My
experience
at
Cophers
Boat
Center
in
Fort
Smith
Arkansas
was
disappointing.
I
purchased
a
Crownline
bowrider
from
Cophers
in
February
2023.
I
was
assured
by
Cophers
technician
that
they
always
go
through
used
boats
that
they
take
in
on
trade
to
make
sure
everything
is
in
good
working
order
before
reselling.
I
found
that
to
be
untrue
as
soon
as
I
got
the
boat
home.
All
of
the
gear
oil
leaked
out
of
the
Bravo
3
outdrive
onto
my
garage
floor
the
day
we
got
home.
I
snapped
some
photos
and
sent
them
to
Cophers
right
away.
Cody
Copher
called
me
a
few
hours
later
and
explained
to
me
(while
giggling)
that
you
get
what
you
get
when
you
buy
a
used
boat.
I
still
can't
believe
he
was
giggling
while
telling
me
I
was
on
my
own.
He
said
if
I
brought
the
boat
back
they
would
take
a
look
at
the
problem
but
I
would
be
responsible
for
all
repair
costs.
He
knew
I
wasn't
going
to
drive
5
hours
back
to
Fort
Smith
Arkansas
from
Topeka
Kansas
just
for
them
to
take
a
look
at
it
and
hit
me
with
a
repair
invoice
after
I
just
gave
them
a
full
offer
check
for
30k.
It
would
be
cheaper
for
me
to
contact
a
local
mechanic
and
not
have
to
make
multiple
trips
back
to
Arkansas.
It
was
apparent
after
a
more
thorough
inspection
that
the
boat
was
not
inspected
by
any
technicians
when
they
received
it.
We
found
plenty
of
other
items
in
need
of
repair
or
replacement
(to
be
expected).
It
just
blows
my
mind
that
Cody
Copher
would
laugh
at
me
on
the
phone
after
I
gave
him
full
asking
price.
I've
decided
instead
to
author
this
honest
review
(while
giggling)
so
that
future
customers
know
that
Cody
Copher
says
you
get
what
you
get
when
you
shop
at
Cophers
Boat
Center
in
Fort
Smith
Arkansas.
