Staying at the Sentral for the summer. Rooms are spacious and bright!!! The rooftop pool absolutely beautiful. The sixth floor lounge is a cozy place to escape the sun. The on-site gym has just what you need for your daily workout. It is clean and well maintained The Sentral is just steps away from fabulous bars, restaurants and boutiques!! The staff is so charming, professional and extremely helpful. Thanks to Jorge, David and Jack for all your help and information about the area…thanks for everything you do !

Upon arrival we were greeted by David. He was phenomenal and was so accommodating to our requests. David was full of recommendations for our visit to Miami and was always welcoming us with a smile when we walked by the front desk. He even provided an umbrella to us when we got stuck in rain headed to dinner! The room itself was nice and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were top notch and the pool is absolutely beautiful. What a wonderful place to stay!

I really liked the neighbourhood, I had a very spacious room, the washing machine and the dryer are in the rooms, which was handy. The pool area was nice, but you could still see the construction works there (of course not the Sentral Wynwood fault). The gym is cute, but quite small - don’t expect too many machines there. There is water and coffee in the lobby and it’s super clean. I was able to check-in earlier for 30 dollars - it was a nice option for me. David A. from the reception helped me out a lot and was really nice. 😊 Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay at Sentral!! David A. at the front desk was super welcoming, friendly and accommodating!! He helped with all I needed including charging my phone. It’s Conveniently located next to many restaurants (I recommended Dr. Smoods and Me. Baguette). The neighborhood is filthy and a bit sketch to be a lady walking alone but when with friends I felt safe.

Sentral Wynwood was the perfect place to stay this summer. I stayed here for 2 months, and everything this place had to offer exceeded all of my expectations! Not only are all of the amenities and rooms even nicer than the photos show online, but everyone who works here is so incredibly kind and welcoming. The housekeeping ladies and the people who work the front desk (David, Jorge, and others) always greeted me whenever they saw me. My room, the pool, lounge areas, and gym were all amazing and it was a dream to call this place my home for the summer. Sentral's location is also probably the best spot in Wynwood - it's in the center of Wynwood and within walking distance of so many key spots in the area. The building is also super safe and secure, and the parking lot is attached to the building so I did not have to worry about walking to my car outside in the dark. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place and I will definitely be back if I ever come back to visit Miami!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Sentral Wynwood. We had the privilege of checking in early due to a flight change. David was so welcoming and helpful and made sure we felt at home. The room was perfect for our family with plenty of room for our toddlers to run and play freely without disturbing any of the other residents. The property is well kept cleaned and located in an amazing location and there was no trouble catching an uber or lyft. There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby! We will definitely be booking at this location again! Don't forget to check out the pool, it's so big and stunning. THANK YOU DAVID!

Great place, everything was perfect and so clean. The room was very nice and large. Had everything you might need. The service was outstanding. David attended us at the reception and was amazing. I really recommend.

We visited Sentral wynwood twice. Once with kids (4,5 and 13) and once without. The hotel is on a perfect location. All bars and restaurants are on walking distance. The pool on the rooftop is amazing and has sun all day long. Due to the stairs in the pool it is child friendly and easy to enter for kids. The apartments have all equipment you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful. David has been helping us allot and made us feel like we were coming home each time we walked in the lobby. He recommended us several nice spots around the area. We already booked our next trip in December’23 😊

The location is perfect!! The neighborhood is beautiful and brings out my creativity. It's a super safe neighborhood. The young lady who helped me was AMAZING. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond for me. She helped me step by step with the application processes. Unfortunately doing application gives me anxiety. Which i am so embarrassed to say ,but Lauryn made it so easy for me. Great customer service she provided. I will highly recommend everyone to go to Sentral Wynwood and ask for Lauryn.

Sentral Wynwood is a beautiful new place in the heart of Wynwood. The building is perfect with a great rooftop and lounge zone, gym and parking garage. The apartment we got is new, spacious, and cozy. We are very pleased to live here.

Lauryn was the best! She really went the extra mile to help us find the perfect flat in Sentral. She made sure we were 100% comfortable and set before coming. Sentral is an amazing hotel/short term rental. The facilities are clean and the front desk is always so helpful. Would definitely recomend as I did for my grandparents who are coming to stay here too when they visit Miami.

I moved into Sentral last week and could not be happier. The place is furnished, has flexible lease terms, has a great pool and gym. The leasing agent — Lauryn Pleasant — has been extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. She has made me feel right at home. I was given a personal hand written note welcoming me to the community on my first day. I give Sentral 5 stars!

Our stay at Sentral Wynwood was an absolute pleasure. The hotel is beautiful and very modern. Staff was welcoming and answered all questions. The hotel was very clean and was in the perfect location! I would absolutely recommend staying here, and I will 100% be returning. We needed a few extra minutes after checkout to grab our things and Jack was super accommodating. He allowed us to keep our luggage in the lobby in a safe location after checkout as we needed to step out for a few before our actual departure. The ease of checking in and out made this stay even more enjoyable. The hotels responsiveness and communication via email was quick, efficient and effective. Thank you! Will definitely be back.

