Update and rise in stars! Jack Highsmith, the owner, contacted me yesterday and set things right by personally delivering the trophies to the school. This extra care to make sure my students had their hardware here for awards day was EXTREMELY appreciated. Thank you Jack. Very dissapointed in my experience! Apparently, any orders made on the website are not working and the trophies I needed TODAY are not ready because they were never sent to the company via the online platform. I recieved a confirmation email and everything. How am I supposed to explain that to the middle school students without trophies tomorrow? I now have to call around and figure out how to fix this.

Customer service was impeccable! I rarely write reviews, but the whole process from start to finish blew me away. I called late Wednesday afternoon for a last minute birthday gift that I was shipping out of state. I spoke with Erin who stayed on the phone with me while I emailed her a picture of my unique item, so she could tell me exactly what I needed, cost, and processing time. I dropped the item off same-day, right before they closed. The two ladies at the front desk (I wish I caught their names) were so kind and helpful in ringing up my order and working with Erin to help ensure the end result would be exactly what I was wanting. I paid the very reasonable Rush fee to have my order completed by end of day on Friday. Before they closed on Thursday, I received the email that my order was already ready for pickup - Just 24 hours later! The item was exactly as requested, and they packed it safely in a box so I could take it straight to the post office before it closed for the Holiday weekend. I'm so impressed by Blue Ribbon's level of service - Truly above and beyond!! I will definitely return and recommend to everyone. Thank you!

I went in on a Monday with a need for a plaque for our pastor, as soon as I entered the doors I was greeted by Zach, he helped me get just what I was looking for and did I mention I needed it for Sunday presentation. Christy reached out to me through email with options that I had for the design I chose the option when I arrived to pick it up on Friday I was greeted by the owner and his wife they were fantastic as well they made sure I was waited on he offered me a Cheerwine that he was giving to his customers because it was CHEERWINE FRIDAY and the cooler sign says Help yourself to this goodness gracious!!
