Anything but the highest praise does not do this wonderful restaurant justice. I enjoyed the tumeric noodles and pad Thai. Both dishes were artfully created and displayed. So rich, authentic and flavorful. Do Not Miss a chance to try this awesome food. Omg - I’m coming back every time I’m in Santa Fe!!!

What a fantastic little spot! The owner was more than friendly, giving us excellent food advice and even bringing out a tea leaf salad at no charge simply because of how well it paired with the dishes we were enjoying so much already! We had Pad Thai and the Turmeric noodles with beef…we left full and if I could leave a 6th star, I would! I went back to leave a second tip, at very least. Come support this made-to-order fresh and healthy option in a vibrant environment full of other fine things to sample!

Listen to the five-star reviews. I got the turmeric noodles with beef and it was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. It’s all organic - noodles were made out of sweet potatoes and they were PHENOMENAL. The owner was there and was so sweet — you can tell how passionate she is about her craft. Highly recommend.

Excellent concept. The two hardworking staff prepare every meal to order. The fact that they are cooking makes it a challenge to take orders. Nonetheless, the wait is worth it. Very fresh food.

Nath's Cambodian dishes am told is made with high quality and organic ingredients. Her "restaurant" is more like a food stand and located inside a place called Chomp and has a food court vibe. The community table was sticky and I was unsure if I should ask Nath for a wet cloth to wipe down the table. I ordered the pad thai and red curry. Both good choices. I was not prepared to pay such high prices, but the dishes were good.

Delicious food with lovely presentation. The ladies that work here are so kind and helpful. Their red curry was very flavorful and so good with just the right amount of spice. Fresh veggies and clean ingredients for simple but elegant dishes. We plan on eating here frequently in the future. Bonus if you have Gluten-free or vegetarian friends there are plenty of safe options for them!

The food here is always fresh and delicious. I love the saffron glass noodles, tangy tom yum soup and the green curry. The spices and ingredients are outstanding and herbaceous.

Had a very nice lunch. I especially enjoyed the Beef Lok Lak, cooked medium rare, which was especially tender and flavorful. The notes of grass fed beef were distinctive and paired well with the sweet sauce and pineapple. With the tea leaf salad it was an excellent exploration of flavor and texture. Staff were also friendly and nice to chat with. The only downside is the acoustics of the space aren’t great and the various refrigeration equipment makes it a bit hard to hear conversation.

The quality of food and flavors are very authentic, reminded me of my mom’s cooking. Everything was fresh and good serving size. When someone is passionate about food like Nath, it shows. It was the most popular food place at the CHOMP. I can’t wait to go again.

I had the absolute pleasure of trying Chef Nath’s food this evening and it was nothing short of amazing. It takes a little bit longer to come out as she is preparing all of it herself but the wait is well worth it. I ordered the Red Chicken Curry and my girlfriend had the Pad Thai with Chicken. Hands down the best curry I’ve had to date and the pad thai was extremely flavorful. There wasn’t a drop left on our plates. Halfway through our meal she approached our table and asked us how the food was and mentioned that she was going to bring us something special. She then surprised us with some Turmeric Noodles, followed by her Green Curry and finally the Beef Lok Lak. Each dish equally impeccably cooked and crafted. Such a wonderful experience and Chef Nath is an even more wonderful person. We will definitely be making the stop here to visit Chef Nath on our way through Santa Fe from now on and highly recommend you do the same.

Very good experience eating at this lovely little kitchen. The owner was very gracious and talked to us about each dish. Each dish was delicious and a bit different than what I’m used to. The presentation took it to another level of beauty. Spring rolls and salad was a refreshing start and the noodle dishes and chicken curry were flavorful and life giving. Really good and memorable dining experience.

Absolutely delicious! Gluten-free for the entire menu, which is very appreciated and just staggeringly tasty. I started with the tom yum soup that was tangly and packed with vegetables. For entreé had the turmeric noodles with beef. Goodness it was so good. It’s been an entire day and my mouth is still watering. Recommend this food to anyone.

My husband and I had one last night in Santa Fe, and decided to try Nath's. What a brilliant choice. We both chose the Sweet Potato Noodle, turmeric, vegetables and added chicken. The flavors are indescribable. Fresh, light, savory and delectable. You know instantly her ingredients are 100% clean, natural and organic. Nath, don't change a thing! We will come back just to eat at Nath's.

This is our favorite place in Santa Fe, the Ladies that run it are so kind and they sure know how to cook all options are Gluten free and many options can be made vegan\ vegetarian. I really don't know how they don't have. Massive restaurant, their food is amazing. I got the Tom Yum, my spouse and I split the spring rolls and he got the Pad Thai . I scarfed all that down so you only get a pic of the tofu pad Thai with Chile oil. I have enjoyed food all over Santa Fe but their food tastes the best.

Both dishes were excellent!! We had the Lemongrass Scottish (Wild Alaskan) Salmon and Tumeric noodles with wild Shrimp. Very tasteful and well prepared food. Nath was the nicest lady, checking on us twice. Bob & Madel

Small food stall within the Chomp food hall. Food was prepared well, tasty and fresh. Portions are a good size, however it is too expensive. Unfortunately the Chomp hall has zero ambiance and poor lighting. Probably best to get things to go. Plenty of parking around. Adding everything up, I can only give 3 stars.

Tea leaf salad with lemongrass chicken packs a triple punch of flavor, aroma and taste. Food is well worth waiting for.

Loved the green curry. Broth is well spiced and I really enjoyed the mix of vegetables.

Great food!! We had the Tom Yum and Pad Thai. It was a hit with the family. My mother had the salad and really enjoyed it. Hubby even ordered more Tom Yum soup to go. Owner is one of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. You must try this place out.

The Best, and I mean THE BEST Cambodian fusion food I have had in my life and I have been all over SE Asia. Nath truly loves her craft and you owe it to yourself to taste her passion.

5 stars all around. Such wonderfully nice staff! I wasn’t sure what I wanted but mentioned I like spicy and the woman let me sample the green curry. I was t expecting spicy but that really hit the spot! It was excellent. It was a different curry than I’ve had before, it had sweet potatoes, beans, and some pineapple at the bottom for some sweetness at the end. The coconut and lemongrass was the perfect complement to the spice. Amazingly good. Also, The spring rolls were light and refreshing. I’d eat here again for sure!
