Was referred to restoration 1 and was not disappointed. They came quick and were very reassuring and informative with every step of the process. If something needed to be ripped out or replaced they told me exactly why and kept me in the loop. When I was in question of who to go to for further work they were able to refer some numbers to me (plumber,carpenter,electrician etc.) Overall very happy with the outcome, the crew was professional and polite, it’s little things that can help make the costumers feel a little better while being stuck in a bad situation.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan and his amazing team due to my unfortunate experience with a severe water leak in Our new finished and furnished basement.. They showed up immediately knowing how stressed we were!! The workers were clean professional and conscientious and their knowledge and expertise made us feel very comfortable that the job would be done the correct way. We had the boiler break down and start flooding the basement. To make matters worse it was Saturday night and trying to get anyone on the phone for help was next to impossible. I was referred to Restoration 1 from friends who used them and they did not disappoint. When I called Alex, he was a huge help and was a calming professional voice during a truly stressful time. He was able to get to my house with all the needed equipment quickly to start the clean up and start drying out the basement. When he heard of the difficulty getting a plumber on the phone to get the boiler fixed he was able to get me in touch with one for the fix. Alex stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process until the last piece of equipment was taken out of the basement and they felt satisfied the basement was properly dried out.

Amazing company and service. We had a failed cooking incident that left my house smelling like chemicals. Ryan the owner came right away to put HEPA filters (and another machine) in our home. They were timely, professional, and super effective! Thank you so much restoration 1!

Restoration 1 is truly my savior! I had two inches of sewage water flood my facility and it was my first experience with over flowing water. I was unsure of what to do and they put my mind at ease. At 9p on a Sunday evening I went down stairs and discovered a burst pipe in my bathroom. Of course this has to happen when my husband is out of town! I contacted Restoration 1 and they were at my house in 1 hour! Alex and Ryan came over snd really were so helpful and understanding during this experience. I used Restoration 1 after my sewage line backed up into my basement. I received their information from my plumber & called them that night. The owner responded to me immediately & had a team out to me early the next morning. The guys who came to do the clean up were extremely nice, timely, professional & trustworthy. They walked me through the entire process, documented every step & even helped me move furniture that was in the way. Having an issue with your home is extremely stressful, finding a company that’s a pleasure to work with & you can trust is important. Life Savers!!! We had water in our basement after Henri. Alex, Ryan, & team came that very same day to thoroughly evaluate the situation, set up fans, humidifiers, etc. They were professional, polite, and so sympathetic. 3 days later our basement is completely dry & safe for us to enjoy again. Ryan and his team are amazing. We are selling our home and an item popped up on the buyer’s inspection that indicated we had mold growing in a crawl space in our basement. Ryan came with his team the next day to assess the area and give an estimate. What the inspector believed to be mold ended up being efflorescence, as a shower was located right above the spot in question. They got to work and took care of it flawlessly. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future!
