We are new to the area and being new home owners have come to lowe's several times over the past two months. Today we were purchasing a lawnmower and some other items. We we're also going in to open a credit card and take advantage of their deal for opening one right now. If you walk into the store you will see many signs offering 20% off today for opening a credit card. We got into the customer service line and waited about 10 minutes for Jessica the associate on duty to call us over. The first thing she said to us was "the line is over there" she pointed to everyone behind us who had gotten there after us. I kindly told her I was next and have been waiting. We proceeded to ask to open a credit card and then make our purchase. We had to find the correct paperwork on the counter by ourselves because she did not know what disclosures were for credit cards. She then put our address wrong and we had to write it down for her. Finally when the process to apply for the credit card was complete we proceeded to our purchase. Jessica refused to honor the 20% off today purchase until we asked if she could call someone else to verify. The customer service manager Alyssa was there and did nothing with the issues we we're experiencing or Jessica's nasty attitude towards us. Finally we left to the parking lot and while packing our lawnmower we opened it and it was broken! We once again had to go back in and do an exchange. Thankfully a very helpful associate named Mike helped us check the new lawnmower and told us they could price match the refund so we would not lose our savings! Jessica refused to price match and when we asked what our total was she said "I don't know", but wanted me to pay???It truly felt like Jessica had some sort of hatred towards us we could not understand. Thankfully mike came by and was able to fix everything and do Jessica's job for her. Please do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot. Jessica and Alyssa are the most miserable people I have ever met , I am thankful to not know them personally.

Devyn in paint went above and beyond to help me choose paint and supplies. She was very knowledgeable! Will recommend going to her for your paint projects. 🙂💯

Bought an air-conditioning yesterday and paid through Progressive Leasing. The worse experience. A lady in the customer service (spanish with a Russian name Veruska),makes faces all the time, because she didn't know how to do it. Instead of asking for a supervisor or manager, she kept looking at me like an idiot, smiling, looking up, making funny faces, etc I told her to ask for help. Finally an old employee that was standing there, sent her to another computer and left. So now we are in the same situation. She typed a few things and stopped. Then the phone rings. She picked up and put it aside. 10 minutes later I asked her about the person holding on the phone, she simply hung up saying "I don't care." Finally the computer mentioned that I have to use my phone to sign a contract. I had to go outside because the Wi-Fi was really bad. I finished all the 10 pages or more and went back inside because my phone asked me to go back and show the person that I signed the contract. Now she's not helping anymore and another lady employee came. Her name is 3 letters only. She informed that she knew what to do but never offered to help her colleague so she stayed on the side talking. Now she made me go back 3 times on my phone saying that she needed numbers like a credit card and suggesting that I made a mistake. My phone continued to show that the Contract was done. Finally, she decided to call Progressive and they gave her the numbers, that she insisted that I was supposed to give them to her and finally after more than 1 hour I could take my air-conditioning. A week before I bought a window unit with LOWE'S and for 12 to 4 pm I was waiting for somebody to give me a date, but the deliver time they informed is approx 10 days. They kept saying 9 or 11 next week. I have a huge leaking from my air-conditioning so I called Progressive and reapplied for this specific store. I got there already approved with a lease number, so she was only supposed to type these numbers in the computer and all my information would show up. I worked in Macy's, Nordstrom and Movado so I have an excellent Customer Service and lots of experience, and get really frustrated when lazy people go to work and do the minimum, and don't even want to learn new things. I was in the store the day before and I saw her manners, so when I picked up the air-conditioning I even asked her do I have to take to another register and she said "No I can ring it". She needs a lot of training and the other lady too. A month maybe. Principally how to answer the phone, how to ask for help when you don't know, and not to hold a customer for an hour and starting talking to another customer, etc. When I went back after signing it she didn't even look at me and sent the other employee with 3 letters' name. She made me go back 3 times to my phone insisting that I was supposed to give her the numbers to pay like a Credit Card.I also told her to ask for help and she insisted that she knew what she was doing, suggesting that I made a mistake etc. Finally, she called Progressive and surprise, surprise they gave her the numbers. There were 3 employees in that department with no Customer Service experience. Sorry but LOWE'S .....0 customer service. I will not recommend this store unless you can pay at the self service.

In store pick-up and the customer service counter is the worst. This is my second time ordering online and picking up in the store. The first time, I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to find it! The second time, they couldn't find my order and told me to come back the next day! I spoke with Assist Manager Michael, who went in back to look for my item. Then I saw him in the store 30 minutes later, when he saw me, he avoided eye contact and darted down an aisle. This store has serious management issues. Please do not order online and pickup in this store.

Lowes is very clean and organized. You can find pretty much everything, and prices are reasonable. They have enough parking

Thank you to Jake and Manny who took the time to listen to our needs in trying to find the perfect plants to teach our special needs children how to nurture & garden. It was almost as if they recognized each one of our children are their own unique plant and carefully selected the perfect ones. Their intentions to help guide our children achieve to care and have responsibility when it comes to caring for their own plant each day and build confidence of what their own labor will create will be greatly appreciated for their journey in such a rewarding way. Thank you Jake and Manny and may God bless you both always and everyone in the store! Maria & Allan

I had a great interaction with one of your associates in appliances. Her name was Shonie. She was great help with finding and figuring out what I needed. She had a positivity to her that is hard to find in any store these days.

