Obsessed with Baubles on Broadway! My mom gifted me a beautiful ring that belonged to my Nana, which Baubles resized and fixed a prong on. After a quick turn around, they presented to me what looked like a new ring! Their craftsmanship is superior to competitors in the area. I will always go here for my jewelry needs! I cannot recommend Baubles on Broadway enough!

Baubles is a great local jeweler. I brought a number of items to repair to include my wedding and engagement ring, a necklace needing repair, diamond earrings and another ring needing repair. I was extremely happy with the repairs and the customer service I was given. They have beautiful items in store, but can also place special orders. I highly recommend Baubles!

I recently went to Baubles on Broadway to begin looking into engagement rings, but planned on shopping around a bit before making a decision. After meeting with Michelle and Tony my plans had completely changed. I was very intimidated by the whole process of purchasing an engagement ring, but it could not have been a better experience. Michelle showed me ring settings while we waited for Tony to discuss the diamonds, and she made me feel right at home. Tony spent ample time giving me a lesson on diamonds, and engagement rings in general, so I felt much more comfortable with the entire process. I could tell that both of them were extremely knowledgeable and experienced right away, which made me much more confident in my ability to pick out a beautiful ring. I've since proposed, and my fiancée could not be happier with the ring. She is absolutely in love with every last detail. I would recommend Baubles to anyone looking for a beautiful engagement ring, wedding band, or any type of jewelry in general. It is a great store with an incredible staff, and I'll certainly be returning for any of my jewelry needs!

I had the most positive experience working with Tony to design an engagement ring for my now fiancé! Tony was extremely easy to work with, very knowledgeable about the whole process and guided me through it with ease. My fiancé absolutely loved her ring, as do I! I had an vague idea of the style of ring she wanted, and Tony recommended doing a hidden halo around the diamond which I had not thought of and it turned out to be her favorite part of the ring! We plan on continuing to use Tony and his business for all our future jewelry related needs. I would highly recommend him and his expertise.

Amazing staff, elegant and gorgeous selection of fine jewelry. I moved from Revere to West Peabody and found Baubles just as convenient as living in a city. I had 2 jewelry repairs, one a thin chain and the other an earring. Both fixed in less than 48 hours. I can't wait to go back and buy one of their beautiful pieces of white gold.

I had a wonderful experience at Baubles jewelry. Donna helped me pick out a beautiful pair of diamond earrings for my wife’s 50th birthday. Tony added new diamonds to my wife’s wedding ring and a new platinum chain to her favorite necklace and they resizes both of my watches while I waited and did not even charge me for the resize. They exceeded my expectations and were so pleasant to work with. I’ve definitely found a new home for all my jewelry needs!!!!
