Very open and professional. Ricardo and his team know what they are doing from long experience. I first used them for a repair to delay re-roofing. Then, two years later, the new foam replacement roof was a display of excellent teamwork and skill. Follow-up after two years -- The foam was a good choice. Annual maintenance has been minimal. Well done and timely after air conditioning installation made a minor disruption.

Ricardo is honest and extremely helpful. We went on the roof with him and he showed us what needed to be done. To our relief, it was not much. We had feared we might need a new roof, but he assured us that a bit of maintenance and repair was all we needed at this time. He and his crew were on time, did the work and left no trace. Our tar and gravel roof looks new now! We signed up for an annual inspection so we can avoid a complete reroofing for years to come. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Ricardo , owner of Goodrich Roofing, is an extremely honest businessman. He came to our home to inspect our roof and invited me to come up on the roof with him where he pointed out exactly what needed to be done. Unlike other companies that came out, Ricardo told me that the roof had about an additional five years of life and it and only needed some repairs. To top this, he even told me that there was another company better suited to making the repairs and referred me to a competitor! He is a great guy and I will refer neighbors and friends to him.

I have used Goodrich Roofing on numerous occasions and have been completely satisfied with the work they have done. Usually when you need a roof repair, it's when everyone else is having a problem(torrential downpours). Ricardo always manages to get by to look at the extent of the problem, diagnose it accurately, and send his crew to repair without performing unnecessary work as many roofers do. His prices are extremely fair and the workmanship is excellent. I would highly recommend Goodrich Roofing to anyone looking for a competent and affordable roofer.

Goodrich Roofing of Santa Fe put the roof on the house I built in 1999. Seventeen years later with annual maintenance for a small fee, this roof is built to last. Apart from a solid foundation, I believe a reliable roof is the next most important part of any structure, and I am completely happy in the knowledge that my home and its contents are safe and secure against water, hail, wind and sun. And those pecking little birds! I have Goodrich to thank for this. Ricardo (Goodrich owner) has the finest crews in the roofing business you can find. They are technically proficient, polite and always on time.

I had the most pleasant experience working with Goodrich Roofing last week. I contacted Ricardo, the owner, and asked him if he could take a look at a leak where water was coming in through my ceiling fan. He said yes and had a crew at my house first thing the next day. His team lead was professional, courteous, and did a great job of explaining what the problem was and how they were going to repair it -- he even showed me before and after pictures! Although I hope to not have to call Goodrich Roofing again soon, they are definitely the company I will be calling in the future for any roof related repairs. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, thank you! Bianca

I asked Ricardo (of Goodrich) to inspect my roof for leaks. He came out within the hour and took photos of suspicious areas and then sent me a report of four pages. I used his investigation to show the roofer who was responsible for the roof (and which was still under warranty) how to make the necessary repairs. He eventually did so and I haven't had problems since. I was very impressed by Ricardo's competence and professionalism.

I bought a house 2 years ago. It has a 24 yr old foam roof. The previous owners had done a major refurbishment of it 4 years ago--fixed leaky skylights etc. We don't have any active problems with the roof, but since it's pretty old I wanted to see if there was any routine maintenance I should get done to keep it in shape. I called 3 roofing companies. One said the roof was entirely shot and I should get it re-roofed. Another said I needed a major restoration job with a new coating for about $3200. Ricardo from Goodrich Roofing inspected the roof and explained what I could do to keep it in shape (keep an eye on hail damage, spread the gravel out as much as possible, remove any debris from trees etc.) and said I didn't need any work from him and to call him in 5 years. This was much more in keeping with what I anticipated. He was prompt and professional and seemed entirely above board and honest. I'll certainly call him again for any roofing issues.

20 years and our hot tar and gravel roof in Eldorado was failing… After consulting with Ricardo, we decided to re-roof with foam. Best decision ever. It was quieter, warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Great service, good crew. Jim and Lisa Wilkes

Ricardo of Goodrich Roofing was professional and timely. I trusted the work he and his staff did on my roof. This is the second time I have used Goodrich Roofing and I will do so again, as needed.

Goodrich Roofing is a good choice for your roofing needs in Santa Fe. Our house is not an old house, but requires historic review being in a historic area. Things went smoothly with no effort required on our part for the Historic Board permits and approvals as well as the normal city permits and inspections. The offered warranty and annual inspection programs offer assurance that there will be prompt attention to any issues and help you stay ahead of any leaks. They started on time and kept to schedule. When the work was done we waited for the city inspectors to arrive so the project could be regarded as fully complete. No issues.

Ricardo and his team were extremely professional and reliable. They did a fantastic job! I had a few leaks before they could come and re-roof and Ricardo was extremely prompt in fixing the leaks! The new roof looks fantastic. I would use Goodrich again.

I used them to repair a leak another provided tried to repair on my tar & gravel roof. Goodrich came out promptly to fix the problem. The initial repair failed after about a year and they came out promptly when I called about it and repaired it again. No problems with the second repair Goodrich did. (No complaints about the repair failing since repairs aren't always easy to find and repair properly) The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that I then contacted them about full maintenance for the entire roof, parapets, canales and other roof penetrations to extend the life of the roof. I got the quote pretty quickly but then had problems getting a response to multiple calls, texts and emails trying to schedule the work. Finally heard back and learned they are having trouble finding workers so he recommended another roofer. I do wish I have been given more notice about them not being able to do the work this year but appreciate the labor challenges many businesses are facing currently

Excellent work, on time. Meticulous cleanup. The crew helpfully worked with my handyman on side issues. I highly recommend this company.

The Goodrich Roofing team did a great job for us. They provided a temporary fix for our roof within hours of our first call. They prepared three quotes for us to review and scheduled our service for early the next week. All in all, a professional job at a fair price.

I have used Goodrich for over 20 years. Until recently they had been responsive and professional. A little less than five years ago they re-roofed prior to the installation of a solar power system. After some heavy rains last month I had a small leak in the living room. I called Ricardo Sanchez and as has happened in the past he showed up promptly. He inspected the suspect area and said he thought a patch would work. He said he would provide an estimate the next day. And he did. However he now stated he thought it would be better to re-roof the entire section which he had re-roofed slightly less than five years ago; at a cost of $13,000 plus unknown costs to remove and replace the solar panels and AC unit. I asked in an email if there was some other solution to consider, especially as there was a nominal five-year warranty in force. I heard nothing for several days. I sent another email asking if he had received my previous one. He replied: "Yes. Messages received." Nothing more. No other replies for several days. I again sent an email asking why there was no reply. He replied, to my shock and amazement, that his lawyer told him that he should have no further contact with me! I have no idea what this is about and what he is thinking. I had no idea about suing him--then! I have now contacted another roofing company and discussed my situation with them. We are going to proceed with some testing. I have put Mr. Sanchez on notice that if there does appear to be an issue with his previous work, especially given its recency, I may well consider bringing suit. I am astounded at his rudeness and unprofessional attitude. I never expected it based on our earlier business relations. I still have heard nothing from him.
