On 11/21/22, I woke up to a cold house. My furnace had quit working. I went to the office of Chase Heating to see if I could get it repaired. I was immediately pleased because they were able to get a service tech on site the following morning at 7:30 am. Precisly at 7:30 am Brett rang my doorbell. He was very personable and knowledgeable. An hour later he was finished and had explained what had happened. The cost of the service call was an exceptional value. I will recommend Chase to anyone I know with HVAC issues.

Outstanding experience at a time when I thought there was no such thing. They responded to us quickly, installed a new furnace in a timely manner and the employees were above and beyond. Chase Heating recently installed a brand new heat pump, furnace, thermostat, and media air cleaner, and did a tremendous job. Paul, the owner, is highly knowledgeable, offered great advice, alternatives, and the pros and cons of different systems, and did a fantastic job on the day of the install itself. We recently had some pretty extensive duct re-routing done by Chase Heating & Cooling and the experience was great all-around. From the estimate visit to the email correspondence and billing and performing the actual work, everything was smooth, easy and painless. Paul came and did an estimate visit very early on in the remodel process and was patient in hearing out what work we had in mind, and was flexible in coming up with a new duct-layout for the part of the house we were reconfiguring. We got estimates from two other HVAC companies as well, and Chase was very fair with their estimate, and in the end, we picked Chase because the estimate/intake experience was so pleasant-- we're glad we did! When it came time to do the work, Paul and Brett were on-time and ready to work. They had allotted two days to complete the work, and they knocked it out in one day-- it was impressive, and the work looked great. They were super tidy and polite, and were respectful of COVID-safe protocols (wore masks, socially distanced, etc.) Overall we had a great experience with Chase, and I would be happy to work with them in the future, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking to have HVAC work done. Chase is extremely professional and thorough. The service people are polite and really know their business. They are helpful and explain everything. They have been servicing my furnace for years and just installed a/c. I very highly recommend this company.

The folks at Chase really helped us out this fall. During a routine maintenance call they found that our system was emitting Carbon Monoxide and immediately shut it down. They provided space heaters and said they'd be back in 24 hours to quote on a new system (ours was past its prime and would cost more to fix it than it was worth). I did my due diligence and got multiple bids; not only was Chase the most affordable, could implement the installation the fastest, but they were the friendliest and easiest to work with. It's a small shop with just a few folks and they really go out of their way to help the people they service. The night after the installation I noticed a small leak at one of the pumps and immediately called it to their attention. Someone was at my house first thing the next morning to make the repair. I look forward to years of warmth and warmth of service from the good folks at Chase.
