Edit to say one of their people called was very nice and refunded our money and stated we could keep the exchanged pieces. This was very nice of them to rectify the situation. My husband bought me a set of earrings that morning 11:30 am, they were silver and I’m allergic to them. Went back at 3:30 the same day to return them only to be told we could not get our money back and had to get store credit by the owner of the store. He then made a joke about “nobody leaves here empty handed”… I would have if you would have simply refunded our money. But apparently 4 hours is just too much time. The rest of the staff was nice.

Malouf's is my favorite place to shop for beautiful, distinctive fine jewelry. Jessi is amazing. She can direct you to just what you are looking for and then team that up with something else that puts the selection over the top. Malouf's is a high-end store where you can trust the knowledge of the employees and quality of inventory.

The new renovations was exciting and the owner Scott and his whole staff was so accommodating and friendly as always. Other clients who were shopping were going on about conversations with one another at the new beauty space. Congratulations and Thank you for making it pleasant.

Many years ago, I purchased a ring in Santa Fe by Scott Diffrient. I absolutely love the ring and wear it daily. Recently, a local jeweler was cleaning the ring and noticed that the stone was cracked and went about trying to repair it. He indicated that it might crack further over time. I contacted Malouf on the Plaza a store in Santa Fe, New Mexico which specializes in jewelry, weavings, and fashion accessories. I explained the situation with the ring and wanted to see if something could be arranged to have the stone repaired or replaced. This is when I met an exceptional representative of the company- Adrianna. She indicated that she would reach out to the artist and see what options may exist. She assumed the responsibility of trying to have my ring repaired. She coordinated with the artist and provided timely communications to me. Fortunately, she was able to coordinate the repair of my cherished ring. In my experience, it is a rare individual who volunteers to resolve a problem that occurred many years ago. Many individuals would simply brush-off the problem not wanting to be bothered and would just move on. Not Adrianna, she is indeed such a rare individual. By her actions and initiative, she demonstrated her solid committed to providing quality customer service. Seldom have I found a representative of any retail store who displays the attributes and exceptional follow-through that she has provided to me. She greatly surpassed my expectations. My many thanks to Adrianna, Scott Diffrient, and Malouf on the Plaza for overseeing the repair of my ring. I am very grateful for the quality service they provide.

I am sad to say that dealing with this company was a bit of a nightmare. I had been looking online for a set of Emila Castillo salt and pepper bowls and was delighted to find that Malouf on the Plaza had the exact ones I was looking for. I bought them online, paid for them immediately and eagerly awaited the shipment to arrive. Disappointingly, Maoulf on the Plaza did not take the time to properly wrap the delicate sculptures and one of them arrived broken. I notified them immediately that it had arrived broken, and was hoping for a replacement. Unfortunately, they did not have a replacement and were unable to get one. The return process was not at all simple, starting with the fact that they use a shipper that does not have a location in our town. The closest one was 20 miles away. I sent the package, confirmed that they received it, and awaited my refund. Days, then weeks, then months passed and the refund never appeared. I communicated multiple times with Adrianna and each time was given a different excuse as to why the refund had not been processed. Nearly three months later, I was out of patience and told them that I would be filing a dispute with my credit card company if I did not receive an immediate credit. The excuses continued. The "accountant" was out of town. (Really? For nearly three months?) Adrianna also then tried to tell me that Malouf on the Plaza does not give refunds "which is part of our policy located on our website." (Really? Malouf on the Plaza doesn't give refunds for items THEY damaged and THEY were unable to replace?!?!) Now they claim I will see the refund in 3-5 business days. Hopefully this time they will actually fulfill their promise. We'll see . . . .

Beautiful fine jewelry and friendly staff. My mom found a piece of jewelry she had spent 14 years looking for, we were all excited. Staff were patient and helpful.

No trip to Santa Fe is complete without visiting Malouf’s! The jewelry is amazing and the service is fantastic. I have never met a rude sales associate; they are always extremely patient and helpful without making you feel pressured to purchase something that day. The newly expanded clothing section is a great mix for the upscale bohemian with a twist of southwestern style. I was extremely impressed with the communication from the store while shipping and receiving items that I had purchased. Shout out to Barbara who was so fun to shop with!

We bought two beautiful rugs from Redmond. We absolutely adore them. He also very kindly coordinated with us to get pads for our rugs. Next time we visit Santa Fe we hope to stop by again :)

Several visits to Malouf's over the course of Indian Market last month brought us gracious and knowledgeable service. My wife ended up purchasing a gorgeous signet ring. We've also purchased jewelry online and been very pleased. Jeweler Scott Diffrient's work is splendid.

WOW - what an amazing store! They have everything and unexpected surprise around every corner! Jessi and Jack in the jewelry department were so fun to shop with, tons of product knowledge and very helpful. I visited during the Wine & Chile Festival and was thrilled to have stopped in. They have anything from stunning Kwiat Diamonds to one of a kinds from Scott Diffrient. The owners were welcoming and friendly as well, what a great shop on the Plaza! I will definitely shop here again!

We have purchased many pieces of jewelry over the past 50 years from Malouf. My parents brought me here when my dad got a piece for my mom. They are always professional and will work with you, that is why we keep going back. My only complaint is ordering a piece for my wife's birthday and a day later being told it was out of stock. They said 5-6 weeks lead time. The piece did arrive but 4 weeks after her birthday. No a major issues but the inventory could have been kept up to date. And yes we will go there again and probably purchase something else.

Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The jewelry pieces they offer are flawless, beautiful and authentic. They represent some of the best artists around. This was my first online purchase and it worked out fantastic. Thanks for making things easy!

Fantastic store, right on the plaza. Wide selection of jewelry, including local artists and Native American works. We bought a “Navaho Bead” necklace, it looks great on my wife! Many varieties of turquoise, all beautiful. High quality! The staff is great as well. We’ll definitely be back!
