Route is about 12 miles round trip and almost two hours. Here's just some of the sights you'll see: -Elk Rock Tunnel; built in 1921 and over 700 feet long! -The very last operating "Wig-Wag" style crossing signal in Oregon. -Beautiful houses along with some rather large mansions. -A house that bridges OVER the tracks! -The almost hundred foot high Riverwood Trestle. -Shady woods and views of the Willamette River.

The Trolley ride was inexpensive, fun and educational. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a great way to spend some time with your family. We'll be going back next year.

This is a time machine back into the woods, tunnel, trestles and wide river views. I run trolleys here, so I may be biased.

Very fun for the price. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable about the trolley and its history. Between the restored trolley cars and the costumes, they very much make it a great ride.

Not really my thing but the family enjoyed it and that's important. We just did the Christmas trolley last weekend.it was OK. Didn't really think anything special of it but that's just my opinion. Trolley is slow as a snail.

A very fun nostalgic attraction on the Portland waterfront. The staff and volunteers who keep this trolley running are great, the restored trolley is in excellent condition, and the ride is smooth and the perfect length (long enough to be fun, but not test the attention span or patience of young children). Highly recommended.

You can’t go wrong with this one, especially if you have little kids. The trolley is very well kept and excellently run by a set of older and friendly volunteers. We went mid-may and they kept the windows wide open, no glass between you and the outside. It was super comfortable and pleasant. There are a couple of spots where you can get a great view or two, we got lucky with a view of Mt Hood. The trolley is supposed to go all electric, sometime soon? Looks like the project is a bit delayed but I thought that was interesting news to pass along.

Took the Christmas trolley. So much fun seeing the Christmas ships from the trolley. We will go again next year.

Stayed an extra day in Portland for this excursion and glad we did. Excellent tour from the interpreters and great sights to be had. Excited for the tram to be converted to battery power!
