We are elderly, obeing in our late seventies, and were very confused by the online application for visas for a trip to New Zealand and Australia. We made an appointment with Passport Health as Australia requires a health certification, as part of its reopening rules, for those of us over 75. We met with Dana Shock RN who hadn’t dealt with the new rules before. She was wonderful! She went to her computer and figured out what we needed to do to satisfy Australia’s regulations and led us through the process. What a Godsend for someone much more comfortable in the analog world that I grew up in! She was so patient, calm and helpful. My wife and I were exhausted by the time we were through, but very happy that our trip looks as if it will happen. Our 55th wedding anniversary will be celebrated in style! I had a great experience with Passport Health, therefore I can recommend them without hesitation. Contacting them, asking questions, and booking an appointment via phone was convenient and quick; their administrative assistant was knowledgeable and helpful. My appointment in the Santa Fe office was quick, their staff and nurses were on-top of their field and extremely kind; they explained everything in depth. They do not take insurance, everything is co-pay, but their prices - compared to other places - seemed to be reasonable. If I'm looking for similar service, I'd be back to them!

Very thorough information on what vaccines and anti malaria meds needed for my travel. appointment felt a bit rushed as there was a lot to cover for trip to 3 African countries.

The travel nurse really knew her stuff and was so helpful. If she didn’t think my travel plans would put me at risk for certain diseases, she didn’t encourage me to get that vaccine. She focuses on what you really need.

Such a wealth of knowledge about Travel Healthcare that it is hard to know where to start. Nanci has been there and done it! Her explanations are very detailed regarding risks of the travel areas you are going to, and her sense of humor make getting the vaccinations actually fun. I bet you can't imagine that happening! Marci is the most wonderful nurse ever. She's exceptional at giving injections and at making you feel as comfortable as possible during the process. Plus, you get a sucker after it's over! Nanci, the nurse who helped us, was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, efficient, clear, and patient, personable and funny. She gave us all the information we needed and clarified some things about which we were unsure. Contrary to some reviews we had read about being pressured, we felt informed and free to make our own decisions regarding the information. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends. We had our teenage daughter with us, and Nanci was very engaging and put her at ease to get the vaccinations she needed.

I’ve been going to Passport Health for over 20 years and will keep going to them for the next twenty years. As a person who works in very remote areas in developing countries, Passport Health has always planned a vaccine/disease preventative program for me that addresses the major health risks in those countries. It really is a great service they provide.
