Awesome Clinic!!! Dr. Kropp is probably the best doctor I’ve had and you can tell she is here to help serve the community. My boy Jaime Hernandez got my medications situated in less than a day when other people said they would get it done and never did. I really appreciate that! If y’all are looking for a good doctors office, this place is it.

We had a great experience here with our newborn, everyone was very friendly, Dr. Duvic was very easy to talk to. Everyone explained everything so we can understand. we will be transferring our other child here as well

Let me preface this with the staff and doctor are wonderful. The wait time here is ridiculous though. I switched from the Helotes location to Alamo Ranch right when it opened, as it’s so much closer to my house. The first couple times I came this office was great. The last handful of times the wait is just insane. I don’t think a simple well visit or sick visit should take 1.5 hours to 2 hours. I’m currently sitting in an exam room 55 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and I have yet to see the doctor. Keep in mind my child’s appointment was scheduled for 8:20am. We couldn’t be more than the second or third patient of the day. How are they this far behind first thing in the morning? I hesitated leaving this review because the staff and Dr. Duvic are so nice, but they have to improve on the way they schedule. The last 3-4 times we have come it’s been a several hour ordeal. As a two working parent household I schedule these appointments first thing in the morning to get them done and get back to work. Again the staff is great, they just have to work on the scheduling.

Staff is friendly, Staff goes above and beyond to make patients feel welcomed and comfortable. Lupita has been amazing in assisting me with every question that I may have. Couldn't ask for a better Clinic.. Thanks.

I had an appointment with Dr. Lineman she was very punctual and professional. Barbara Jean assisted me throughout my appointment and she was a true delight. She was very patient and gave me lots of extra info that I appreciate. I would say my experience was a good one and I recommend this doctors office for your family needs.

Went in today and had such an amazing experience. I walked in and they were ready to help me. Mari at the front desk walked me through everything I need to get seen and explained how everything works. She was helpful, welcoming, and communicated everything really well to work with me. 10/10 service and glad I went in

I've had the best experience here. The wait is never very long to get in with the doctor. Dr. Laneman and her staff have been very responsive as I've been having issues while awaiting my surgery. Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

What a welcoming staff and environment! I had visited some weeks back to enquire about paying out of pocket for my mom's visit, Jeanette was the first person i spoke with and she went above and beyond to get me the answers I need. She was very pleasant and supportive. She got my mom registered in the system almost immediately and got her appointment locked in. We visited today and the first experience wasn't a fluke, oh yes. We got a warm reception from Jeanette and other staff members we came across. Thank you Jeanette!

I’ve been one of Dr. Laneman’s patients for over 10 years. Her bedside manner is wonderful and I couldn’t ask for a better gynecologist. Jess was also great! The whole staff was inviting and sweet and as a patient, I really appreciate that.

I started coming here since March 2023 & so far I love it. Jeanette always takes care of us quick and fast. My kids see Dr. Duvic and she gets right to the point and tells you how it is. My kids love her. I recommend this location.

My children have been patients for a little over a year and I’ve always been impressed with the professionalism and care by the entire staff. Sara Jane was prompt and incredibly helpful with paperwork I needed for my employer. Highly recommended this location.

During appts NP Christina Ferris is so patient to answer all questions and we have and never feel rushed with her as has been our experience with other providers. She is also prompt in returning phone calls and completing/signing any necessary documents like for childcare or specialists referrals, etc. and is very knowledgeable. And Mari the front desk lead, is so helpful and sweet. She always ensures our requests for forms are completed in a timely manner and goes above and beyond in trying to accommodate appt times. She always welcomes us to the clinic with a smile.

Mari went above and beyond for us today! She was so kind and helpful. I really appreciated her patience while helping me with all of our paperwork. The Nurse Practitioner, Christina, was also very helpful by educating me so I could make the best decision for my boys and their ADHD medications. I would highly recommend CommuniCare and this location.

Greeted and assisted promptly, ladies at front desk,nurses and doctor very kind. I've been other places where they just don't treat you nice for no particular reason so this was a pleasant surprise. Great office! From the receptionists warm welcome, to the nurse that made my daughter feel comfortable and the wonderful NP Christina Ferris, it was a great experience. We didn’t wait but also didn’t feel rushed! Very happy with this office!

This was my first visit at this location with this doctor. I recently moved here to San Antonio and I was hesitant because I really liked my doctor prior to moving. Overall experience was good. Doctor was knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had for her. The wait was about normal of a wait at a doctors office. We were welcomed by the Doctors assistant Barbara Jean and she was very nice. I’m a sahm and my toddler comes everywhere with me. Barbra Jean took her time and even welcomed my son with a toy and talked to him throughout our visit. Things ran smoothly and up to this point I would recommend.

I took my granddaughter to her 1st appointment, it was the most pleasurable visit, especially with the front desk representative named Lexi. She was so polite and professional and answered all my questions. My granddaughter will definitely be returning!

I came in today looking to get a Chickenpox vaccine for my son that the school is requiring and Mari in the front desk went above and beyond to help us out! We are uninsured at the moment and getting my son seen right now is hard but Mari made sure to help us and now he has an appointment for tomorrow! Will definitely be bringing my son here for his healthcare needs. The place has a friendly atmosphere too!

It was my first time coming to Communicare. Barbara Jean made feel very welcomed and comfortable. She was very nice to me and respectful. She answered all my questions. I highly recommend everyone to come here. Doctor, staff, receptionist were very nice.

I brought my daughter in for a sick visit. They were very accommodating and got me in the same day. Kayla made sure that we were very comfortable and put on my daughters favorite movie! Overall I was very satisfied with the service we received.
