just
competed
a
new
gaming
PC
build
and
visited
MicroCenter
multiple
times
to
find
/
buy
components.
Every
time
I
visited,
the
customer
service
was
excellent.
The
floor
staff
always
ask
if
they
can
help,
and
they
spend
all
the
time
needed
to
make
sure
I
get
what
I
needed,
whether
it's
a
purchase
or
just
technical
information.
When
my
build
was
complete
I
had
an
issue
with
it
booting
up
and
decided
to
use
their
service
department.
I
was
very
nervous
when
deciding
where
to
go,
but
based
on
my
prior
experience
I
decided
to
stick
with
MicroCenter.
I'm
so
glad
I
did.
Their
online
reservation
process
was
easy
and
they
were
ready
for
me
at
my
selected
time.
But,
the
best
part
was
the
quality
of
their
technician
(Gianni).
He
took
the
time
to
listen
to
me
explain
the
issue
and
the
steps
I
had
taken
to
diagnose
it
on
my
own.
He
then
laid
out
a
plan
to
complete
the
diagnosis
and
very
carefully
stepped
through
the
investigation.
When
the
cause
was
discovered,
the
technician
proceeded
to
verify
that
no
other
issues
were
present
ensuring
I
didn't
run
into
another
problem
when
I
got
home.
Overall
it
was
a
great
experience.
I
expected
to
have
to
leave
the
machine
but
instead
was
able
to
bring
it
home
and
was
online
that
night.
I
was
also
very
happy
with
the
care
they
took
when
handling
my
build.
I
had
spent
a
lot
of
time
(and
money)
on
it
and
was
concerned
over
how
it
would
be
treated.
The
technician
treated
me
and
my
build
very
well
and
I
am
completely
satisfied.
I
would
not
hesitate
to
use
them
again.
