DON'T USE!! They repaired a dishwasher Dec. 30, replaced a motherboard and a latch. Charged us 300.00. The repairman said he would not charge us for the latch because when they replace a motherboard they replace the latch automatically. We are now having trouble with the latch and called them to repair. The owner said he would not warranty the latch. He said the repairman should have charged us! I wasn't our fault the repairman didn't charge us. The repairman was very kind and efficient. The owner was rude on the phone and refused to make the job right! Response: I can assure he did replace the latch, because we watched him!! No, he did not list it on the invoice, which was never emailed. I had to call and ask for you to send it. I tried to explain there is no problem with the latch. But you immediately got belligerent on the phone! If you would have just listened! The repairman adjusted the placement of the dishwasher and now it will not close properly! We are a firm believer in using local businesses. How unfortunate you represent Olathe.

I wish I could give six stars!! After a bad experience with another company trying to get my fridge fixed on a hot summer day, I called Nutterman's and they promised to get a technician out the next day. The tech, Nick Jr, came early in the estimated arrival time window, spent time listening to what I thought was happening, fixed it within an hour and even waited while I was on hold with my home warranty company to give them a detailed description of the services and charges so they could approve the cost. He had all the specific information they wanted broken down before he talked to them and even the home warranty associate complimented him on his organization. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. It's a great local company who will keep their promises and give very fair prices.

Guy was great explained everything so easily and he was fast no more then 30 minutes tops. Sadly a bit pricey but was very helpful.

I have used Nutterman's several times. This family owned business provides exceptional service. Always prompt, professional and thorough. They provide estimates for the repair that are accurate with advice on replacement alternatives if deemed more prudent than the repair. The costs are always very fair. I will continue to rely on them for all of my appliance repair needs.

We are so glad we found Nutterman’s. Our dishwasher broke down and very few companies would even look at it. Nick at Nutterman’s coordinated our repair, sent James out right away and stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process. James was great. He was informative, efficient, and so easy to work with. You could tell he has a passion for his work. We would highly recommend Nutterman’s.

I submitted requests for service from numerous appliance repair companies, but Nutterman was the ONLY one that responded. They were on time, the service person was cordial, professional , and skilled. He replaced my Electrolux ice maker and repaired my LG front load washer on the same visit. The total repair cost was significantly less than the maximum amount I had expected to pay per online research I had done in advance. It has been 2 weeks now since the repairs were completed and everything is working great. I give this company a rating of 10 out of 10!!!

You shouldn't be charging clients $200 for a repair person to flip your breaker a few times. Terribly disappointed in a local company treating their clients like that.

Nutterman's repair staff are always professional and on time. During COVID they are wearing masks and gloves. James just fixed our stove and he went above and beyond while we waited the the part to come in so we could still use the working burners. I would rather repair appliances than replace and now our stove is operating great.

Nutterman's was able to get here 2 days before anyone else. James arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable and careful about his work. He got the job done quickly and completely, even offering some expert advice on his way out. Thanks, Nutterman's!

These guys are AWESOME!!! Fast, knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They have taken care of every appliance issue and never over-charged us. James is the BEST!!!

James was very helpful. He wasn’t able to fix our washer but gave us good advise on purchasing a new one. One that is known for being reliable and not needing frequent repairs.