No more Lowes anything. Called to check on an order, because the website sucks, and I couldn't log in, the person actually got pissed at me for asking questions. 4 miles from my house, and I'll never shop here again

Was not able to find any parts for my washing machine in the store. I was given a business card for their online appliance parts store. It would be nice to have some basic parts in the store like the springs that hold the drum to the frame. That is a generic part, not make specific. However, the store did have two additional items I needed (not appliances related). UPDATE: My hats off to this location for honoring fallen military members by designating one of the Veterans parking spots as a memorial during Memorial Day weekend.

The store staff is not professional at all. I was waiting 4 hours for someone to attend to me and no one ever wanted to do it despite the fact that there were a lot of staff but chatting in a group and to all those who came nobody wanted to help me they should close that place and that They go to the beach to talk better.

I had the best shopping experience ever today! I needed some very particular weird items, and got help from an unusually knowledgeable employee, Janet. I would probably have spent hours searching if she hadn't helped me. I have been to this Lowe's multiple times, and the quality of the help varies somewhat . But today was so good that I even had to write this review. She even tipped me about the pro accounts, and helped me with the registration process.

I'm not a handy woman I go to Lowes looking at the pretty plants. And let me tell you how much I love the gardening experience here. All my questions are answered by smiling faces. I go home feeling like a master gardener.

I have been going to Lowe's stores since I was a child. Organized. Good products. Unfortunately, they did not have the Range I wanted. So, I went elsewhere to purchase it. Cannot compromise on Kitchen Appliances. I will return in the future to shop there.

Staff was helpful when I needed to find a replacement door handle. Store was clean and well organized. Self checkout was a breeze.

Came in to exchange a bathroom door I purchased on July 1st. Did not have the receipt on hand at first and got accused by ilene in customer service of stealing and returning stolen goods. After I came back with the receipt no apology was given and still go looked at with weird faces. The funny part is that I explained when I bought it. How much I paid, how I paid in cash, she found the transaction on her computer, confirmed everything I told her and STILL chose to make me look like a thief. The manager didn't even offer an apology.

We went to the Lowe’s Haines City and had excellent customer service. Becky was working in the front at customer service and helped us find what we were looking for. She walked the entire store and never made us feel like we were bothering her. She kept a smile and was extremely pleasant. Also, in the tool aisle Ray went out of his way to help us out to find the certain tools we were looking for and also alerted us that it was buy a tool and get another free. He actually saved us a lot of money which we were unaware of. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Horrible customer service!!! Don’t buy there. Incompetent management too. Me and my family were IN LINE at customer service waiting for a cashier to help us, they saw us waiting there for a while when suddenly this crazy lady cut the line and stood there in front of us, even when I TOLD HER we got there FIRST, and the MANAGER “Jose”, I believe, was there too and saw everything, we told him and the cashier “Allyn” that she had to wait because we were first they just saw each other and didn’t do anything, this crazy lady just looked at the manager and went like “Jose” as if she was asking him a favor, I guess she’s a regular customer but that doesn’t mean she has the right to go before the people that were in line, this “manager” just turned his back and pretended we didn’t even open our mouths, me and my family kept telling them the same thing over and over and they just ignored us and helped HER who just got there and cut the line. This is so disrespectful, unacceptable and unprofessional. Lowe’s better improve their staff.

I went there after 6 PM. I was looking for a few items to make some roofing repairs. I found an employee and he helped me find all 3 items. Great employee. Sorry I didn't get his name but he worked in the lumber area.

The prices... Holy $#*@! $20 bucks for a 1 gallon tomato plant. Also, I guess the lady watering in the garden center was upset because we were shopping and in her way. (Probably a vendor). The lady that checked us out in the garden center was very nice and had a great sense of humor... Loved her.

Jose was so very helpful in the garden center. We needed recommendations for planting and he was very knowledgeable. He asked us if he could help us several times as we had heavy items. He went above and beyond. He gets 5 stars from us!

I was attended by you're staff Mrs. Jenna. She is extremely knowledgeable in the garden. She is attentive, polite and helpful. You are so extremely lucky to have her as part of Lowes team. You can not find excellent help such as her! Thank you for helping me and my husband today. Mrs. & Mr. Cole from Davenport Florida. Please keep her and give her a raise! Blessings

Curbside pick up and delivery are the worse. Shortest I’ve waited for a curbside pickup has been 20 minutes and that’s only because I went in at 20 minutes. And Delivery is terrible. Last time I ordered for delivery it was rescheduled without checking with me when I was out of town. I had to go get the order and bring it home and unload it myself. Employees are nice and helpful and usually they have what I need. That is their saving grace for 4 stars.
