I had a corneal transplant and cataract removed in July 2022. My eye sight with prescription eye glasses, was so poor I could not read books without a magnifying glass. I work on a computer 8 hrs per day, I could not read on the computer without the magnifying glass. Needless to say Dr Sheehan came into my life. He is very informative when explaining my eye problems, and what needed to happen to improve my eye sight. I went into surgery knowing what he would do and how it would be done. After the surgery I was astonished at the improvement. Each day has been like a rebirth, seeing things that have always been there but never saw it. Not having the glare from head lights when driving at night. I could go on and on. I trust Dr Sheehan and will recommend him to anyone that has a need for improvement in their eyesight. He is very gifted in the surgeries he preforms.

The tech person, Angel was very friendly and efficient. Dr Sheehan told me what the issue is and what to expect over the next 5-6 years. I am very happy with this office.

I had very little wait time. After having scans of my eyes, Dr. Sheehan thoroughly examined my eyes and explained the issue I was experiencing, answered my questions, and made recommendations accordingly. He was very professional and I'm glad to have him as my ophthalmologist.

Dr Sheehan was absolutely amazing with my son he was patient with him and realized from the start that he needed to explain everything in detail to my son before he did it. Doctor Sheehan give me a laser treatment that lowered my ocular pressure, reducing my risk for the glaucoma issues that run in my family. They did all the research called me and told me that my insurance would pay 100% of the procedure. They also did a great job fitting my son with contacts. Great doctors and great office staff.

I was recently visiting relatives in Bozeman, Montana and woke up one morning and noticed something was not right in my eye. I called back to my regular eye doctor who suggested I get to a doctor as quickly as possible. I called Medical Eye Specialist. Starting with the receptionist, I informed her of my situation she was great and asked the right questions and was able to get me an appointment with Dr Sheehan with in an hour. When I arrived I was quickly sent to an examining room and met with Cole who did the preliminary work and then met with Dr Sheehan who studied the results of the preliminary and put my mind at ease that everything was ok and that I could finish my vacation without fear. Best, honest consultant with a doctor I’ve ever had. While I would have been a candidate for LASIK, Dr. Sheehan recommended that it wouldn’t be worth it for me to go through with the procedure. Thank you! Also the other doctors and staff at medical eye specialists are wonderful.

Dr Sheehan is a favorite, I was very happy with the time he took to encourage me about the surgery, and to assure me that I could get through the after surgery regiment. And now, I get to do this surgery again in April of 23 and, I know that it is not so bad.. Thanks Dr Sheehan.