I have had an amazing experience so far leasing with Sentral! I needed to find a new apartment remotely and Lauryn made it so easy to find a beautiful place to call home that had everything I needed and was completely move-in ready. Her kindness, responsiveness and communication made it easy for me to choose Sentral to move into. When I arrived, everything was as promised and better! I have now been at Sentral for over 2 months and feel so at home. All the staff has been incredible and made me feel so well taken care of.

What a great birthday weekend! We had 5 apartments here. The team were very accommodating to us. We enjoyed all amenities, gym, pool… we had our dog with us which made this stay even more special. We get to park our car the building garage which was very convenient for us. The building was a walking distance to so many hidden gems in wynwood and some great bars/restaurants. In town for a bachelor party and stayed at Sen+tral for the weekend. This place was exceptional!; Rooms had a great design; spacious (2 bedroom queen option), included a washer and dryer, had spacious rooms and comfy open concept living room. Staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Really enjoyed the service that was provided by them, it made our time there even more enjoyable. Location is another selling point, walking distance from great bars as well as the attractive dining in the Wynnwood district. Highly recommend this location if you are planning a visit to Miami!

I had the most incredible stay at Sentral Wynwood. The experience was truly one for the books. From the moment we stepped in, I was captivated by the modern and stylish decor. The attention to detail in every corner was simply stunning. The apartment itself was a dream - spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I could wish for besides having my dog with me :) Whether it was the fully equipped kitchen, the cozy living area, every aspect of this place exudes luxury and comfort. And let me talk about the service – David and Jack from the reception team were the real MVPs of our stay. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. They were so helpful with local recommendations, dining options, and ensuring all my needs were met. Top-notch service, no doubt! Thank you David for walking me all the way to Ossobuco and ensuring our last minutes reservation plan were accommodated. The Wynwood neighborhood is a true gem for art lovers. The famous Wynwood Walls and vibrant street art at every turn were a visual treat. And with the Arts District's booming food scene, I had the opportunity to savor some of the most delectable meals at The Morgan’s restaurant which is 2 blocks from Sentral and The Baguette bakery a block away. I don’t wanna forget the amenities at Sentral – the pool and fitness center were perfect for relaxing and staying active. This place has it all!!!! My company rented me a 1-bedroom apartment at Sentral Wynwood while I worked from HQ in Miami for three months. The apartment is great - comfortably furnished (especially the memory foam mattress) and dog friendly. The building is brand new with a sweet rooftop pool. The neighborhood is chill - lots of art, restaurants, nightlife, all that jazz. The staff is what makes living here extra special - really friendly and super attentive to anything you need. Shout outs to Lauryn, Stefanie, David and everyone else - thanks for the hospitality!

If you’re looking for an amazing apartment community, Sentral is the place! Beautiful, clean, quiet and great location! The front desk staff at Sentral go above and beyond and make you feel like family. David is the best, always so friendly, helpful and caring! Jorge was also great and I appreciated the quick, efficient and friendly service from maintenance staff. Bottom line, I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a short-term or long-term rental in Wynwood.

Having been here now for 6 months, I must really commend all the staff here at Sentral Wynwood. From the front desk staff to the maintenance staff, it’s been an excellent experience thus far. Today I want to particularly highlight Rodolfo from the maintenance staff, who really goes the extra mile to diagnose and service the service requests. I recently had an issue with my AC, and he was able to quickly identify what the issue was and resolve it with great efficiency, communication and pleasant rapport. Thank you!

Stayed here for a night in November 2023. Would very much recommend. Modern, large 1 bed apartment with all the amenities you need. The room was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels and even separate towels for use in the pool. The roof top swimming pool is a great size and well designed surrounding space for relaxing. The gym, although I didn’t use it, is the largest I’ve seen for an apart-hotel with a selection of everything I’d imagine people might need with hand weights, various machines, and plenty of workout space so you’d not be crashing into people. Very pleased with booking here and would recommend.

Sentral Wynwood is an absolutely delightful place that exudes positivity from the moment you step in. I was warmly greeted by David at the reception, even though I arrived earlier than my check-in time. He kindly suggested I spend my time in the serene co-working area, a beautifully designed space that's perfect for business travelers. The added bonus of a complimentary pool table and a stunning swimming pool with breathtaking views of the town and bay made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are cozy and come with complimentary coffee and amenities, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Rodolfo is simply amazing! Not only was he incredibly responsive (showed up at our apartment within 5 minutes of us submitting an online work order), but he was also extremely professional, respectful, and competent. He spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue, showing that he genuinely cared about solving it for us. His ultimate goal was to not inconvenience us, given that we both work from home, so he worked around our availability to make sure that he was only doing maintenance work in the apartment when it was convenient for our schedules. He clearly communicated the issue to us, educated us on why it was happening, and committed to resolving it for us as fast as possible. And he did. A true dedication to customer service! Most importantly, he went above and beyond! We had asked him to simply borrow some basic tools so that we could assemble our desks and he was kind enough to actually do the assembly work for us! This was an act of pure kindness and speaks to the thoughtful person that he is. Always willing to help and go the extra mile. Sentral is very lucky to have such a valuable team member as part of its maintenance staff. It’s a privilege to interact with Rodolfo and we’re happy to know that we can depend on him at any time.

