Fan-tas-tic! The combo plate was so flavorful and filling, with a wonderful combination of sweet and savory dishes. Plus, it is the type of healthful food where you feel invigorated after - not too heavy, but definitely satiating. I'm so happy to have found this delicious vegan venue so close to home (though I highly recommend this place to everyone, whether you are vegan or not!) This will definitely be a part of our regular rotation going forward. Truly food for the body and soul.

I was a little nervous to try this food truck since I never had Jamaican food before. I was so glad I gave it a try because the food was amazing ! Ras was super kind and explained the different food he served. The combination box was delicious and the flavors complimented each other. The spicy sauce added the kick that made the meal complete! My boyfriend and I each ordered a combination box and it enough for the both of us! Next time we come to Santa Fe, we will definitely stop by! Hope to see this food truck at the ballon festival next year!

The combination plate was a great way to start. I really like the rice, the bean stew, and the plantain. The seitain was ok. Sweet potato pudding was a bit too dense and sweet to me. Rody was super awesome and friendly to talk to!

Absolutely delicious food!! And the owner is so friendly! Loved all of the flavors especially the semi savory banana pancakes to have with the flavorful dishes. The fact that you get a whole bunch of dishes with the combo plate is amazing so that you can try all of these things.

Wonderful Jamaican vegan food. Spicy and tasty. Food portions are generous and reasonably priced. Ras knows what he is doing and he is fun! This is a food truck but there are a few tables/chairs to eat there or take away. Adds a unique food option for the eclectic food of Santa Fe.

I’ve traveled from Austin to Colorado and back, and this is by far the best meal I’ve been able to find on my whole journey! Ras is a great guy to talk to, his energy is so uplifting, and his food really helped heal me from altitude sickness. The juice they make is so refreshing. This place turned my frown upside down. I will definitely be coming back!

Just the most flavorful best vegan food offered up with Jaimacan friendliness. Beware the Scotch Bonnet spice on the side, though, unless you are experienced. Definitely do not mistake it for applesauce!

If you're in Santa Fe, this place cannot be missed!! I had never had Jamaican food before, and I'm so glad we tried it. It was all so flavorful and made with love. The banana pancakes were so good and such a nice complement to the savory and spicy stews. Scratch made ital (vegan) food and fresh juices from a welcoming little food truck. We will definitely be back!

Excellent food truck! Service was great. Music set the mood. Picnic on location was wonderful. Highly recommend. Keep the heat on the side unless you know you can handle it. We tried the combination dinner and sweet potato pudding. Yum!

The food is incredible and delicious. I was also welcomed so warmly when I arrived and I could tell their food was made with so much love. I hope to come back before we leave Santa Fe!

Everything was sooo good, we are lucky to have such yummy Jamaican food in Abq/Santa Fe ;) I had the combo with the banana pancakes, curried vegetables, rice and beans and veggie protein. delicious food with a bunch of different tastes on one plate. the guy in the truck was very friendly and he gave us huge plates. the desert was very good and the price is right. low key dining, highly recommended.

Amazing vegan option! Stopped here last week after skiing and it was the perfect warm up meal. If we lived locally, this would definitely be a regular stop. We had the combo plate and said yes to the spice. It was indeed hot, but super flavorful. We used the sauce sparingly and put the leftover on our breakfast the next day.

everything is always outstanding but when we visited last week the curry chickpeas, banana pancake and cucumber / ginger / lemon juice tasted extra delicious. you're always guaranteed flavorful vegan treats, friendly smiles and a full belly at Ras Rody's! 🥰 p.s. that jackfruit stew..!

Run! Don't walk! This place is incredible. The food was fresh and so yummy. The cucumber lemon ginger juice was the perfect drink to balance the spices of the combo plate. We sat at the card table under a tree (only seating), and it was a quiet, peaceful place to eat. We'll be back!
