I have done 4 whole home remodels in the past. Austin & his company was by far THE WORST and “premier” should not be in their name except for price. He charges high price but has the cheapest unskilled subcontractors performing the work. From what I gather based on other reviews he really should stick with very small remodels rather than extensive whole home as he just doesn't have the capacity. Austin does not have any attention to detail and was extremely argumentative & angry when we confronted him about poor quality. For example our kitchen cabinets where not designed properly for our appliance meanwhile we sent the cut sheets to Austin months before the cabinets were fabricated. Austin's response was "how am I supposed to know" while he had the detail the entire time. They had to rip the cabinets out in effort to accommodate our refrigerator which the cabinets then protruded beyond the wall as well as the refrigerator not being “built-in”. Several shelves also collapsed when we put items in and there are several cabinets not level. My wife & I had to camp out at the house to ensure things were getting done properly since there was no direction or supervision of the workers. The tile installation was horrendous as it was uneven and grout joints not lined up, to which they had to rip out and reinstall several times. It got to the point where we realized Austin was over his head and we had to accept the fact of poor quality work so we could get to a point where the home could be habitable, but not “premier”. In the end for what we paid the finished home should have been exceptional however we ended up with subpar shotty work that is very noticeable. Also when we confronted Austin about the poor quality, his office was pressuring for additional payments threatening to walk off the job although I had already paid for 90% of the contract while they still had well more than 30% remaining. This tact was obviously to make sure we didn’t deduct amount to cover for the cost of their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and select a more professional and capable contractor to fulfill your dream.

I can confidently say you will love working with this company. We had a unique cabinet project that required expert design and installation for both functionality and aesthetics. After meeting with 2 different cabinet companies and 3 separate contractors for this project, we were SO fortunate to find Palm Beach Premier Remodeling! They offered the best quality, the most professional and experienced service/solutions, and the best price! We were so impressed with the service and final product. Thank you, Christina, Austin, and Hunter.

I contacted Palm Beach Premiere Remodeling and have to say they did a fantastic job from the beginning to the end. Christina and Austin and the rest of the crew were all very helpful and answered all my questions. My bathroom looks great. Very highly recommended!

We hired Austin and paid him a few hundred thousand dollars. When we saw the poor quality of the installation we were in shock and had to explain to Austin’s workers they needed to take the time to do things right the first time, so they did not waste materials and have to rip it out only to do it again taking more time & money. Austin’s response is that we are “entitled” and “degrading” to his workers. This is pretty much his attitude about everything. Of course we are entitled as a paying customer!! If Austin is promising 100% customer satisfaction, his customers should feel entitled. Sadly this is not the case. We were met with opposition on everything and Austin would get angry rather than try to problem solve. His subcontractors were also complaining to us that Austin did not explain details and try to cut their pay or expect them to do free work when Austin didn’t explain the full scope. Austin claimed to specialize in cabinets, but yet didn’t order the correct cabinets to fit our appliances that he had specifics on. Never once did he review the details and tell us the cabinets would not work. We had to discover this only once the cabinets were installed and appliances did not fit, to which they had to be ripped out and put back together still not the way they should have been. We also had several upcharge change orders through the process while it should have been designed correctly from the start. For example, Austin designed our master shower glass with thin glass but his glass contractor told him it is not ideal due to the size and suggested a thicker glass to which we then had to pay additional cost for. As a self-proclaimed “premier” builder we should expect him to have these details factored in. See the attached photo of how Austin’s workers initially installed our bath tub faucet using a wooden paint stir stick for support. Meanwhile we found the iron piece in a box in our garage that should have been installed in the floor for proper support. We had to discover this on our own and point out to Austin otherwise we would have found out when it fell over at some point. I can only imagine the other things we have not discovered yet… If you are reading this please do yourself a favor and hire someone more qualified and enjoyable to work for you.

I hired Austin and his team to remodel my master bathroom. I can't say enough wonderful things for everyone involved (Austin, Joe, Mark, Will, and all the other guys who made my dream bathroom a reality). This is a company that takes time to help me pick out the correct fixtures and pieces, showed up on time, explained the days work, and always met their goals. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, attention to detail, and making this the smoothest remodel I have done yet.

A buddy of mine used this company to work on his new house. His experience was so bad he literally flew across the country to hang ceiling fans himself because he didnt trust them to do it right. You should never feel like that when someones in your home.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!Austin and the team of Phil and Jason doing the remodel of my kitchen was nothing short of amazing! From the the design, execution, to the last detail, was an incredible experience. Working together with Austin, helping guide me with my vision was a seamless collaborative effort. His attention to detail and delivering exactly on the schedule we agreed upon was outstanding! Phil and Jason were extremely detail oriented, and incredible to work with, from start to finish. It was like working with family. I can’t imagine any other remodeling company better than Palm Beach Premier Remodeling. Thanks Austin to you and your team for the incredible experience!! When other companies were saying 2 to 4 months for a kitchen remodel, Palm Beach Premiere performed the total remodel for us in 9 working days. Their crews were respectful of my wife and I and our home. We were given daily updates for what the next days planned work was to be and which personnel would be here. Before a task was started they reviewed with us what was going to be done to be sure that we were getting what we wanted. Every day they performed a clean up as their last task of the day. I have had other remodels done in my lifetime and this one was actually pleasant to be a part of. I would recommend Palm Beach Premiere Remodeling to family, friends....anyone.

