I never had such a bad experience in a store. The employees are so rude and love making fun of people. I went in there wanting to buy a 3d printer but instead I was made fun of because I wasn’t as knowledgeable as them. And I mean that is also why I went to the store to get some questions answered. I can just advise you DO NOT GO THERE AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! People deserve respect and you won’t get that there.

First visit to microcenter ever after so many years of wanting to and its as good as they hail it to be! Staff is divided into areas and they are all very knowledgable to their products. i consider myself pretty tech literate and i still needed help wich they provided flawlessy. You can find ANYTHING tech related here i tell you. i hope i can come back soon since i live 1500 miles from the nearest one! also shout out to the some of the furries working there ;) @jaxiedoggo

Our son’s gaming pc crashed so we took it in and had them take a look. This was our first experience with Micro Center and let me say, Shannon did an amazing job, not only did she find and pinpoint the problem within minutes but fixed the computer on site. We were expecting to have to leave the computer but were delighted to be able to take it home the same day. The staff there is friendly and knowledgeable. The place is huge and has everything you need. Well worth the visit and I highly recommend.

1st time in! can't give it more stars! Felix gave me exactly what I asked for and more with just my goals in mind. I built a budget computer and it's 10x better with his reccomended parts than my original! Thank you Felix! Update: Pics of my son building his first computer!

Always like to stop by here for any tech needs, especially for products that may not be readily available at Best Buy or other stores. I enjoy sim racing and was able to buy some new Moza products for my rig so the convenience of same day is always nice. Though it did take some to find one of the items but it happens, otherwise always fun to walk through the store for pc parts!

Well this builld was an uphill nightmare of a battle 1st i got ROGed by ASUS as there B650E-F motherboard is having issues with its Bios. After a bit of research and JayzTwoCents i became concerned with this board. They flashed the bios and replaced the CPU the board fryed the second i hit the power button. 2nd the power supply wassent enough gonna be drinking broth for a while went with a 1000watt Asus (i dont learn do I) tough class goald powersupply. 3rd the GPU didnt have a driver and i sold my old monitor for a 4K tv 😮‍💨 so i had to haul this This Behemoth dubed The tower 900 for around the 6th time to update the driver simple fix and i picked up some Velcro wire ties went home and thak god the AMD Rysen 9 7900x and the 6950 Xt Founders edition custom water cooled finaly came to life 😀 the folks behind the desks were awesome thanks guys i give micro center 5/5 ASUS 3/5 as they did not do the right thing by there customers next build will be MSI.

A very nice location. Store is moderately bigger. Aisles will be close to each other don’t expect this store compared to other tech store. This one is made as a single stop shop for your tech needs. Many times you will get a good deals on multiple items especially they are famous for Apple products discounts. I stopped here for service center and I got attention immediately. Definitely a friendly store . Ample car parking spaces. Store appears to be old look but the products are not. Will come back to the store and recommend as well.

The first time I walked into this place my eyes got so wide. I couldn't believe the HUGE selection of stuff. They even have older stuff such as AT to PS/2 adapters. Not many places still sell old stuff like that. I'm a vintage computer collector and an IT Technical Support Specialist so it's very important for me to get what I need when I need it. Thanks Micro Center! I look forward to the next time I have the opportunity to visit.

I had heard about Micro Center for a long time from my brother in law and finally checked it out. I’m interested in building a gaming PC and they seem to have a wide variety of components at various price points for all budgets. I took advantage of there new customer deal and got $100 of a great little $199 3D printer! They seem to have a lot of deals and manufacturer rebates going on at any given time. I had to wait maybe 5 minutes for a sales associate which was pretty good considering it’s the Christmas season and they were quite busy. The sales associate was knowledgeable, not pushy and didn’t rush me. Overall great experience and will definitely be back.

I just competed a new gaming PC build and visited MicroCenter multiple times to find / buy components. Every time I visited, the customer service was excellent. The floor staff always ask if they can help, and they spend all the time needed to make sure I get what I needed, whether it's a purchase or just technical information. When my build was complete I had an issue with it booting up and decided to use their service department. I was very nervous when deciding where to go, but based on my prior experience I decided to stick with MicroCenter. I'm so glad I did. Their online reservation process was easy and they were ready for me at my selected time. But, the best part was the quality of their technician (Gianni). He took the time to listen to me explain the issue and the steps I had taken to diagnose it on my own. He then laid out a plan to complete the diagnosis and very carefully stepped through the investigation. When the cause was discovered, the technician proceeded to verify that no other issues were present ensuring I didn't run into another problem when I got home. Overall it was a great experience. I expected to have to leave the machine but instead was able to bring it home and was online that night. I was also very happy with the care they took when handling my build. I had spent a lot of time (and money) on it and was concerned over how it would be treated. The technician treated me and my build very well and I am completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Today, I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Micro Center. Felix, the staff member, did an amazing job helping me understand what specs I needed for a new professional build that I was planning to purchase. During our conversation, we talked about the advantages of different hardware components and their compatibility with the build. Felix was insightful and pleasant to talk with. I cannot recommend Micro Center enough for its incredible staff and products.

More computer equipment than i have ever seen in one location. Helpful knowledgeable staff.

I really like this place. I’d lost my laptop power cord and was in immediate need of a replacement - but which one? Felix to the rescue! He was knowledgeable, exceptionally helpful and customer service oriented. He made sure the power cord was the right one for my laptop and offered alternatives. The store was well stocked, well staffed and friendly. Cashier was friendly and efficient. From beginning to end this was a pleasant experience - can’t recommend them enough!

The only good thing I can say is that the sales reps are friendly. Went to get a gaming PC and it didn't work. Went to get another one and this one isn't even hooked up. No instructions were provided as to how to open the tower and hook everything up. Going to return this tomorrow. I recommend if you go here ask them to open the product and make sure it works. Personally I will never go back after this, very disappointed.

Nice to have a computer store that you can still visit. They have good prices and special deals that make going there worthwhile. Lots of things to look at. Great place to buy parts to build your own too.

This was actually a fun experience. Getting to see new things, in person. The people were friendly. The technology was interesting. The markups were reasonable. It's been a long time since I enjoyed going to a computer store. This one is enjoyable.

I had been building a PC and needed some help figuring out a storage issue. I was lucky enough to find Liam who was extremely nice. While he was troubleshooting, he made sure to tell me about his thought process and exactly what he was doing. Additionally he was really reasonable with the cost of the service when I was in a pinch which I greatly appreciate. All in all good experience.

I’ve been to Micro Center St. Davids many times in the past and they never disappoint. Today I was getting a silent motherboard for my Ender 3 Pro (which was also purchased at this location) and the staff went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Wonderful staff and store.

Absolutely love this place. Every worker is friendly and helpful. They are never too pushy with products and have never steered me wrong. The product warranties they offer are excellent. The motherboard on my laptop just recently failed and my warranty covered it completely. They gave me the full amount I paid for it and I got a new one. I won’t shop anywhere else for tech related products.

Been there twice the first time we felt lost and we tried to get help, the guy just pointed and said “go to that section.” He finally helped us with a keyboard after watching us looking lost. It was an overwhelming experience needless to say we left with one keyboard and a negative 200$ in our pocket. A whole keyboard no P.C; however, on our second trip, Stephen Lee, Looked right up at us offered help and walked us through the whole process even working off our budget. I suggest making a list of things, even going on their web before heading to the actual location. It’s kind of a bummer to drive so far to come back with just a keyboard. Also, good to have a budget in mind and sticking to it.
