I came in after a car accident. I was greeted and walked through the process clearly and cheerfully. I was tested and questioned to discover the key areas of pain stiffness. The adjustments and their purpose were explained clearly, and a plan to adjust and help me heal were presented. The entire process was warm, friendly, and competent. I look forward to continuing my treatment with them.

I’ve been receiving treatment from Axcess Accident Center in American Fork for almost a year post car accident. The service and treatment at this office is amazing. The front staff is always friendly and knows me by name. The doctors create very personal and customized treatment plans. Shout out to the amazing massage therapists (especially Tom!). They also provided me with resources to help with other aspects of the accident (attorney and physician referrals). I received too notch care customized to meet my needs. I would absolutely recommend coming in to receive treatment post accident.

I have never had an adjustment in my life until this week. I told Dr. Tyler I was nervous & he reassured me & informed me of what to expect & how I will feel after. The staff is great especially the front desk. I felt so welcomed! I will definitely recommend Axcess to my friends & family!

Great office, super friendly staff. Dr. Tyler is one of the best chiropractors I’ve been to. He’s gentle and really good at diagnosing issues and correcting them. I walk out feeling much better and without the sense that I’ve been beat up.

I feel like these guys know what they are doing, and care and listen. I have had a good experience with Accident Accident Center after my car accident. I started going to another chiropractor originally but quickly moved over to these guys and it was a great decision. They have all the tools necessary to help with what ever kind of problems you may be having.

Awesome team! The front desk team is so helpful and always has the answers. Drs Tyler and Anderson are great with accident recovery plans and plans for chronic pain. Each of the massage therapists I’ve scheduled with has been incredibly helpful (ask the front desk and they can tell you who has a light touch, medium touch, etc. to get what you’re looking for!). As part of my recovery plan, I’ve done adjustments along with e-stim, decompression, and am starting on ozone injections on Friday. I always have my questions answered, and always feel comfortable during every step.

Best people to work with during an injury recovery! They definitely make sure you are helped in every way possible! My injury recovery was a long one but they stayed with me every step and always made sure I was taken care of and getting the best possible treatments! They also helped me find my attorneys who helped me win my case when no one else wanted to! The friendliest staff and great friends!

Back in 2017 after an Auto Accident I received treatment from Baker Chiropractic, now Axcess Accident Center in Provo. I had such a great experience. I was so impressed with their level of care, so when I was again involved in an auto accident in 2023 I came to Axcess for treatment. From the very beginning, they have been so kind, helpful and understanding. The front desk is so welcoming and happy to assist you in whatever you may need. Special shout-out to Suzie at the front desk. She is so sweet and kind! I have had such a great experience with the massage therapists, they are so good at what they do. I hardly have to say where my pain is located. I am always amazed at how well they are able to target and treat my pain. Dr Tyler and the entire staff at Axcess are incredible. Their level of care is unmatched. You can tell that they genuinely want to see you improve and overall feel better. Dr. Tyler has been so helpful. Not only in my recovery, but also providing resources that would be helpful. This has relieved a lot of stress after the accident. Overall, I would recommend Axcess Accident Center to everyone. I plan to continue chiropractic services after I finish up treatment from the auto accident. I’ve been to many other chiropractors, but none of them compare. Axcess truly is the best.

I would say I had some concerns with my fingers as I work using a computer all the time. I explained my issues to Dr Anderson and he was very patient and clear with what was causing my pain. After some therapy my hands and fingers are having more relief. He showed me some stretches to continue to help me. I appreciate Axcess. Great people !

Our family has been going to Access Accident Center in American Fork for a couple of years. We have always received great care. We get right in when we arrive and have had noticeable improvements. We took our 6 year old son in for some persistent upper back pain. Dr. Anderson was great to work with. Our son was very comfortable communicating with him and during the adjustment. Dr. Anderson helped us pinpoint what was causing the pain and gave us some things we can do at home to prevent it. We were very happy with Axcess Accident Center.

You'll notice that this is the first 1 star review on this place. This is because they will hound you every time you visit to give them a "5 star review." They care more about their online presence than the services they provide. If you get a massage, you'll notice that the sheets are near see-through and will have old oil stains. The walls are thin as cardboard and you will hear every conversation, verbatim, that takes place in the hallway. Appointments will get messed up and miscommunicated apparently because of they system they use. None of that screams "5 star experience." You won't find anything unique to here that you won't find at another chiropractor.

Unfortunately I was in an auto accident, BUT I was referred to Axcess Accident and they are the best. They have helped make this whole ordeal a positive experience as well as helped my body on its way to healing and feeling better. Nothing but good things to say. Great staff, awesome doctors, wonderful massage therapists.

What a great experience I have had at Axcess Accident Center! It is nice to have results from a Chiropractic office! Dr Tyler Gagon has been helping me over the years with an old injury to my back with Muscle-Stem, adjustments, massage and massage chair.... and after a few months, I was able to sleep better and pain relief! Now I'm dealing with a traumatic accident my husband went through and I'm having emotional issues. Along with my Trauma Therapist, Dr Tyler is having me do Alpha-Stem to assist with my emotional issues. I'm starting to see results and I'm so relieved that Dr Tyler has these tools to help me!! Makes me feel safe and looked after! Also, they have been helping my entire family... we are on the Family Plan and it is definitely getting used. I get a massage every month, which is helping with different recoveries. Plus the massage chair has been helpful, as well.
