Although Bucked Up does provide a decent product it fails to deliver customer service. I have been attempting to get in contact with Customer Service for days now. They do not answer their phones or reply back to emails which is extremely frustrating considering they are quick to over charge you and take your money. I highly recommend you do not order from them for you are in for a headache if you need to get in contact with customer service. You are better off buying locally at GNC since they provide better service.

Reminds me a lot of Bang Energy Drink - 0 calories, so it tastes a lot like the artificial sweeteners unfortunately -- do not expect it to be a wonderful experience in that regard lmfao. 300mg of caffeine in the black cans, 100mg in the white - holy CHRIST it gets the job done when they say 'woke AF' haha. They sell a lot of merch at this location, and give great discounts if you are buying in bulk (shirts, hats, cases etc). I was surprised to find pre-workout mixes. I will give these a shot, and then review further. The customer service girl today was SUPER polite, and deserves a raise, 100%. She was extremely informative, and attentive even though they were really busy. She took the time to explain all the products, their pros and cons, and their pricing. 10/10 would go again - if the pre-workout stuff helps me while I'm trying to lose weight this will likely become a place I go to regularly.

They will gladly take all your money and send you defective products! Don't expect to be able to return it either. In fact, they will probably give you a 20% off coupon to buy another one if you hadn't had enough yet.

BEST pre-workout around and the staff here is incredible. Always knowledgeable and able to talk me through what I need with my workout. And if you catch the owners Jeff and Ryan they're just as quick to jump in and help you out with tweaking your supplement regimen. There's a reason Bucked Up is taking over - they're amazing!

Did not offer me free beta alanine but did offer me a free drink with a review. Taylor and Aspen were friendly and willing to assist me and my pre-workout needs. Taylor said I didn’t go to Harvard despite my Harvard cap, and she was correct. They were dancing and singing the entire time. Despite not having yet tried the product, I enjoyed my time in the store.

Love the Pre Workout. I have tried many and no others compete. However, after ordering on Bucked Ups website a few times, I refuse to order directly on the website. The shipping length is atrocious. I wait weeks for it to ship to my house and I live in the same county.

Small store in front in a big warehouse. Good energy, health and workout products plus exercise clothing. Had someone trying to help us every minute or two so they must be pounding their own energy drinks!

Such an awesome place to get all of your workout essentials! They have their new Babe by Bucked Up line out and it works wonders! Sunni was super helpful while I was trying to find a good bodysuit to wear to the gym. She helped me find a good size that fit well and she gave me some really great energy drink suggestions! Go here for all your gym needs! It's also very very clean and neat and clean on the inside. Totally worth it to go here rather than getting everything online!

I have yet to try the pre workout but I’ve heard it’s great, I had a single buck shot I brought to work tonight because of a small stand at PG rec center, selling their products on sale. I bought a buck shot not thinking much of it. The lady said it was like a 5-hour energy shot. I took it at work and I felt invincible, I am a dishwasher and use very hot water to the point it burns your hand after two seconds of letting it hit you. I was washing dishes for 2 1/2 hours with steaming hot water and didn’t feel it burn, it has 300 mg of N-Acetyl L-tyrosine, which is pretty much four things. Adrenaline, thyroid hormones, dopamine, and melanin. It also has 200mg of caffeine. This is pretty much liquid crack. Keep in mind it is only 2 fluid ounces. Be very careful with the use of buck shot. Do not give to any teenagers or young children as the bottle says. This is not a negative review because I do like their products but I feel I need to share my experience to let others be aware of effects that happened to me.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I place an order for this company a month ago and finally got it today. It has “been available” for pickup for the past month but they can’t find it. Everytime I went there were young girls working who were completely incapable of working. I would call customer service daily and they wouldn’t answer or respond when they said they would. Once my order was finally found I was told I could get a free shirt or hat which also ended up being denied. I have never been treated so poorly by a company that others love. You won’t see me using these products. Absolutely frustrating trying to get either my money or product. Do better.

The two girls working at this location were so great ! I was in there for a while looking for things and trying things on and they were very helpful and patient with me the whole time. They also answered all my questions about their pre workout and helped me pick one out that is best for me. Definitely coming back.

I got a coupon in the mail for a bogo on any item, but when I went in they told me it was a "misprint" even though it clearly is not. They refused to honor the bogo and offered me a $2 drink instead if I bought the $40 preworkout instead of a bogo.

I am new to BuckedUp supplements as I have only ever tried their preworkout. I liked it so much, I decided to go into the retail store to explore other products. The products didn’t explain what their benefits were on the containers so I asked the employee what 4 different products were and what they do. She said, “I don’t know.” To every single product. And instead of going to find an employee who did know, she just went back to the desk and said, “let me know if you have any other questions.” I looked up the benefits of the products online and then when I was ready to check out, I asked her if they had any thing for gut health and again she said, “I don’t know.” I am extremely frustrated with the lack of knowledge from this employee. I would have purchased more products if I had answers to my questions.

The amount of customer service, quality of ingredients, and everything is incredible. I have been an affiliate of a view brands and this is the one I completely stand by.
