost 2 hours and the doctor spent a total of 15 min in the room "talking" to me. All he did was come into the room, make a couple notes on the computer, then leave. I expressed my concern of medication not working. All Dr.Erhardt did was tell me to continue treatments and see a dermatologist (didn't even look at my skin). When calling back to get the information for the referral I was informed by the rude receptionist that I can find the information on the patient portal. When calling back to state the information was not there I was told yes it is and hung up on. Terrible office!!!!!!

    1. The front office staff are on a power trip. They have zero compassion and zero customer service skills. Waiting in the waiting room you hear them complaining about every phone call. They tell people they need to get their medical records sent over and a referral before scheduling. Then three seconds later they complain someone sent over hundreds of pages of records. You told them too! There are THREE people working the front desk checking people in. What is this a jobs program? They need one. 2. Dr. Zachariah is good. She cares. She is wants to find out what the issue is. She is really personable and speaks straight.

After having to schedule more than a month and a half in advance, Dr. Anita Zachariah refused to see me for an exam for running a literal 2 minutes late for. Not to mention the reason I was late is because they require you to print out your own paperwork and fill it out prior to your visit. As I do not own a printer, and they don’t have an option to fill out the paperwork online, I had to go and find somewhere to print that paperwork.

Two visits- both times the doc was 40 minutes late and after just a few min with me said that she would have to go because “other patients were waiting on her.” She didn’t offer any solutions or suggestions for pain management other than prescription pills, and handed me an RX for a med without even telling me the how or why it was needed. Definitely won’t be going back :-/

Terrible Dr. !!!!! She didn't listen to me, asked me questions, but had an answer before I even finished, or explained my pain, or answer. Didn't pay attention to the details of my horrific pain, kept telling me, it's probably your Back..... Or your Neck... Always wanting to do injections, which I made very clear I don't want.!!! Didn't listen to my complete history. I felt very, very RUSHED.... Only ordered blood work, even though I can barely walk, or use my left hand... Rushing people in like Cattle... Won't go BACK.!!!!! Office staff is very Rude too, even from making an Appt.!!

I waited 3 months to get into this office , a few days before my appt I found out my Medicaid was active but as a secondary, which working in the medical field myself thought it wouldn’t be beba problem. Usually if a office won’t take Medicaid as a secondary they will still use the primary to bill. This refused bit before they refused the Dr. wanted to review my notes so I waited for 15 minutes to see if he was going to see me. After reviewing my records he said no, at this point it wasn’t my insurance it was complete discrimination! Worst experience of my life and to sum it all up after I left he called my Dr. and felt he needed to let her know he couldn’t see me because my case was to difficult for him to not get by Medicaid once which was only my secondary my primary of UHC would of paid this horrible Dr. well so I’m relieved he wouldn’t see me cause if he can’t handle my case he not capable of much for a rheumatologist. I work at the office that referred me to him and they are appalled how I got treated! Would never recommend this office!

This place is not run very well. I was scheduled and waited 6 weeks to get in only to show up to hear they made a mistake in scheduling (30 minute drive). They didn’t see me. Waited another 4 weeks to get in today and showed up 15 minutes late to be turned away. Not to mention them finding referral Paperwork took them more than a week! Thumbs down. The positive the gal that turned me away today was very sweet. I’m sorry she has to work there though! Go somewhere else!

Not recommended. Poor admin service. No online bill pay option. Scheduling sucks. Parking sucks. Don't get stuck in traffic and arrive late. You won't be seen.

Dr. Zachariah is amazing! Highly recommend her. Her billing department not so much. I had an issue and was treated so poorly by Vanessa. She was rude, belittled me, talked on top of me, made me feel like what lowed was nothing compared to what could of been, never showed an once of sympathy. Worst experience I've had. Left that conversation feeling deflated.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. The staff are beyond rude. They don't follow HIPA laws and the communication isterrible. Didn't call in blood test and the failed to call me with results. When I called, Jacob at the desk was nasty and outright mean to me. They never called in amuch needed prescription and didn't return my call when I specifically asked them to. My office manager called to pay the bill and they were nasty to her aswell. I had to go back to my awesome regular doctor for a new referral.

Dr.Erhardt, was very friendly, professional and helpful. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions that had been causing me alot of grief over the past few months. He has a great bedside manner, was very knowledgeable and patient with me. The office staff are also very accommodating and friendly. I had a great experience.

Dr. Zachariah and Andrea, her M.A. have always gone above and beyond to make sure that I have the care I need. They're both excellent at what they do and very helpful. I continue to be impressed with everyone at this office.

Dr Erhardt knows what he’s doing. I started being treated by him this February and I’ve been constantly impressed. I am feeling so much better. That is a doctor that cares about his patients. I recommend for treatment of any rheumatological conditions. 10/10

Provider consistently at least 30 min behind schedule. Exam room walls are thin.... privacy is non-existant at the Englewood location, you can hear everything going on in the next room.

Went to see Daniel Erhardt on Friday, staff was friendly and very helpful. Doctor was patient and gave a thorough examination, answered all my questions.
