    I returned my CPAP over 2 months ago and they have now sent me 2 bills for supplies (a mask and 6 pack filters) that were "delivered" after I returned my supplies and cancelled my account. Tried to email and call but can never get a hold of a human being. I ended up paying for the first bill because it got to the due date and I hadn't heard back from them and I didn't want it to ruin my excellent credit score. They have now sent me another bill for the same exact things I paid for last month which I will not pay. Edit: they magically called me back the day after writing this taking off the charges and told me my account was at $0. I looked on my account and what they said was taken off was my bill I paid 2 months ago, but still has the charges from the newest bill. Tried to call back and once again, did not get a hold of a human and had to leave a message.

    My visit was awesome. He went over all the education about sleep apnea and all the tools I need in reference to the machine and parts. He's a very comfortable guy to be around.

    Devan was awesome!! He acquainted me with the CPAP machine in a very accessible way, and was able to answer all of my questions.     My questions and concerns over using the CPAP machine were all answered very well. Also helping me pick out correct face mask and head gear with being able to try one one really helped me get the right one for my sleep style on my side and sleep habits. I really appreciate the training and hands on selection of my machine and head gear. Thanks

    Devan is very thorough in walking the patient through the basics of utilizing the PAP machine . I had a successful first night and refined the settings in the first week . 14 days later my rest cycle is improving greatly.

    (Updated Oct 24 2023 to thank Susan for incredible care). Thank you Susan! I am grateful for this company. I’m stunned by their service, especially after my experience with other cpap clinics. I called billing and left a VM. Call was returned within a half hour. Easy resolution and great experience with Cassie. I asked her to connect me with someone who could talk me through new equipment I’ve been struggling with and have spent months trying to resolve at Oregon Sleep Associates. I got a call within an hour from Devon who spent 40 minutes with me talking through different options, insurance, shipping, etc. I’m so grateful. It couldn’t have been a better experience. Thank you.

    My conversations with Denise and her help on my new PAP system were perfect. She is good at her job and knew how to guide me thru all of the directions, even though I may have been a slow learner. Denise is very patient with us old folks.

    I had my first appointment with Sleep Metrics today to get replacement CPAP supplies. The receptionist was very friendly upon arrival, and Devan (technician) spent an hour with me to explain the services they provide, and covered all of my options for new masks and updated versions of my existing mask. He also thoroughly explained the therapy statistics from my machine and went over my insurance coverage information and even followed up with an email brochure about some additional products that they sell. I'm really glad I contacted Sleep Metrics, since I wasn't having great luck with my previous provider. It's also good to know they are a local, Oregon-based business, and not just a local branch of a big nationwide company. I'm very satisfied with the service they provided and have already recommended them to a colleague at my office.

    Jerry Sade, I was very happy with the service devan gave to us.. He made sure That I completely understood everything and also my wife. As of now doing very well with mask and have no new questions.

    Devan was great during my C PAP initial appointment. He was very knowledgeable, offered a lot of great information, answered all my questions and offered to be a resource for any issues that may arise. I initially had several issues with getting my machine, but when I finally reached out I got a letter from the manager apologizing and explaining that training would be completed to be sure this did not happen to others. No company is perfect and I appreciated the fact that this company is willing to correct any issues that the patient may have.

    From start to finish Sleep Metrics was extremely helpful in the process of setting up a a cpac for me. Devon was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The whole team made a process I wasn’t looking forward to much easier than I thought. Great customer service!

    I’ve been using a Cpap machine for years. I had my machine setup and using it prior to my video appointment. Susan Elabd was great to work with. She made sure I understood how to care for it and that I was on auto ship. The machine itself was great, quiet & comfortable. I I could change one thing, it would be the mask. I felt like Darth Vader.

My appointment with respiratory therapist, Susan, was both extremely helpful and insightful.     My Advisor did a splendid job explaining n showing me the complete setup n parts that require care. She was very patient with me as I get frustrated easily. Since I have started to use my c-pap I have been increasingly sleeping much better which for years I was fortunate to get 3 hours night. I'm very comfortable with my equipment nook forward to years of using it. I also wish to add, whenever I needed to call Sleep Metrics, the people were extremely helpful n Knowledgeable. Thank you all for giving me a better life..

    Devan Schiedler, RPSGT, was very informative and gracious. Customer service(Rochelle ?) was very courteous, helpful, and compassionately concerned that all my needs were taken care of. Highly recommend this place.

    I initially gave them 5 stars because they did a great job at the point of sale, explaining how to operate the machine. Afterwards however, has been a different story entirely. Any kind of response as a follow up is non-existent. Orders from my doctor went unanswered, until I finally started messaging and calling. Sadly, I'll be informing my physician about my experience so they can be aware of the issues with this company.

    The lady who did my phone appointment was very thorough and patient. She was easy to understand and made me aware of certain services I didn't even know were already setup, like auto re-supply. Thanks for your help. Awesome job!

    I had a great experience getting set up for my new CPAP. I felt extremely comfortable trying on masks and understanding what was best for me. Everything was explained to me in detail and language I understood. Giving the staff at Sleep Metrics a HUGE shout out! While I’m not excited about a diagnosis of sleep apnea, I am excited to be working closely with this team for my needs in the future as I figure out a better future of sleep for myself.     Susan was amazing! She walked me through how to operate the machine, how to care for it, and helped me try on masks. I was able to set it up at home and connect the app without having any trouble and I knew what to expect my first night and morning. Thank you Susan!

    Susan the RT was fantastic with the training. She explained things in great detail and gave me some tips on how to maximize everything. Also, Chris Hutcherson was extremely helpful in getting me set up with my primary care physician. He made the process pain free when most of the time in these circumstances it’s anything but!! Overall, I can recommend them enough!