Palm Beach Premier Remodeling completely transformed my home. I contacted many cabinet companies before landing on Palm Beach Premier. Their dedication to doing the job right is noticeable in each detail. I recall Austin's patience with me as we altered my original plan and later had to make even more changes after the job had begun. He never once said "no" or "it couldn't be done." The team was at my home promptly everyday when the work began and they were willing to do whatever it took to ensure I was satisfied. I am confident that going with Palm Beach Premier will get you a finished product you will love. My home is stunning, I never could have envisioned what was able to be done (but Austin could)! I am now sitting in my completely renovated home, Christmas tree lit and can't wait to host my first Christmas since the remodel. Thanks Palm Beach Premier!

Based on my experience, I can say with confidence that I believe you too will love working with Palm Beach Premier Remodeling. I wanted to have renovations done to my house. I made a list of improvements and colors but had no sense of what to do or how to put it all together, so knew I would need the help of a professional contractor. After hearing from people who had bad experiences with some other companies, I was determined to investigate companies and come up with one I could trust to do the job right. I went online and found Palm Beach Premier Remodeling. What initially impressed me was their fifty 5 star reviews, positive comments by their customers, and videos showing some of the projects they had completed. That convinced me to go to their showroom to see what they had, and to meet with Austin, the owner to see what he could do. I went to the Palm Beach Premier Remodeling showroom where I was warmly greeted by Stephanie, their receptionist. Austin introduced himself to me. I told him why I was there and and went over my list with him. There were multiple samples of luxury vinyl plank, cabinets, countertops and kitchen sink faucets to choose from. Austin pointed out different combinations of things he thought would work well based on the description I had given him, but he never put any pressure on me to do it his way. He answered my questions and gave me as much time as I wanted. I found what I wanted. The next step was for Austin to come to my house to look around and take measurements which he did about one week later. He ordered the materials I chose and told me the job would begin once the materials arrived. About 2 weeks later, Austin came to my house with his brother Hunter who was introduced as the crew manager for the project. The first thing the crew did was cover all of my furniture, floors, etc. to protect them from any dust or dirt that would likely result from their work. Although they did work in all rooms of the house, the work was organized in a way so that I never had to leave the house. When I did leave for a few hours at a time for personal matters, I trusted the crew to remain there doing their work, clean up before they left and lock up the house. I was never disappointed. Hunter checked on them from time to time to inspect their progress and to make any modifications if necessary. If Hunter was not there when I needed to talk to him, I was able to reach him by phone or text. There were a couple of times that I suggested that some things be tweaked. Hunter accepted responsibility for those things and made all needed adjustments without any additional cost to me.Hunter was determined to make sure I was 100% satisfied, and I was. So what did Palm Beach Premier Remodeling do for me? Here are some of the highlights: 1. Installed luxury vinyl floors throughout the house. 2. Painted all interior walls. 3. Installed and painted all new baseboards. 4. The kitchen was exceptional. It included: a. Gorgeous antique white with brown trim cabinets and drawers, and plenty of them. b. Installed a multi-shelf pantry matching the cabinets. c. Beautiful quartz countertops d. Beautiful backsplash e. Recessed lighting f. Stainless steel sink with brushed nickel faucet matching the handles and pulls on the drawers and cabinets. g. Removed the partition separating the kitchen from the dining room, creating: * An open space kitchen. * An extension of the quartz countertop. * An unobstructed view of the lake outside from the living and dining rooms and the kitchen. At the end of each work day, they cleaned up to the extent conditions allowed. Periodically Hunter drove over with a rolling tow truck which he used to load and carry away debris and trash caused by their work, so I never had to deal with it. At the conclusion of the project, they removed all remaining debris and trash, and even mopped the floor. So you ask whether my vision was turned into reality? YOU BET! The same thing can happen with your visions if you trust them to PALM BEACH PREMIER REMODELING.

Austin and his team were a God-send to us. We have tried to work with numerous contractors over the years, and had nearly given up hope of finding someone reliable, honest and talented in South Florida. We first started with them finishing the master bath in our house that another contractor had failed to finish. It turned out beautifully....better even than expected. They passed the test! :) The second project with Austin was the complete remodel from the concrete walls of a 1930s art deco bungalow. It literally had no plumbing or electrical and was a concrete shell. The transformation is stunning. Because of the nature of the project we had to work through a lot of challenges with design, the City, architect mistakes, and more. Austin always came through with solutions. Because of these issues, the project took much longer than expected, but we'd rather have it done right than rush the project. Austin does everything the right way. And he stays on budget. That in itself is a talent and shows his integrity. Of course with a project of this magnitude, we had change orders along the way, but Austin provided us with a clear idea of choices and costs before doing the work. We've already discussed a series of other projects with Austin that we plan to begin shortly. We highly recommend Palm Beach Premier Remodeling and Austin's team.

Austin and his crew did a great job on new floors, building a new closet putting in new toilets and a new hot water heater and a punch list of other improvements to a townhouse we bought in Boynton Beach. He is a pleasure to work with and met all deadlines before move in day!
