After many years of replacing washers in my 1950's shower fixtures we had to bite the bullet and get it fixed the right way. This meant cutting into the tile and changing the valves. Ian did an excellent job with the plumbing. Alex did the tile work which was also an excellent job.

Ian provided excellent service. I had my toilet and sink replaced. They were hard to install as my floor is not 100% leveled and he also had to carry them a flight up. He installed them professionally, the new sink is stable now and not wobbling like before. Both the toilet and sink are beautifully installed and functioning wonderfully. Ian was also very resourceful, I got the connecting parts for the sink facet was not long enough and he replaced them with the correct new ones. Overall Excellent work done and I am so glad I went with Sugar Plumbing and had Ian installed them for us. Thanks!

I just used Sugar Bear to replace my gas HVAC and water heater with new heat pump models and couldn't be more pleased. It was somewhat of a complicated project as my house had major additions/renovations, Heat Pumps are only recently becoming popular, and I needed electrical work done as well. Not to mention I had installed solar, and had rebate and Google Home networking questions. Lawrence was my point person and he is very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient with all my inquiries. I usually don't trust contractors and go with recommendations from friends but I contacted them due to their positive reviews and was impressed with their prompt service, knowledge and reasonable price when other bids I had gotten were outrageously overpriced and put on a bit of a show to try and justify their terrible prices. I knew Lawrence is someone I can trust and with his patient and calm demeanor he and his team did a great job and I'm very happy with my new heat pump HVAC and Water heater installations. I'm glad to recommend this company for any HVAC or plumbing needs. They certainly went above and beyond my expectations and I will continue to use them in the future.

I used Sugar Bear Plumbing over the past 2 years for a few repairs bathroom and kitchen. This time it was my 10 year old water heater that required replacement- not due to a leak, but because the gas valve failed. Sugar Bear has professional courteous service. Clean work too.

Our basement sump pump went out in the middle of a crazy storm. There were no sump pumps available at any store around. I called Sugar Bear and they had a sump pump in stock and came out within a couple of hours and replaced the pump. We were thrilled that they responded so quickly as it minimized the damages we had. The scheduler and the plumber were both responsive and professional. We would highly recommend them.

My water heater was leaking and flooding my garage, I called several companies to try to find someone that could come right away. I was grateful that Chris was able to come within the hour and install a new one; he was very nice, professional, and did an excellent job. Sugar Bear rates are very high, it cost more than double the cost of my old one— however, that was nearly 10 years ago, and the price of everything is sky high now due to the pandemic, and being that my issue was resolved so quickly, I cannot complain. -NH

Our toilet started leaking at 5 am. Flooded our bathroom. A friend recommended Sugar Bear. Made the call and got a tech, Marcus, to show up in under two hours. He fixed the problem in no time flat. Total professional job. Will certainly call again in the future and would highly recommend.

Lawrence is always professional, listens attentively if you have concerns or issues and the installer was very efficient and pleasant. We have used Sugar Bear before and always had great service. I realize you have other costs, with the expansion but we need a little more help on the pricing.

Chris the plumber was professional, personable, and efficient on clearing my slow flushing toilet. He offered me two different methods on how he would unclog my toilet which I thought was great, and cleaned up his work space after he finished. We've used Sugar Bear a few times over the past 12 years or so, including a sewer line replacement back in 2011. Most recently, Ian came out to help troubleshoot a long standing low hot water pressure problem that had gotten much worse in the past month. Ian was very professional and easygoing. Ian, our technician, was very professional and thorough in both explaining the resolution in detail and clearing out the drain. I used Sugar Bear several months ago when my gas heater needed to be replaced. This time it was my gas hot water heater that needed replacing. I called Lawrence last night and he had a crew at my house at 9:00am. Beginning with Lawrence yesterday to Daniel and his helper today, Sugar Bear Plumbing exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very professional, the work was done in a very timely manner as was the cleanup. My old water heater was just under 7 years old and developed a leak. The old water heater was installed by another plumbing contractor and I was not all that pleased with them or their product. I highly recommend Sugar Bear Plumbing.
