They truly deserve zero stars. I would have done that if possible. I would say 1 out of 5 times I stop in they have what I'm looking for. I usually end up going elsewhere. The staff is altogether unhelpful and act like assisting the customer is an annoyance.

It is a HUGE store. It was not easy to find my way around. Thought I was stopping in to get a quick bag of top soil..... Thankfully I found an employee that helped me figure out that I needed to go to the kiosk to order what I wanted, check out and then drive down to the pick up area to get my bag of top soil.

Spare tire bolt was having issues and I needed to change it asap! Stopped in on a super flat tire and frank was very helpful with getting the bolt loose and even assisted with the spare being secured on my vehicle. Very thankful to him. Highly recommend 👌🏾

I shopped on an early Saturday morning. The store was very clean, vast and well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated how the chain is committed to the values of family both personally and with their employees. I would shop here again just based on this alone.

We are always able to find what we need quickly, check out with only 1 or 2 people ahead of us. Makes for a great experience! If we are wondering, an employee Always asks if they can help us find anything. I also appreciate the fact that they try to put employees with real life experiences in different departments.

I'm only going to get three stars cuz when I was there two of the people that worked there didn't know much about the area where I was looking for when our shopping for work boots she sent me to the women's section. Just because I have long hair doesn't mean I'm a woman! But the young man that was over there he was very helpful he did his job excellent he deserves a raise

Absolutely love this store, being a big outdoors guy, they have all my hunting and fishing needs. Even if you are not into that, they have something for everyone. Hell I might get a part time job there I love it so much.

I really like Fleet Farm. It's my one stop shop with almost everything I ever shop for. The staff have always been great. Bonus on the gas. I'm sure if I were closer to Ankeny I'd spend a lot more in this store.

Always have what you need at farm and fleet. Love to go to this place.

I bought an electric knife in June but never used it until last week and it didn’t work. I didn’t have the receipt but took a chance on customer service. Much to my surprise, they allowed me to exchange it. The lady that helped me was great! This kind of service is a big reason this is one of my favorite stores. Plus, they have one of the best hunting and fishing departments in the area.

One of my favorite stores. Where else can you get horse tack, chicken feed, some ammo for your guns and canning supplies all in one store. Their selection for clothes and most everything is good. Fill up with gas and get the popcorn in the gas station prior to shopping for the 5 dollar coupon before you go into the store.

I used the fuel point, which was clean and functional with good prices. Free popcorn was a nice bonus! :)

Gas price here is always better than 90% of competition. Clean and accessible. Friendly employees. Quick in and out. GOOD Popcorn ( free)

Great variety of about anything you need. Prices are very competitive. Very clean and organized. The only reason I did not give the store 5 stars is because I felt they needed some more help on the floor to help people, I was there for about an hour with a variety of items in my cart. I was dressed in my Business attire. and probably had 10 to 15 people ask me if I worked there they had a question.

Sometimes you hit the store between shipments, but you can check and order online for pickup. I order my dog food like that, and then swing by the yard to get it. Always lots of seasonal things, and TOO MUCH candy and snacks! Also kitchen stuff -- flour sack towels even! Wheelchair accessible. Good about my service/guide dog.

A little bit of everything. Great dog food/supplies section. My German Shepherd loves coming here too pick out toys. Lots of horse and tac items. One of my favorite stops during fishing season for rods, the reel selection could be a little better. Nice clothing selection of some top name brands. Huge selection of outdoor grills.

This is a wonderful place to shop. They have just about anything you need at a reasonable price, there are some products that are a bit over-priced but I'm able to overlook that due to the great customer service and comfortable atmosphere.

Always great place to grab most items I need for hunting, fishing or house hold fix ups. Rewards program is simple and easy to use, already get $5 off most visits with the frequency I go here. Also nice to always get 4c off gas on each visit.

This place is huge and carries pretty much anything you could want or need. I purchased a metal gate and some posts for our driveway. Fairly priced and in stock.

Couple months ago stopped by for the first time. With great director from one of the employees. I was off in the direction of the chainsaw grinding wheels in the back and was personally taking to them by another employee. Out the door I went, I'm very happy!

This place is dangerously cool, love it can't wait to go back but much like visiting Costco you have to be ready to spend more than you think buying things you didn't plan to get. Go in for a screw driver and you'll leave with a bbq pit and a new rifle

It is way better then I thought it was. It is huge store having everything that the customer wants. Customer service is very good and so helpful to everyone. That is what it should really have to be.

The layout of this store is confusing. The aisles are marked with the wrong thing so I got lost and couldn't find anything without asking. Not all items are marked with the price, either on the item itself or on the shelf, so I tried to find a price scanner. They were hard to find and so were the employees. Their prices are high compared to other similar stores.

Went in to get a quote on a trailer tire. The guy quoted a price off of the top of his head without looking it up. I asked if they had cheaper tires because that price sounded high. His price was $30 more than the farm fleet online price. He told me that I was better off looking at Bomgars. I was stunned. Why would he recommend another place? He went on to tell me that their supply chain was slow and that the tires there are since January. Not a good ambassador of Fleet Farm. I left shaking my head, speechless.

I came here a couple days ago not knowing exactly what I was looking for and I was so amazed about the interior of this humongous building. And the help at the customer service window was great! The supervisor and the window lady Angie both bend over backwards to help me out. I can't wait to come back there someday.

Huge store, large selection, astronomically high prices! I was checking out the tool selection and noticed the prices are consistently higher than other stores, one item in particular that retails for $300 was priced at nearly $450. I'll drive 2 towns over to not pay that kind of mark-up.
