Sports complex Badminton court

😠 I really dislike the chubby guy at the front desk; he always acts superior and has an extremely unpleasant attitude. I suggest firing him; otherwise, I won't come to play here anymore. It's a terrible experience. People often mention front, play, desk, court,

Ok, this place needs to fix their AC first and foremost. Secondly their reservation method is, annoying.... otherwise I like this place, but I think because I wasn't a member the booking process was a bit strenuous. Also, the front reception probably needs more than one person to work on busier days, poor guy was doing so many things at once the day I took my son.

It was my first time going there and their reservation system was terrible. The tag wasn't working and the person at the front desk didn't want to seem to serve customers. Also, the AC was not working at all. It was hard to breathe as well. Overall, it was horrible. Never coming back here.

Great management. System isn't bad. Good players abound. Mats could use an upgrade. Nora is wonderful. I'd certainly recommend and come back!

It was my first time to come to this place. 24 dollars for the shuttlecock. The tag also wasn't working and the person at the front desk didn't want to serve customers. The grey cloth with glass who is the front office person. He only says that it is not their responsibility. I paid more than 50 dollars and no customer service. This is LABC. Overall, it was extremely terrible. Never coming back here.

Lack of flexibility, they don’t have your info in the computer even tho you got your member card there. Also, they only tell you that you are not allow to go in, but never give you any solution. We drove 1 hour to get here, and we already said we’ll get two new card, the front desk still keep saying we are not allow to get in. Such a bad experience.

The air quality is very poor, there is no ventilation equipment, and everything is dirty everywhere

As a foreign tourist, this court is probably one of the best court I have ever visited for its price. The front desk man is amazing and the people there are beyond kind too. I came there by myself and I get to play with them. All I have to say is have fun playing there!

We love going here for badminton. $9 for entry allows playing for the day. An additional $20+ for one hour court booking. Decent price. It does get very busy, so the wait can take some fun out of the experience (unless of course you book the court)

Not making sense for the line up, each people for 5 minutes. After that you are going line up again.

Tried these courts for the first time today. Large parking lot, plenty of parking although it was nearly full when we first arrived around 11am. The day pass is 10 dollars for the first time (1 dollar was for the card, the actual pass is only 9 dollars). They also have a monthly option for $42. Not sure if there's an activation fee associated with that. Our group had already secured a court when my husband and I arrived so I'm not sure how hard it would have been to grab one, but it didn't seem overly packed and it was nearly empty when we left at around 1pm so it probably wouldn't have taken too long to wait for one if needed.

The new waiting system supposedly so everyone get to play when it's crowded but it's not enjoyable for more serious players or advance players as it only give you max 22 mins to play for 4 players (1 player get about 5.5 mins} and you will need to wait for another 4 to 45 mins. As you who played badminton seriously, one set usually takes about 20 mins. If you want uninterrupted play, you have the option to pay for hourly reservation. Basically the system design to pay more to play or wait. But hey, It's a business to make money so it does what i need to do to operate.
