I have been so grateful to have Dr. Anderson caring for our family. My three year old twins developed a severe and prolonged case of diarrhea (my son had diarrhea for 14 days). Our pediatrician couldn't see us for more than a month and my visit to urgent care was long, drawn-out, and unhelpful. In contrast, we had expert and immediate care from Dr. Anderson. He examined our kids in the comfort of our home, he was in regular communication with us via text and phone over the course of their illness, he was on top of the lab work (and was quick to recognize when a sample had been misplaced by the lab), and he was able to advise us when it was time to go to the emergency room for a more thorough work up and IV fluids. He is great with kids and was also great with their stressed out, sleep deprived parents. It seems to me that this is how the practice of medicine should be... personalized, expert, and compassionate. May you never need this kind of care, but know that Santa Fe has an incredible resource if you do!

I received astute diagnosis , excellent treatment and care from their nurse staff , fast referrals to world class specialists, and personal phone calls from the doctors themselves. Unbelievable! Dr Rosen is very attentive, caring, he takes the time to discuss things, he's easy to talk to, and he keeps track of my history and my needs. I feel very confident working with him, it feels as if I have a smart and informed partner that I can count on to help me through any health issues I may face. In addition, I think he saved my husband's life by strongly recommending and setting up a procedure that my husband was resisting.

Dr. Rosen was wonderful! We made a website submission and two hours later, Dr. Rosen arrived to care for my husband who had been up sick since 5am. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. We are from out of town, so being sick away from home and not knowing the area is a bit scary; but finding Santa Fe mobile MD was just what we needed! It was a huge relief to have a mobile Dr. Visit the same day and have a prescription sent in immediately. Thank you so much Dr. Rosen!

Dr. Rosen is highly intelligent, has a huge amount of knowledge, is personable, accessible, and calmed all our fears regarding EOL (End Of Life) issues. Best and most useful physician I have yet encountered. Highly recommended.

Dr Anderson spent over an hour with me today. We talked about the three health-related issues I have and he gave me clear answers and guidance on how to deal with these concerns. He is eminently easy to talk to and besides being a knowledgable professional he is a very interesting and engaging man. I liked the fact that Dr Anderson' is knowledgable about methods that complement our western medical tradition where the focus is often on treating health problems as isolated phenomena.

Promptly provided service in an urgent medical situation upon request. Most welcome and unusual was the experience of having a thorough medical evaluation at home, which included a detailed history and physical exam. . Excellent communica0tion skills, a good listener and very respectful demeanor, Was responsive to my concerns, and made and rendered appropriate and excellent care.

Dr. Rosen was interested, professional, competent, and personable.. He spent close to an hour on my first appointment, which was refreshing. Yesterday he spent thirty minutes answering my questions in a thoughtful and patient manner. He is also very responsive to unexpected problems.

Dr Rosen is amazing! He listens carefully, thinks about options, discusses them with you and helps plan a course of action. Having a doctor who spends this much time and consideration is a rare thing.

I’m so grateful Dr. Anderson was able to come to my home and provide some much needed medical care. He was professional and personable and I feel like he really listened. He even followed up the next day to check on me. I wish they accepted insurance, but understand why they don’t. It was worth it to me and I’m grateful this exists in Santa Fe.

Dr. Anderson visited my wife today. She is terminally ill with cancer. He is a very caring and down to earth individual and we are so grateful that he was able to come to our home and provide details on his services, while answering all our questions.

I had an appointment with Dr. Rosen to establish him as my primary doctor. The appointment was fantastic: he answered all my questions, went over my health history, refilled prescriptions at my request, went over information on vaccines, and set up a schedule for needed tests and labs. My blood pressure was very high so he prescribed medication and a follow-up visit. He took his time and, for the first time in years, I feel like I have a primary care doctor that I can trust! I am very happy!

Dr. Anderson is a wonderful resource for our community. His Santa Fe Mobile MD provides a service that can be hard to find. Having a knowledgeable and caring physician when you need one is pretty priceless in my view. No matter how small or large the problem, Dr. Stew and his crew helps keep us healthy and in our homes.

They are very smart and compassionate … a rare combo of talents for a doctor. But honestly I hate these surveys or ways of grading who or what we are evaluating. You want my opinion from my experience… on a personal level how much do you trust the opinions of those you already know? Yet you want my anonymous opinion? I really don’t get this whole trend of perpetual anonymous evaluations of another’s life work????!

We honestly love everything about Dr Rosen. He’s clearly in medicine for all the right reasons. He’s kind, compassionate, thorough. He came to our house and saw both my husband and myself. He asked all the right questions. He listened to all our concerns and addressed them with obvious interest and care. He made us both feel like he really genuinely cared about us and our wellbeing. Can’t recommend him enough.

Dr. Anderson is a highly qualified, kind and compassionate healer who devotes undivided attention to his patients. He is totally present. I highly recommend him and his care .

I am writing this review as a practicing physician with over 30 years of clinical experience and as a recent patient of Joel Rosen. This was clearly my worst experience with a healthcare provider. Joel makes many promises, but delivers on few. At our first visit, I was assured that i would be cared for by either him or his partner. However, when i had an incident and needed his care - both he and his partner were on vacation at the same time. Santa Fe Mobile signed out their patients to a nurse in Albuquerque! He also promised that he would follow me in the hospital; however, when i required hospitalization, he showed up once to tell me that he no longer had privileges and could offer little. You need to be very careful with how they bill since they do not discuss their bills with you but charge your credit card directly; therefore, if you dispute you need to go through your credit card. They charge for everything and do not accept insurance - i was charged $110 when Rosen called in a refill. I am currently disputing charges since they were unnecessary! Santa Fe Mobile understands the Santa Fe Market; however, unfortunately they are part of the problem and not part of a solution. Joel knows how to market his services and he is charming on the first visit; however, he is not a very good physician and lacks integrity. I realize that there are very few good choices for primary care in Santa Fe; however, Santa Fe mobile should be avoided.

Dr. Rosen is a "god send". After over 3 months trying to find a doctor, and get a diagnosis, Dr. Rosen came to my home this morning. He was exceedingly pleasant and accommodating...but also, importantly, extremely competent. I have very high hopes for a diagnosis and treatment.

The scheduling was easy, the care was excellent. Sarah demonstrated several PT exercises to help me move forward in healing my fracture and showed genuine care and concern for my overall well-being. I am most grateful.

Dr Anderson listened to my concerns and was very patience and caring. He spent considerable time with us to understand the issues. He made excellent non-medical recommendations for helping improve the situation. Dr Anderson had a friendly caring manner. I highly recommend him.

I was very impressed with Dr. Rosen. He spent over an hour examining my husband and getting to know both of us. He is a good listener and he asked pertinent questions. He gave me very good guidance about what course of action I should take regarding my husband’s health and future. Whatever the cost, it’s worth it.
