I scheduled a lube and tune service for our garage doors. There was some miscommunication prior to the work being done and the service was completed. After paying and realizing I'd been charged double the initial quote i bought it to the service technician attention. He mentioned he would get it corrected. Shortly after he left i received a call from their billing and confirmed I would only be charged the initial quote. A-plus mentioned they would correct the issue so there were no future issues with other customers. The garage opens and closes much quiter now and i am aware of some preventative problems that could arise in the future at the technicians advice. Great service work great customer service. I would use and recommend A Plus garage in the future!

Cody and Cameron were great to work with! They worked non-stop in the heat putting in our new garage doors. We couldn’t be happier with their work! We had no idea what new garage doors would do for the esthetic of the house not to mention how quiet the doors are now! Great work Team!

Justin came out quickly on an emergency repair. He assessed the situation and explained all my options and the tradeoffs between budget and reliability. He did great work, was very honest, and provided the best option within my budget and guidance on how to care for everything going forward. He did not apply high pressure sales techniques at any time. This is similar to my father rat experience with the company in 2018, which is why I went back, and likely will again.

Preston did a great job assessing the issues with our garage, laying out the options we had for a solution and did a great job on install and then educating on everything he did and how we can use it and troubleshoot next time we have issues. We just had a great experience with A Plus Garage Door Repair. After our garage door opener broke, we began calling repair services. A Plus Garage Door Repair returned our call right away and offered to come the same day. Zach showed up on time and with the parts to make the repairs. In addition to fixing the opener, he provided a 5 year warranty and a free tune up. An all around great experience!

Helaman was professional and easy to work with. He listened to the problem I was having, identified broken or damaged pieces and explained options for repair. He didn’t try to over sell any work but told me what maintenance items I should plan for over the next few years. I recommend him and I will call on A Plus Garage Door again when needed.

Great experience with this company. Thought we might need a whole new garage door setup, but the tech Alex said most things looked good, our door & opener were good models & looked solid. We had 1 broken spring, and he recommended an overhaul instead of replacing the whole thing. Very personable & friendly.

Jlow and Bryce took great care of us they worked hard, were very friendly and professional and explained everything to us about our new doors. They answered all our questions and gave us information about ongoing maintainer to help our doors last as long as possible. We would highly recommend them!

Zach was amazing! We've been struggling with issues with our garage door for several months now. We we're expecting it to be an very expensive repair because we've been quoted several hundred dollars from other companies. We called a+ yesterday and Zach came out this morning and took a look at everything. Turns out it just needed to tune up. He had it done in less than 30 minutes and now our garage door is working perfectly! We will definitely be using them in the future!

This morning I took my kids to school, garage worked just fine opening and closing, came back home & it wouldn't open up. The MyQ app and my garage opener indicated pressure on the garage door. Looked it over and noticed the left spring had broken in 2 spots. I have a Martin garage door so I looked up a dealer on their site. A plus had really good reviews so I gave them a call not expecting to have a same day appointment. They gave me between 12-2pm today. My Tech Austin called around 11:06am to say he was done sooner and that he could come sooner, which I was happy to hear because I had kids to pickup later. He arrived promptly, started checking out what was wrong, gave me a few quotes, he seemed knowledgeable & honest with any concerns I had, we decided to replace a few other things that were wearing away & felt the price was pretty fair and he got started. He got everything done in a timely matter, very personable & kind, answered all of my many questions with a smile and hauled away all of the pieces, I didn't have to do any cleaning up. I would recommend A plus Garage Door Repair & actually already have. Thankful my garage is up and running again!!
