The environment is wonderful! I definitely was nervous I imagine most women are! But Dr. Austin was just the coolest guy!! He came in told me about the process and gave me tips, I want to follow his guidance because he knows what he's doing!! He wants me to be happy but yet do the dang thing safely!! I already have some confidence back from just my consultation!! Can't wait for things to happen!! %100 recommend for Dr. Austin and Erin the coordinator she talked to me too!! Awesome team 👍

I had a breast lift & augmentation a little over a month ago with Dr. Troy Austin. I have been going for follow ups in his office every week, two weeks and now a month. I want to say my results are perfect. I started out with skin that had been stretched from having my three kids and Dr. Austin carefully made my girls look youthful and perky again. The scarring is very minimal and still fading with time. If you are contemplating a confidence boost with your girls, do not go anywhere else but to Dr. Austin. His WHOLE office & staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. From bedside manner to booking appointments and keeping you up to date on when your next appointment is. Southeastern is beyond awesome! Taylor, Raven, Amy and Dr Medina made me feel right at home as soon as I completed my consultation. I’ve been seeing Dr. Austin for the last 8 years. From day one Dr. Austin and his staff have been kind, empathic and thorough with me. I started my journey at 22 with a breast reduction. It was my first ever surgery and not only was Dr. Austin kind and thorough in explaining the process with me, but he was also realistic about my care and outcome. He will not “sugar coat” it for you or tell you what you want to hear. Which I think is an amazing quality for any doctor or surgeon to have. He truly cares and listens to your concerns and goals as well as how you can realistically achieve them while cracking (what he thinks are) witty comments in between. Which definitely does ease the tension of talking about any surgical procedure. I loved my results from my reduction and have since had another procedure to help improve my overall shape. Dr. Austin and his staff have amazing bedside manner. I always feel like I’m amongst friends (that will give it to you honest) when visiting his office. I will 100% never, ever seen another surgeon or med spa. I love this team!

The staff is beyond kind and personable. The waiting area is nice and comfortable. The entire team from the surgeon to finance to the desk staff. I'm not a fan of most doctors but I have to say Troy Austin is an amazing,kind, efficient surgeon. The staff is beyond kind and they're people you can actually have a conversation with instead of feeling like a number on a list. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They're definitely a safe place for transgender patients as well.

Dr. Medina was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to sit and explain every question that I had. He even told me that if when I got home I forgot to ask him a question to call back or e-mail him and we could discuss it. He made me feel very welcome and super excited about my procedures. I am glad that I made the call and scheduled the appointment, but even happier that I followed through because my experience was amazing!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr.Medina. The staff is exceptional. The office is nice. During my minor surgery one of staff held my hand the entire time and wiped my tears as they fell. Dr Medina is the best doctor ever. As an older patient Dr Medina really listens to your needs while he assesses the situation to give you the best possible information. He makes sure your expectations and outcome align. I went for a consult elsewhere and felt as though the doctor was only interested in the 20 - 30 year olds. Dr Medina was all about the patient.