The property was modern, clean and well appointed. All the needed amenities were provided. There is also a great lounge and pool on the top floor. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. David did a super job of helping us settle in when we first arrived. I would definitely recommend the property and will stay again.

My husband and I have been here temporarily and we are so glad to have found this building. All the staff are very welcome, Jorge is always on top of reminding me that I have a package and has been very helpful. Even when I had friends come to visit, they all mentioned him specifically! Maintenance is also amazing, always there to help, everyone is very respectful. I have NEVER had anyone give any attitude (which I have experienced everywhere else) when it comes to customer service, Sentral has the best. The apartment itself is nice, ours is fully furnished. Rooftop pool is beautiful, common areas are well kept and they always refresh towels for the pool! I love all the social events that get scheduled. The gym is nice too Pet friendly, great location, walking distance for a LOT of things around here. Parking is easy and automated. I would recommend staying here. Even my group of friends who came to visit had positive feedback.

Stayed here on a work trip. It was a great stay and total different experience than your typical hotel. At first, I was confused on what to do but figured it as I went into the lobby. Sentral is a great option if you want to stay in a hotel without any human interaction as everything is digitally controlled. The decor within the building was very creative, modern, and inviting. The rooms were super clean, updated, and I could actually see myself living there if it was an actual luxury apartment, haha. For Miami, even for vacation, I would recommend due to the fact is close to a lot of shops, dinning, and even a bakery. The area has great opportunities for anyone visiting.

Great spot in Wynwood! The front desk is fantastic for rec’s and was super accommodating (shout out to David). Only thing to be aware of is there is consistent air traffic overhead during the day, which can be a little annoying. If you can get past that, the place is in great shape, good location and has a solid rooftop pool for relaxation. Would stay here again!

Arrived last night and have been super impressed with Sentral Apartments. The staff are friendly and super helpful. Rodolfo from maintenance just came and fixed an issue I had with my water pressure and he couldn’t have been more polite, and fixed the matter very quickly.

We spent three months at Sentral Wynwood. Location is fantastic. Apartment is well equipped. Amenities are top notch. Above all David, Jack, George and Reem did an amazing job at making us feel at home. We were sad to leave but coming back soon since we already booked our next stay!

I have stayed at the Sentral Wynwood property on multiple occasions. Every time I come to Miami I make it a point to stay there. The pool on the roof is amazing and the views make it even better. The best part of the property is the staff. Reem, Chris, David, and many others are the absolute best! I have never had such a great experience at any hotel or apartment complex ever. Kudos to your team!! I look forward to staying again next time I am in Miami.

Reem was so helpful and welcoming from the beginning. It was such a joy to tour and explore this property on my lunch hour/business trip, everyone on the staff was so friendly and welcoming as well, and I was very impressed. One of the speediest application processes we have had coming from out of state, up north, in the city. Such a great place to live! We stayed for a couple of months and loved every minute of it. The staff is always so kind and helpful (especially Jack!) and the building itself is in such a prime location for walking to local spots. Keep it up Sentral!

I have been living at Sentral for almost three weeks now and I am really happy with the service. Everyone is really nice! Specially Rodolfo that did his best to make us feel comfortable here and help us with everything we need! He helped us to fix hour wifi and was very helpful :)

I’ve stayed at the Sentral several times now, which is “sentrally” located near the heart of Wynwood. The few times I’ve stayed, with my dog.. I’ve been warmly greeted by David, the concierge at the front desk who always remembers who I am! Truly, he makes the stay amazing. His outgoing, warm and friendly personality makes you feel like you’re at home. Anything you need, he’ll help out with, package deliveries, local recommendations, getting service support when needed in the rooms… he’s even jumped my car when my battery died. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else, highly recommend Sentral, it’s amazing facilities and fully furnished rooms. Thanks David! See you soon!

The service is stellar! David has helped me everyday. When groceries arrived and I couldn't get home, he stored them best he could to make sure they were not going to spoil. When I needed to add days, he made sure I could stay in the same room. Any little question I have, he answers with a personality that has made me smile and feels like I've had a big hug hello. I have not had anything to complain about, but if I did he would be the person I would want to have in my corner. This stay has been one of the best places we have ever stayed, and that's a lot!

I have had an amazing experience at Sentral so far! The place is very well put together and working with Reem and Paola has been incredible. They have both been very responsive and accommodating every step of the way. They really go above and beyond to provide the beset experience possible for their guests.
